This Hotel is a little tired but the rooms are well laid out and spacious; the surrounding grounds are beautiful and the mountainous backdrop is striking. This hotel does not seem to be functioning at full capacity — and seems in Post Covid recovery mode — but it is very close to the airport and that is most helpful. The big asset in this hotel is the staff, very helpful and always friendly.

The room was okay but the air conditioner was not very cold
but the worst part no maids was there to clean the room change towels clean room empty bins for the 3 days we stayed there. Apart from other places we stayed in.

Just attended a meeting at the Novotel great rooms, friendly staff from reception food is good, can do better, Wi-Fi is good if lots of people are connected gets really slow. Just dissatisfied with how some staff at the restaurant treat locals I was surprised as I did not expect it, but can do better with a smile and can I take your order please would be nice, but overall great atmosphere I recommend this place.

I stopped by for rest from driving. Nobody bothered me or questioned if I was an inhouse guest. I bought a snack and legs up on the outdoor couches. I thought at first it would be too hot but the music and ambiance was on point! next time I'm staying!

Yet another disappointing stay at a Novotel… their only fortune is to be 5 minutes away from the airport, otherwise there wouldn’t be a single reason to spend a night there. Had written before the arrival to ask for two cots and neither of them was available. The room was tired and stale, plus suspiciously unclean, with a decadent feeling both inside and outside. Horrendous dinner, probably the worst had at a hotel restaurant for a very long time. The chef came to the table to apologise for an inedible poached fish and tried to make it up with an almost inedible dessert. Nice concierge service as the only positive note.

This Novotel Nadi Fiji is by far the worst of Novotel hotel outlets. Rooms are disgusting and House to cockroaches and crawling creatures. They will die during your stay and you will live alongside their dead remains as staff won't clean. Only the brand name plate is clean by the entrance. Its a 5 star brand with 2 star features. Staff is the only good feature of this branch. They are very good to talk to and quite pleasing. This is a hotel which is neglected, not at all maintained. I would never go back to Novotel Nadi and I would not recommend others. I give 2 stars only because I really liked the staff. Otherwise Hotel is 1 star only. DONT GO or be prepared to regret. Thanks.

Best breakfast in Nadi. Service fantastic and we had a lovely spacious room with great view. Pool also very nice.

Great service and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but its handy and close to Nadi Airport if you're looking for somewhere to stay for a short while.

The best breakfast you could get included in your rate and amazing high speed Wi-Fi. Excellent value overall!

The Hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. It's location and grounds are superb and it even has it's own golf course. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Expensive for what you get, slightly seedy and run down. Definitely not up to what you would expect from Novotel. Food is very expensive and quite average. Rooms are dark, old, stuffy with terrible airconditioning. Staff are helpful and friendly though.

This isn’t a fancy resort by any means but you also kinda get what you pay for. You can tell that the place had its hay day in the 90s and needs a complete refit. Nevertheless, it was cheap and perfect for our needs, close to the airport and had super friendly service. The guys in the bar was just the best and made sure that we crawled back to our rooms each night after Free pouring local gin.

No way this is a four star hotel. It is a BAD motel — I have been at cleaner Motel 6. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel — look elsewhere. I have stayed at Novotel in NYC and that is a nice location. This one is VERY VERY disappointing. Not sure in which world this counts as a four star.

Poor service. Airport shuttle was late, and the staff seemed indifferent. Hardly Novotel standards. Property and rooms are great though.

Will this hotel close soon? This is the question that we are entitled to ask as the interview is lacking. Worse, cleanliness is catastrophic, housekeeping is neither done nor to do! We were first assigned a room that seemed to have been made, but the floor was stewing and the toilet bowl was adorned — sorry for the details — with multiple drops of dry urine. We changed the room, no more excuses than that. The pool is disgusting I will say no more. Sorry I leave 2 stars but I will not comment on the good points. Not worthy of a Novotel (hence the deception elsewhere)

We had a dinner event done here a couple of years ago and prayer breakfasts for a few years now and it was well hosted. Nice facilities and set up by staff is nice. The place is conveniently located to most residential areas in Nadi and the airport.

Luxurious and comfortable structure, very well cared for and clean. The hotel staff is very prepared and helpful, especially as regards the restaurant compartment. Excellent both the dinner and the international breakfast. The hotel has a strategic location both to reach the airport in a few minutes, which as a base for boat trips to visit the various neighboring islands. Definitely worth it in economic terms to stay here as a fixed base and make day trips by boat to see the beaches of the islets that dot the area, rather stay in one of the expensive resorts that occupy the entire islands.

Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed. Feels like more than just an airport hotel.

In room dining selections is crap, food was average at best and over priced. I was supplied a plastic knife and fork for in-room dining!

Restaurant staff are look like they are forced to smile and be polite, looks fake and insincere. For a Novotel, this place is poor. I have stayed here many times over the past couple of years as it convenient, but no longer.

Perfect view of the Sleeping Giant mountains. I enjoyed my stay. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Friendly staff. First time to come across a coffee machine in the room.

An OK place for a short stay. Quite expensive and looking tired now, so in need of a refresh, especially considering the cost. Breakfast was very average. Good sized bed and quiet rooms but these don't outway the negatives. Very friendly staff.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Had no issues. Room was expected. I would stay here again or even come here for a getaway regardless if it's inland it's peaceful and you feel uninterrupted.

Doors are super thin Shower door cracked Walls cracked Tiles cracked Cock roaches in room. Staff talking non stop. Sounds like they are in the room… and I've only been here 3 hours…

The room is always clean as best, the room lady is very warm and caring. I love the attitude of maids and cleaning ladies here. But the internet service here is worst among the same range star hotels that I experienced. The room internet fee daily is nearly 38 FJD/day and it continuously stopped working the whole day. It took me 2 hours to send my 50mb file with that daily fee. In terms of a business trip, this was not the thing I expected. The pool is not so clean.

A great place to hold conferences and staff are friendly. Rooms fantastic and comfortable.

Me and my partner spent 3 nights there, first thing : no free Wi-Fi, who the hell charge for wi fi in the 21th century, especially in a "4 stars" hotel. Secondly: we had the bbq buffet yesterday, it's 40 FJD per person, was absolutely bad, dry chicken with chards, uncooked and unseasoned cassava (root crop), cheap sausage (even the cat didn't touched it) we refused to be charged for this dreadful dinner, they charged us anyway, unacceptable! Thirdly : No towels available after room cleaning, "succesfully" delivered after having a shower, 2 hours later. They are lucky that we can't contact the general manager, because otherwise I'm sure that they would take the first flight to straighten the stuff there. First and last time at the Novotel Fiji. Avoid this place at any cost and if possible boycott it!

Everything was perfect. From the rooms to the pool & the atmosphere & not forgetting the food (breakfast). So peaceful & worth our stay Keep it up Novotel Nadi.

Not particularly impressed. German cockroach in my room, which I killed, did not want it getting into my luggage. Did not find the staff to be friendly, not like I have found Fijians to be everywhere else I went. Very overpriced. They did have nice grounds. Not worth the money. Find somewhere else to stay. They also stuffed the booking up. We booked 5 rooms but they only had 3 booked. They did sort it out but should not have happened in the first place.

First room: smelled like dead rodent and first needed to be confirmed by staff… which it was from 10 feet away. Second room: air con full blast… Hotter than outside. Solution offered? Let's keep bouncing you around the standard rooms? No thank you. How can this be an Accor hotel? I've stayed at many lovely hotels in this group and this was the worst by a mile. Do you not even try and make up for two disastrous attempts at providing lodging? Not here… Window lock was broken on the sliding door in one room as well. Very dated and moldy smelling. You either get a higher grade room or choose another hotel.

We didn't have a good experience here, when they have us the room the wall in the bathroom where not cleaned, you could see the soap and shampoo dried up to the wall. And we didn't have hot water, we where able to have a fast shower with some warm / not cold water. 30 minutes of free internet in the lobby is a plus point of this place compare to other hotels.

Good hotel if you have to take an early flight as is really close to the airport. But there isn't anything else close to it. Rooms are ok, but bathrooms seem a little old.

It was okay. Place so big could use transportation and room 612 is quite warm.

Very bad customer service. Mis-communication between expedia and the reservations desk and we were penalised for it. Expedia sent us am email confirminf ALL inclusive package for SONAISALI RESORT and NOVOTEL NADI. Sonaisali honours this commitment and gives all meals and Wi-Fi included in the stay. BUT NOVOTEL refuses to provide lunch, dinner and Wi-Fi, DESPITE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM EXPEDIA shown to them. to top it all, the lady asks me to call expedia saying it cost her $1.21 FOR 6 mins (showing me the printout for the calls she had made earlier). I make the call for 8 mins and we are slashed with $29.00 telephone charges! THIS IS OUR WORST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM NOVOTEL NADI if you are looking for a Happy memorable Holiday.

Had an amazing time at this resort Warm, helpful and friendly staff. Loved the menu, our room was spacious and clean and the grounds are very well kept. Will definitely return. Darshika, Luke, Amarita and the whole staff were wonderful. Thank you for everything you did in making our 27th wedding anniversary and my husband's surprise 50th birthday present as perfect as it could have been. Thanks to you guys.
