Where do I begin? The staff didn't help with any of our complaints and laughed in our faces while we were talking to them, they said they would escalate and fix the issues while we're away, but never did. Breakfast was extremely poor (2 types of sliced bread, 2 types of jams, 2 types of fruit, 1 type of cheese, 1 type of meat, 1 peanut butter jar, 1 container of orange juice, and 2 kettles of ready-made coffee. That's all you'll get for breakfast! ) There were bugs everywhere in the room, hair dryer that didn't work, missing toilet brush, bug pressed in the new towels, leaking showers doe to doors being wonky, poo droppings of I-don't-know-what everywhere, tons of dust under the bed, peeling decorations, revolting and money-hungry management and reception (not Fijian people), different sized stairs which make you fall and so much more! The receptionist decided on her own to cancel our 7am wake up, because she thought we were still asleep, therefore, we missed our breakfast AND half a day of activities. We complained every single morning about a different issue we came across and NOTHING was being done throughout our stay there. I've been to dozens of hotels in my life, in many countries, and I never came across such a filthy and neglected hotel than this. Go to ANY other hotel in Fiji. This one is also in a remote location, so you can't go anywhere, unless you take a taxi away from this hell of a hotel.

Watching the sunset from the beach, friendly staff. swimming pool, great area to play in for the children, the hammocks and relaxing atmosphere.

Beachfront bures are comfortable and make waking up each day to the sound of the ocean just perfect. Not only are the staff amazing I found the other guests so friendly as well. Just a general feeling of content. We will be back.

Felt right at home here, why? because the Staff made me feel like a long lost family member was returning. My room was very clean and comfortable serviced daily. PS BEST Pizzas in NANDI I reckon, and I never got it in the noggin by a falling coconut. Bloody amazing really because there are many coconut palms here and I like sitting and sleeping under them. Fishing not that great but the fish might not like grean beans and carrot for bait lol. I so enjoyed it here I flew back.

Stayed for 3 days on the way through to LA, don’t let the bad reviews put you off this place is a little gem with amazing staff that could not do anymore to help. We will definitely be back.

Food was delicious although we thought a touch expensive but everything else was great.

We arrived after staying at Tokoriki, which was high end. Club Fiji is not for people wanting 5 star. Its cheap, but clean with very good service. Staff are lovely and kind. Its simplistic but adequate. For those with complaints get real guys this place is dirt cheap, clean and tidy.

Mediocre service and hospitality standards. Definitely got great views on the brighter side.

Beautiful, convenient location and bures are nice. However food and drinks at the resturant were pricey and a bit underwhelming. There is an extra cost for everything unfortunately. Vibe is a bit low.

Oh well, we booked our hotel room 2, 5 months in advance. And we also booked a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived at Nadi airport no one was there to pick us up. Luckily a lovely lady from the airport information called them and after 10 min someone picked us up. When we arrived at club Fiji resort the lady behind reception said that there is no booking for our name. I had all the confirmation printed out so I showed her that we booked 2, 5 months ago. She made it sound like it is my mistake but it was definitely theirs! Then she wanted to charge us for our night stay but we already payed 1/3 of the price when we booked the room online! We showed her the bank statement and then she believed us and we payed the other 2/3. After all this drama we finally got our room. Well, it’s okay and what you pay for. The next morning we wanted to check out and another lady asked us again if we still need to pay for our room! Oh gosh, they really try to rip you off.

Our Group of 8 stayed here at club Fiji Nadi for 3 nights and what a experience it was. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Photos are completely different, staff are rude, all tours seem to get cancelled, bus rides aren’t reliable, food is absolutely terrible and the place is very dirty. Breakfast isn’t included, you pay extra for meet and things needed to be cooked eg, eggs sausages bacon, streaks. Toast & cereal is what’s provided! Beach is very unsafe with Brocken glass and rubbish everywhere. No activitys where available for us to do and the place is riddled with fleas. Our bed had ants & we showered in thongs the place is filthy. Honderds of Ants are included with Buffe dinner due to flowers the use on the tables it’s a 2 minutes walk away from a open cemetery & also Wifi is $1 a hour and very poor signal. The place has Kittens and cats everywhere that are left a stray! Nothing here for kids “ stay elsewhere please it’s terrible!

This is our first day in Fiji, we stay by the seaside resort club Fiji Resort, to the airport to greet our self-play the enthusiasm of the local people, the airport's service staff enthusiastically give help to call the resort to pick up the machine, the driver told us that the Local has been two weeks of heavy rain, A lot of places are soaked, today is a fine day, we are lucky, but also see the double rainbow, this resort is close to the bay, there are coconut trees everywhere, the locals climb the coconut tree pick the olive son to drink coconut water, very sweet, we stay is double bed and add a sofa bed plank design house, Although it is a bit old but it is clean and tidy, with air-conditioning and fans, unfortunately no Wi-Fi and TV, there is a not too big swimming pool, swimming in the high coconut trees around and facing the sea, very ya Yi, the staff here is very friendly! 03/04/2018 jim& Ada.

Best resort see view and quite place.

Not clean… food is a joke and ridiculously overpriced. Staff are more into having a good time themselves then to work.

Nice place by the beach. Very serene and quiet. The villas are quite spacious. I didn't stay there but attended a wedding and reception for close friends who were getting married right outside their villa.

Good location, well maintained structures a very friendly staff. We were impressed by how a waiter, Niko, was understanding and even anticipating our requests: excellent example of the renowned Fijian hospitality.

Good service. Beach not really for swimming. Nice small pool. Advertised laser sailboats were totally decrepit and unusable — a big disappointment. Great food and the Sunday night live music was quality.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I didn't want to give it a star rating as it doesn't deserve it but couldn't post without one This place was absolutely disgusting, from threadbare furniture to birds eating off the breakfast buffet. Aircon in the room was barely able to keep up and it had to be turned off every time you left the room. The bed was aweful and felt I was getting bitten all night by bed mites. The shower room was disgusting. Either extremely hot water or cold. No in between. Very depressing place This place is in serious need of updating its 4* rating is a joke and in reality is 2* at best. It says in write up it's luxury. It certainly is NOT. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place and I intend to write this review on every travel site I can find because what is advertised is not fair to travellers. We were only booked for 2 nights but it was so bad we left after the first night and even though we told management how disappointed we were they still refused to refund the 2nd night. Traveller beware the photos you see must have been from when it first opened in the 90s and nothing has been done since!

At first glance the place was amazing. I woke up the first day I was there with a ton of bug bites but I didn't think much about it since I was outside a lot. Now a month later I'm home and I have beg bugs. Never going to club Fiji again.

Second time at Club Fiji. My favourite resort. Very reasonable lovely staff. Typical fiji … will recommend this to all … thankyou John in Brisbane. Vanaka.

An interesting value for money for those who look at the glass half full: I loved sleeping in front of the ocean. We were family and we had a bungalow just for us. It consisted of two bedrooms, two water rooms and a kitchenette. Each bungalow has a terrace.
But our mattress was not comfortable, the shower curtain was to be cleaned and the faucets shut down badly. The hot water is solar (that's good) but we ran out of sunshine. The pool is cleaned every day but the wind flaps full of leaves. The staff is mostly pleasant and professional. Some evenings are lively. There are two restaurants in the hotel. The one on the beach has pizza. Overall I liked my experience at the hotel. I regret that the shuttle was not also present at the airport on the day of our arrival, despite my two e-mails to announce our flight and time of arrival.

A great lower cost lodge resort that has comfortable rooms… air con. Ensuites and private balcony… beach is unswimmable… and no pool. But its clean… relaxing… spacious with good food options…

Brilliant, wonderful location, the food was delicious, we shared meals a couple of times and was plenty. It is a quiet resort not really a party going place, location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets, there aren't hoards of people around which I just love. I would gladly stay here again. It might not be a 5 star very expensive hotel but it has in my opinion 5 star quality in service, food, location and peace and quiet. Our fridge went out in our room next day we got a replacement, no hassle no worry. The power did go out for a few hours but who cares your on holidays. They cranked up the generator for the main area so you could still drink eat etc. They have two happy hours. Prices were very reasonable even when not happy hour and water for a 1 litre cost $5 FJD.

The hotel might be idyllic but a lack of staff and management regret the choice of this hotel…
Chops from pigs to the taste of fish certainly not had time to clean the grill, lunch with rice and sausage, 2 choices of jams Orange and strawberry when there are!
Staff who no longer smile seen schedules they have!
Fortunately the Sun is here… And small pool… Because the beach is not accessible for swimming…
I dreamed of Fiji… Choose your hotel!

No backup generator. Dark and gloomy.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Very Poor management. Stayed at several oceanfront places and this was by far the worst. Also beware: The air conditioners do not work. Food is very bad also and we both got sick. The only thing we found decent was the ceviche. When asked for a discount they offered us beer which was very unprofessional.

Rooms okay, food not that special, location okay, reasonable value for money for the area. No TVs, Expensive internet — $4 per hour In the three days we stayed, saw two people almost seriously injured by falling coconuts — management needs to decide if they are running a coconut plantation or a resort.

The Chef and waiters needs urgent training. Food always cold and we had to wait up to a hour or more to be served. Room was advertised with free Airport Shuttle but the staff of the Hotel insisted that Free Airport Shuttles means only from the Airport to the Hotel. We had to pay for the shuttle back to the Airport. Hotel also needs a makeover it is very dated. No radio, TV or Internet in rooms.

Worn and away from everything. No TV or radio.

Club Fiji is not correct on the map here. It is not near Sonaisali. It is near town north of this spot, on the other side of Denarau, and on the beach side of the airport.
