Great service. Very presentable.

Beautiful hotel amenities and surroundings, quiet and tranquil, Mr Daniel (GM) you have the most amazing staff who are a credit to the hotel, extremly hard working yet nothing is ever to much for them, I had an amazing week.

The service was just perfect The food was so tasty.

One Night stay in transit. The staff at Tanoa are so helpful and always smiling. We felt very relaxed. Our room was extremely clean. Menu was delicious. Atmosphere just wonderful.

Friendly family environment and a dedicated staff that work around the clock make our stay enjoyable and a comfortable one. With a growing need to have venues to hold conferences, meetings and functions be it a family do or organisation Tanoa has surpassed to meet all of the above. The Fiji and New Zealand 7s teams have really come to love their stay at Tanoa and have called it home. Tanoa I must give you a 5 star rating and I take my hat off for your commitment.

My 1st night for 3 night quarantine — unpleasant experience so far. Local were partying so defeats whole purpose of quarantine and transmitting and control of COVID.
Rooms has water on floor, no towels, dirty in my corridor.

Pathetic customer service. It's sad that the staff treat locals differently from tourist and this was experienced by me. The staff is just painting a bad image for an international hotel as such.

I’m not over exaggerating when I say this but ALL the staff are friendly and so helpful. Being a wheelchair user, I found my experience an easy and safe one. I found everyone being my Personal Assistant during my stay.

Awesome place to stay… feel like coming back again and again. All in one. Very friendly staffs. Clean neat and tidy rooms. Lovey pool. Gym. Nice foods drinks. Free Wi-Fi great service. Just lovely.

Lovely place to stay, rooms clean, service excellent, and food was great. Gym & tennis courts available and loved the pool a relaxing beside the pool. If you get the time have a massage excellent. Thank you Tanoa.

Great place to stay near the Nadi airport. Good food, pleasent environment. It also provides shuttle services for airport pick & drop. Maintaining their standards, it provides range of budget rooms. Nice to get early breakfast before 6 am for very early morning guest drop to airport. Good hospitality & courteous staff make your day!

We were accommodated here by fiji airways due to flight cancellation. We had to wait for transport a bit when we arrived, driver didnt conversate. The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the airline put us 3 in 1 room. The Porter was lovely that morning we arrived on the 16th June. The lady at the restaurant desk was lovely. Food was alright. Liked the little Shop they have there.

Was put here for one night due to Fiji Airways as they had to change our flight and we were in a day early. The Accomodations were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the market was in walking distance. The restaurant has good food and the pool was beautiful.
I did feel that the drinks were a bit overpriced and that the pool and Hot tub/spa. Could use warmer water. Other than that great experience overall. Excellent breakfast as well. They make your eggs anyway you want and a large variety of food for breakfast.

We stayed here for 9 days. Lovely facilities. Very clean. Friendly staff. There are multiple buildings all connected by covered walkways. Nice covered outdoor dining area where they served a good buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel really handy to the airport. Super friendly staff, excellent food, nice bar and pool area. Would recommend for work or short transit stays. As it is not close to the beach maybe not so much for longer holiday stays. Would definitely recommend.

Large room but looked old and average. Probably not worth the premium price. They gave me a room with a broken shower. The response was pretty casual. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Me and my friend were bunked here during a flight delay. Everything was complimentary. Got a good nap and shower in. Water pressure was insane. Then had fish n chips. It was great!

Nothing really to say, it served it's purpose as a international conference venue. It very much reminds me of the many Travelodges I have stayed at. Functional, well situated to an airport. If I were an airline manager, I would put crew there. If I were in transit to a more remote destination in the Fiji islands after a long flight, I would stay at the Tanoa International. If I were looking for a romantic 3 day honeymoon hotel… I would keep looking.

Friendly staff always availavable and attentive to greet you at foyer entrance makes you feel welcome at the hotel. New setting for dining room that served nice and healthy food is experienced to be spacious and welcoming. Catering services at conference room was prompted and on time. Overall assessment excellent service.

Summary: Stayed here for 1 day as Fiji airlines was delayed by over 12 hours while we were in transit. The food and hospitality was outstanding and a few minor gripes aside the experience was quite positive. Pros: Staff are incredibly friendly while being competent at their role. Moreover the hospitality felt genuine rather than simply a product of excellent training. I've stayed at a number of 5 star hotels where the service and professionalism was outstanding but they couldn't quite recreate the friendly experience I felt here. I felt this throughout Fiji so it might be a cultural thing. Dinners by the pool in the evening were very memorable. There is always some live fijian music being played and it's very melodious and relaxing. Cons: The gym was average at best. Many machines were dented in places and looked quite unsafe. The gym is also not air conditioned but it has fans. I think the lack of air conditioning is good in a way but it might be a deal breaker for some, especially in the hot weather. That said, it's still possible to get a decent workout if you use the gym when it is not busy. Location is near airport but far away from everything else, especially Suva which is 3 hours away. Rooms are quite average — bathrooms are very basic and the shower pressure was very variable leading to a poor experience.

Hotel rooms are quite enough for the guests. All of staff have big smiles and the word 'Bula' is always asking as good greetings.
As my own opinion, the room rate, the services and the hospitalities are great for the guests.

Spent a night here. Nice room. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Kids loved the pool.

Spent the night here at Fiji Airways expense. The room was fairly basic but large and clean. Breakfast was brought promptly to my room at the requested time and was delicious. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was good and the servers did an excellent job of attending to my needs.

Stayed here for three days, with lots of family, in four rooms. Watched staff members treat different guests (including my family) with varying amounts of racism. Also, being blatantly rude and ignoring requests of basic essential like towels and toilet paper (which our room had none of). The whole place is infested with roaches, the brick oven pizza is terrible, the drinks are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced ($9 for less than a pint of Bitter), etc, etc. Breakfast always seems to be great though. So, if you like wallowing in filth and racism and love breakfast, this is the place for you. I LOVE breakfast, but not enough to ever stay in this cesspool again.

Stayed for three nights with my wife's family. Good food, good rooms, nice pools, but I noticed that quite a few of the staff members treated my wife's Indo-Fijian family like second class citizens compared to the white American and Australian hotel guests. Overall, not impressed and wouldn't stay here again. Would have rated one star, but I assume that the racism is not hotel policy and is a much deeper problem among some Fijian Islanders.

My friend and I have gotten bedbugs in Tanoa apartment which is managed by Tanoa International Hotel. We entered the apartment on 3rd of January and we could realize that was bedbugs on 13th of February. We had been suffering bedbugs with 40 sleepless nights in Tanoa apartment. We went to Tanoa international hotel and the general manager gave us two rooms temporally saying we could have negotiation. However the general manager has not given the two months rental fee back and insisting us getting out. In frankly speaking, we really want to go out of the hotel which is also mass of cocroches. This is Tanoa international Hotel and the general manager's service mind.

Convenient if you are flying. Near airport. Out of the way if you want to hike with boats. Decent pesonal food. Average cleaning.

Nice room, clean and very spacious. TV channels are limited, but have some tolerable stations like National Geographic. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

It's a quiet and cosy place, great for bringing your kids and they have fijian songs it starts at 5pm and ends at 11pm.

Value for money. Enjoyed both Christmas 2017 and New year 2018

Good hotel, helpful staff. A good solid choice of where to stay if you are staying in Nadi.

Call for an extra mug almost 4hrs ago and they still have not deliver. Called numerous times and even walked to the front desk… still no sign of an extra mug. They are under construction therefore, I would avoid this location until they are done, another month or so. Very disappointing.

Good enough hotel, comfortable and close to supermarkets and town. Had bed bugs though, so beware!

I stayed one night at this hotel just arrived in Fiji and the welcome could not be better. The room was very spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Very nice area of the hotel with pool, bar and restaurant. In addition to the hotel restaurant there is a sushi restaurant where you eat very well and you don't spend much. Also great breakfast, I especially appreciated the local fruit.

I loved the food and the amenities provided. The location was an added bonus ☺

For a transit hotel it was ok. Felt as though is was a very big hotel with few people checked in. Food was ok, better then anticipated. Ordered a early breakfast because we had to check in a 06:00 and the breakfast servinge started at 07:00. Preatty weak for an airport hotel since, my guess is that, there are quite few people traveling with early flights. Have to pay for Wi-Fi.

Only part I didn't enjoy is the restaurant menu. As I was travelling alone I eat in the restaurant every night.
Not a huge selection and was a bit disappointed in the food.

Great place to relax while you wait for your flight out of Fiji. Room was clean. The pizza was tasty. The staff was friendly. The bonus is that they run a free courtesy shuttle to the airport for specific flights so there is no guesswork on when you need to arrive to check in.

Tanoa International Hotel, the compound is a paradise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But don't ask me about the food, very price, poor quality and tasteless. The breakfast is the worst. In a tropical place I expect fresh juice and lots of vegetables but non present at Tanoa, what you see is packet juice and canned fruits and packed baked beans. The ladies on the information desk are not well informed to promote the services to tourists. When you ask for recommendations a place to go, they only hand you a brochure. It will be nice if they are given proper customer service training and how to promote the place. Generally, I will not go back to the place again, but Fiji offcourse.

Lively place with friendly staff. The owners nerd to reinvest in tidying up the dark rooms and drab hallways. The pizza oven near the pool is delish!

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. Was there for a night and had my purse with full cash stolen. Reported to the front desk staff but they were not helpful enough to retrieve my money and valuable items.

Not ideal if you're visiting Fiji for a holiday. The hotel itself is adequate, but some rooms are definitely showing their age and can be quite noisy in the evening. Food is just acceptable but reasonably priced. Facilities are aged but functional. This hotel is often used by businesses requiring low cost local accommodation for their staff.

Way better then the pictures sujest. Good food and excellent service. Booked it as a cheap base so we could do day and overnight trips to the islands, ended up spending a few days just chilling by the pool drinking beer. They have a tourist desk that books all the tours, rental cars and island trips for you.

This Hotel which is very indian in more suited to being in Madras or Mumbai than nadi in Tropical fiji, I knew it as a Travalodge Motel and nothing much has changed. Except they claim to be an international resort yet on a public holiday the japanese restaurant is closed as it does not open mondays.

Got really bad food poisoning from the food and had to change rooms because the first one had was infested with cockroaches.
