We really enjoyed our stay in Arabella Azur hotel, hurghada. The staff are really friendly and kind. The beach and the pools are great. The meals are ok.

We were there with the family. There was nothing to complain about. People throughout all very nice and accommodating. Room was ok. Silicone joints in the bathroom were no longer so nice and could be renewed. Who needs W-lan in the room is out of place here. However, this is pointed out in the hotel description. We bought a phone card there with 20 GB volume and then all accessed it via Hotspot. Pools were clean and the beach as well. Service top. Empty glasses were collected regularly, etc.
If you leave the hotel from the reception, after about 50 to 60 meters on the left side several bazaars come. The second is called Jasmine 6b. They really helped us with several things. If they don't have something in the store that you need, they get it until the next evening. Above all, the everywhere have prices on it so you know in advance what it costs. Very very nice people!

Staff are very rude not friendly to the Egyptian even the kids they aren’t friendly and if you lost anything u will never found it doesn’t recommend at all.

The service in the hotel is very bad, and there is racism in the treatment of foreigners and Egyptians, and the general manager does not have any culture in terms of communication with the Egyptian guest and only cares about women for gifts and money.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Several pools and the beach is right next to the rooms. There is a lot of choice in the restaurants, we enjoyed it.
The animation team is lovely.
Perfect service and very good value for money.
We can't wait to come back.

The hotel may be a bit older, but it's still highly recommended. Service and staff are very friendly and the hotel complex is not a bed castle.

Very bad experience, away from the very bad attitude of staff, bad food, bad room service. I got robbed last day at my stay. Someone entered my room and stole about 1250 EGP, I messaged the hotel and they informed that nothing happened. تجربة سيئة جدً في فندق أرابيلا أزور الغردقة. بعيداً سوء معاملة الموظفين و الأكل السيء و خدمة النضافة السيئة. انا اتسرقت هناك حد دخل غرفتي و خد فلوس من المحفظة و لما عملت شكوى عندهم بلغوني ان محدش دخل و مفيش كاميرات يرجعولها Arabella Azur Resort — Hurghada.

A very lovely place to stay, the staff is very friendly, the food is pretty good especially the dinner. Staff is very lovely and helpful. Very nice sea view you can enjoy the sun rise there. A good swimming pool and beach as well. I’ve really enjoyed my honeymoon there, and I’d recommend the hotel for anyone who’s looking for relaxing.

Very good place to relax and spend good time. It has a large swimming pool and beach. Food and staff were the best thing there. Very generous all inclusive plan. The beach is full of rocks that injured our feet. No much facilities for kids Rooms are not very capacious, however clean and comfy. I really recommend it and I might spend my next vacation there.

This resort was amazing. I was here for two days and had a wonderful time. There was buffet style food served. This location had varies activities to participate in. The pool area was largely fitted inside an forest like decor. The room settings were very relaxing, my room had an amazing view with a balcony.

Nice place with sea view on most rooms. All inclusive package is really good deal and value of money. I would go there again. Staff really friendly. Animation team should make more efforts to show up their presence. Food variety is really great. Rooms are clean and neat. Life guards are always paying attention and on duty.

I left alone to be able to work quietly and it's just amazing to work in front of this turquoise sea.
The beach is simply sublime, with huge access, great location close to corals full of fish to see and in April the best time is hot but not too much. Super nice staff I loved! :)

Charm of the 80iger years. Arabic level. The staff (only men) is very helpful. There's trouble. The food is average good. The rooms correspond to a 3Sterne hotel. The pool area is appealing. For the service, many euro coins are to be planned, which can be awarded according to their own value.

Class hotel, I would come back. Food very varied and tasty, room and facility clean, predominantly friendly staff, large pool and class house reef. The facility is a bit older, but not as Usual. The towel service for the beach could work even better, as there were not always enough bath towels.

For a 4 star hotel absolutely top. We were there last year in summer and autumn. The rooms are average. The food is very good, especially the poolside dinner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own hotel beach, the beach is very nice. The hotel also has its own house reef, which you can use. Conclusion if we will soon return to Egypt, we will most likely decide again for the Arabia Azur.

I was a solo traveler. Everyone that works here is very friendly. I didn't have any problems at all. Not a single thing wrong with this place. I would go back again. One downfall is location. It is pretty far away from all the club's and what not. I am not a drinker so it didn't bother me. A taxi isn't expensive at all so it's a good way to get around.

Hotel has its own coast with coral reef! Best choice for everyone who likes snorkelling. One of the beat hotels in area with superfriendly stuff and delicious all day meal.

We had a wonderful vacation in Hurghada last fall. The snorkeling just outside the pier was stunning. We spent hours beneath the water! Me and my brother have serious allergies to different sorts of food. They managed to serve us food, which was great! Very service-minded staff and chefs.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good and diverse food. The beds are thin and a bit harder, but very comfortable. The rooms are big and contain a safe. The Beach gets regularly cleaned by the staff and there are many thrash bins. There are also lifeguards and a good security. Really pleasant experience.

Our absolute favorite hotel. Right by the sea and rooms always have a sea view. This hotel has its own house reef. 2 lagoons and a marina. So there are enough space in total many. Staff always very friendly and very endeavoring to make everything and everyone right. Close to the city and well bustling. Own dialysis centrum. Hospital within 5 minutes walk.

Typical Egyptian hotel with the national problems in the service. The rooms are clean but getting into the years. The staff somewhat slowly do that patience is called for with the service. Big plus the reef which is great for snorkelling.

My partner and I loved the hotel, we are both in our early 20s. The staff were lovely and helpful and ALWAYS! Cleaning. The food was nothing special, but still good. The snorkelling is amazing, so much sea life to see. The room was spacious with a nice balcony view of the sea. For souvenirs I recommend going across the road to Cleopatra bazar, the prices are fixed and there is a lot to chose from, they take USD, EUROS and Egyptian pounds, you can also use eftpos. Highly recommend this hotel and area :)

The Gftun Azur, is pioneer in the hospitality industry in Hurghada since 1984. Billing itself as a 3-star hotel, it solidly delivers on all its claims and more. It is located due east of the Hurghada airport, and about 5 km south of El Dahar, the downtown of Hurghada. Outside the hotel there is a wide promenade with tourist shops, restaurants, ATM's and shopping all within walking distance from the hotel. ROOMS and HOUSEKEEPING The Giftun has is a block of 134 hotel rooms on four floors (no elevator) with side sea, pool or garden views. Hotel rooms are modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable and come with a large flat screen TV and a minibar, coffee set-up, free in-room safe, and laundry service for a fee. Towels, pillows, sheets and comforter are very good quality. Rooms with two beds have large double beds and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is satisfactory. Noise level is low and sleep comfort is high. There are over 360 original bungalows nestled among acres of mature gardens of assorted plants, flowers and shrubs, bougainvillea, palm trees and even some exotic birds. (I saw two) Bungalows have the same amenities except for an in-room safe. Bungalow safes are available in the main building next to reception. SERVICE Service is good and friendly. The Egyptian people are as warm and as friendly as you are. A smile will get you one returned two-fold. Most hotel staff speak German and English.

Am regular now. Beautiful large room, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, delicious food, horny house reef. The views of the lagoon from the rooms is fantastic. If times something not smooth, responsive staff then endeavours to every guest. Good location. In the evening, one is times fast in the Marina or Sequella.

We were here a year ago. The plant is a dream! Very nice. Only drawback was, you can take food and drinks to the beach chairs, very bad when a disabilities traveler with is lame. Here there is love cuddly lovable cats who at home have a paradise here.

I can not tell first and foremost some reviews.
the hotel is clean. Very clean. The staff was always friendly. Friendly and open-minded. We have allowed to spend a week (just train Po) slightly older hotel which was very refreshing. The large rooms and of course the sea are the highlight. I find some reviews (in Hotel pages) somewhat unfair, because when I search for errors, I find some!
The Palm trees but not in a row or on the beach, it is too Sandy. Or what do I know. Well, I can make no 3 weeks vacation here in the summer. 1. ) 55 degrees in the shade are not my thing and 2. ) Desert itself not as a landscape ranging from me to even walk, I have to say then I would have to remain in 3 weeks only at the hotel, which is also not mine. But for 1 week and an abrelax holiday in the fall with 30 degrees each day at the beach lying around and snorkeling vacation has been the a hammer. Conclusion Arabia Azur Hotel top Essen top staff and top sea with reef and coral and lots of colorful fish. Tip (surf shoes are compulsory and snorkeling equipment)

Different food every day (every day another topic) domestic courts world-class everything else rather bland, breakfast not very varied but not bad (every day fresh omlett and pancakes). Good afternoon everyone! Resting in the “Arabian» with 20июня on 10 July. Tour operator «Intourist». Problems with meetings-wires arose, it was clearly and on time. Arrival was late but the staff was excellent and gave (in their opinion) the best room-316 Century Without any rewards! Water pressure, as already noticed by other tourists, really a little weak on the 3rd floor, but we didn't like.
Number pleased with its size! Especially pleasantly surprised balcony — sea view is simply gorgeous! I think that the most successful on the location of the rooms is 315, 316 In (standards) 317, 318 (suites), 319, 320. Bar daily delivered water. Beautiful hotel is a grey old towels and just torn towels. This is not the level of 4*. The room was cleaned properly, always did the new from towel-elephants, crocodiles, little men, swans. Cleaners were always friendly and do all my requests. Magic power tip else failed!
Restaurant on the street is not a feast for the availability of free places. Had to walk around and look for vacancies. It irritated very! Though. One could go to the other — from the reception, but there choice!

Had a rest with the husband. In General, the rest is very much! The territory is large, which is 3 hotel, you can walk through the entire area. Very green and beautiful! In one of the hotels warm pool. Our room was in the casing, it is closer to the sea, there is very quiet, there was no wind, Tikhaya lagoon, but if you enter the Marina, where to watch the fish — there was very windy.
