Best all inclusive resort I've been to. The food was of a very high standard and the staff were not overly eager like some resorts. It was very chilled. Super close to the beach and local amenities within a stones throw. Cannot recommend this place enough. A+++++++ 5

The hotel is okay. The rooms are clean and functional. The food is not varied. The pool area is not cleaned daily and was tlws. Pretty dirty. The service is very tipping dependent, which is not nice. The drinking cups were often not clean. However, the guest service is very nice and helpful.

4 stars hotel, good price, great service u may find whatever u like there, bowling, good beer, clean rooms, I adore the place, food is very tasty as well.

The restaurants are not allowed in a T-shirt, and shorts, and only Russian, Germans do not touch. Demonstratively biased attitude towards the Russians. The Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

The place is amazing with all amenities available. It is quite (as it is adults only), has it's own pool with access to the beach through their sister hotel, the staff is great and helpful and the food was amazing. They have a different activity everyday and also the food changes to keep things fresh. Overall, a great experience that will definitely be repeated.

I'm just on the Spot. Nice hotel, very nice staff who cares fast, good food from the Buffet. The grounds are clean and tidy. The price — performance ratio is good. Happy to come back, because here it can be held. :)

Beautiful only adult hotel on renovation Course. The staff were very friendly and the room was Clean. Those who want to have a holiday without children shouting are very well kept there. Good offer of animation and experience (boat tours, Snorkeling) House reef behind the Hotel. Is worth a trip!

The Bel Air Azur and the Arabella Azur are combined as the hotels in Egypt are unfortunately only 50% occupied. However, the staff are very much in trouble for their guests. Very nice we found the theme nights, with dance and music. Delicious food always hot and freshly grilled fish… yummy! Otherwise the buffets were always varied and something for everyone. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were made with cute figures. The mini bar was Azch daily. The beach was also very nice and it was important to us that we could go into the sea from the beach and not from a jetty and the ladder (suitable for handicapped ☺). We found the animation very sparse, which was a pity. It was then said that we should go to the neighboring hotel…

A nice hotel on el bahr/cornishe street near sakala square which have all kinds of shops and services. It has a Very reasonable price/night, nice, helpful polite staff, the hotel isa clean specialy the pool and quit as it is adults only. The rooms are good with a big area but with old furniture and the bath foom has no shampoo or body lotion. This hotel share the facilities of another hotel (arabia azur) for free.

Anyone who settles down here really has his peace of ü18. Has been my absolute favorite hotel for 15 years. Even after a year you will be greeted with his name again.

Nice staff, good location, nice food.

Very clean but as small as the water pressure in the bathroom and that the bathroom is very old. Super comfortable beds, large balcony and you can also have lunch on the hotel's own beach or by the pool. Consistently friendly staff and always very helpful.

To eat; It's neat and you always find something that tastes good to you.
We didn't look at the animation because they took place in a kind of hall, you could have done that better.
The beach is better than seen in the photos and the reef on the in-house beach is just cool.
Which really annoyed me;
Once you left the hotel complex, it was littered and dirty everywhere and the Egyptians are just pushy.
But I can recommend the hotel with the best of my knowledge.

We spent a week and the reception and everything else (animations, personal, restaurant) are made in German. The food is really not terrible, no taste too cooked and I go. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The pool was just at temperature. The positive point is that it is a very quiet hotel due to the fact that it is from 18 years old.

The hotel is quite old, but actually quite pretty. The organization lags here and there and what good is an adult hotel with very childish vocal animation. This is, of course, a matter of taste. But what is definitely very negative here, it is basically not asked at lunchtime and dinner if you might want to have a drink. After the first drink, eye contact is avoided and if not explicitly reordered there is nothing left. So unfortunately we have experienced it for 2 weeks since the first day, also after really friendly hints and also observed it with other guests. Our guess is that the waiters are stopped to save on drinks. An absolute noGo for a hotel in such regions. We don't know that after several years of Egypt vacations like that.

This can be a fantastic place, if all staff members get trained and disciplined to be at the same professional level. Food and beverage hygiene is another problem. Animation team sucks. Most of staff members were amazing. Rooms were spacious, well-lit and lovely.

Adults only resort that is also all inclusive. The food is good for buffet food, the no kids keeps the pool very quiet and the staff are very helpful. They have a waterfront adults area as well and you can use the facilities at their sister resort next door.

Hotelmöbelierung old, but otherwise everything is very clean and the food very good. Our holiday there was very nice. We would like to once again go there.

2009. The hotel is boring and small, rest mainly Austrians and Germans. Good staff compensates for many deficiencies. For the first trip well.

Don't believe the skeptics! Hotel very хороший. Коктейли, ice cream, drinks in the fridge, all without ограничений. Большие rooms, all with pool view, No fuss and noise of бассейна. Прекрасный bulk beach, going far away in море. Кормежки abound and in ассортименте. И Germans snobs we were not troubled, even rested from наших. Самые best impressions.
