We really enjoyed our stay in Arabella Azur hotel, hurghada. The staff are really friendly and kind. The beach and the pools are great. The meals are ok.

We were there with the family. There was nothing to complain about. People throughout all very nice and accommodating. Room was ok. Silicone joints in the bathroom were no longer so nice and could be renewed. Who needs W-lan in the room is out of place here. However, this is pointed out in the hotel description. We bought a phone card there with 20 GB volume and then all accessed it via Hotspot. Pools were clean and the beach as well. Service top. Empty glasses were collected regularly, etc.
If you leave the hotel from the reception, after about 50 to 60 meters on the left side several bazaars come. The second is called Jasmine 6b. They really helped us with several things. If they don't have something in the store that you need, they get it until the next evening. Above all, the everywhere have prices on it so you know in advance what it costs. Very very nice people!

Staff are very rude not friendly to the Egyptian even the kids they aren’t friendly and if you lost anything u will never found it doesn’t recommend at all.

The service in the hotel is very bad, and there is racism in the treatment of foreigners and Egyptians, and the general manager does not have any culture in terms of communication with the Egyptian guest and only cares about women for gifts and money.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Several pools and the beach is right next to the rooms. There is a lot of choice in the restaurants, we enjoyed it.
The animation team is lovely.
Perfect service and very good value for money.
We can't wait to come back.

The hotel is a bit older, but it is still highly recommended. Service and staff are very friendly and the hotel complex is not a bed castle.

Very bad experience, away from the very bad attitude of staff, bad food, bad room service. I got robbed last day at my stay. Someone entered my room and stole about 1250 EGP, I messaged the hotel and they informed that nothing happened. تجربة سيئة جدً في فندق أرابيلا أزور الغردقة. بعيداً سوء معاملة الموظفين و الأكل السيء و خدمة النضافة السيئة. انا اتسرقت هناك حد دخل غرفتي و خد فلوس من المحفظة و لما عملت شكوى عندهم بلغوني ان محدش دخل و مفيش كاميرات يرجعولها Arabella Azur Resort — Hurghada.

Resort is very nice, rooms are great. But. Not very clean. I found a spot a blood on the bed… the staff are very unfriendly. I lost my bag so I have to wait at the airport for all the paperwork’s. The hotel taxi leave without me. So I have to paye for a taxi by myself. Once at the hotel, the staff ask me to paye for the hotel taxi! When I ask if I ca call the airport to know if they find my luggage, they ask me to paye for te phone call… as I told, very unfriendly.
Furthermore the food is very so so.

Like a village with attractive gardens between the traditional buildings. Very ordinary food but good value accommodation and all inclusive. Adjacent to the beach with good swimming and windsurfing for learners.

Nice hotel, that looks refreshingly different from the other hotels. We had a great room with a nice view to the open sea. All the staff was friendly and chatty. Don’t fall for the advertised tours from externals, for us it was always better to book directly from our agency contact, who was available daily. There are multiple locations for food, so it doesn’t get boring during a longer stay. The diving school at the hotel is great for first diving tryouts with its decent prices. Snorkeling at the reef directly at the hotel beach was pure joy, there’s a great variety of fish swimming around :) Had a perfect first visit in Egypt here!

As a skeptic flew to Egypt for the first time and tomorrow I will have to leave this place with a laughing and a crying eye. Top service, good food, great animation team, nice excursion offer (snorkeling and diving) as well as good massages and cosmetics. Lots of nice holiday guests from all over the world, thank you for the wonderful time. I'll be back, promised!

We're again yesterday in Germany, and we were the 3 time in the Arabella! It was, as always, a beautiful holiday up to the arrival at the Hotel when you check in! The two gentlemen at the Info have forfeit their Job! Very Rude and dismissive! After that, where we have seen the first waiters and pool boys from the last few years, the sun rose again and the holiday is 17 days was about to begin! Pool area very clean

Seller on the beach (the getting annoyed with their fish, but we have said it clearly) to us at the Pool once or twice said no, then did you know we also report to us if we want to what. Quatfahren in Mino and boating in Ibrahim Top according to our Wishes! We come 2019 again! April 2018 with 3 families, 6 Adults and 3 Kids.

A wonderful hotel. Already in the years, but impresses with his architectural style. The staff is very accommodating and you are treated so properly as a guest even after 7 years of absence we were recognized again. The house reef invites you to snorkel one you don't need to walk over a long jetty and can go from the beach via a small staircase into the water and a few meters further is the reef with its fishing. We had a lot of fun there and we would repeat this holiday at any time.

A fine facility that stands out visually clearly different from the conventional systems. Here it is Possible to find the total relaxation. From snorkeling to Tennis, everything is Possible. Solely because of the food I'm taking half a star back. There's a bit of variety could come in. But complaining on a high level. I will for sure come there again. Lg, from Cologne.

The hotel is certainly not modern, BUT cozy, so unconventionally built and decorated, a kind of
"Arabian Quarter". For lovers of luxury may not be suitable. There is a diving point and billiards, for me it is more important. I liked it despite the old days.

Great resort to stay in Hurghada. This is the place if you search for relax and comfort. Nice staff (fun and hospitable), Wonderful animation team and Great service and environment. It shows its age, but carries it gracefully. The rooms are not perfect, but they are very clean and have a unique charm to them. The resort is 'cottage' style but needs updating and maintenance There is surf center as well as a diving center That they have house reef in swimming distance from the resort so you can do snorkeling. Easy access to activities outside of the resort. Negative things : — Still using keys for rooms instead of cards… only get one key and has to be inserted in slot to turn on power. — Some services as diving are for Foreigners only. I highly recommend "Arabella Azur".

It's the second time to come here, the first was my honeymoon and this is my third anniversary.
Service, kindness and friendliness are just the same, they need some focus on details when related to yearly maintenance and repair for not looking like an old place. Adding some French and Dutch speaking personnel will make Belgian and Dutch guest very happy. For the rest really recommended for people who search for relax and comfort stay while action and suspense is just around the corner.

Things have been going downhill with the hotel for years, nothing is being renovated anymore, the bathrooms in the rooms now look awful, at least in Block D. The menu has also been the same for years, with a few exceptions the service loveless and partly disgusting. At the beach bars you only have to take a close look at how eg the glasses are "rinsed. " For us after 7 stays there the last time. On top of that, other homes are cleaner and cheaper. Perhaps the right buzzword for this resort is customustomed.

Great hotel, large grounds, tasty food.

Nice hotel located @ Red Sea with one major beach and a smaller Reef beach area as well as a very small children beach. Very friendly waiters. Tip them at the beginning of your stay and they will make sure you get the treatment you want. Continental breakfast (5:00-7:00) is more the Egyptian way, don't expect too much. The Grill restaurant serves breakfast (9:00-11:00), lunch (12:30 — 15:00) and diner (19:00-23:00).

The resort is very clean, many kinds of food every day, the stuff is cool and smiling most of time. While the resort is 4 stars only, but in my opinion it could take 5 stars specially for the good service. The only bad thing, because of low occupancy the activities (Belly dance, shows etc…) isn't that good But anyway I will come this place again.

Recommended cleanliness and friendliness are written large. Eat no negative experiences etc top made. We will be back.

My first love! The village is the best in all Hurgada! I had a room Red Sea view simply… Amazing! Perfect in all. Staff nice. Food good. Beach and sea fantastic. I love this place. I stayed here 3 times in 10 years and is always perfect!

I found it quite nice there and it was really great there chilln and much experience. But there was schonn Par things that have bothered but so is the car guys. But I liked it a lot.

There, it is very nice and you can wind — surf, ride on camels, swim a lot and the whole day just chill out.

At rest the Germans. Rooms are good. Are cleaned properly. Food is enjoyed, there are to choose from, the quality is good. Super sea-a lot of fishes, corals. Beaches for all tastes, there are sandy, stony, but in any case you need shoes. Animation in German. To "seal" the rest is a great hotel.

You wont get in this hotel at the end of August 2011. The hotel is nice. Sea first line. The sea is clean. 2 the beach. One coral, another entrance stairs. Nearby is the Arabia hotel, you can visit the hotel there swim and a walk. The hotel area is large, green. When you arrive at the hotel I advise you to put your money in the passport that have given good number, for example with sea view. We were lucky. We had a great room overlooking the sea. Everything was near a restaurant, bar, swimming pool. You can safely eat on the beach or near the pool. But the only minus that displeases us. This food. We were 2 weeks. 2 weeks on their food tired. Like diversity. So we went to a restaurant where drinks are chargeable. There is a large menu you choose what you want. But only if you do not know English then you have nothing to do there. Because this restaurant is multilingual waiter.
The room cleaned every day. Leavin money you make swans on the bed.

We stayed with her husband and child in Arabella, in late may early June. The hotel is not new, with very beautiful and very green area. All the buildings are built in a Moroccan style, painted white paint, large waterfall swimming pools, a small lagoon. Very comfortable rooms, the furniture is not new, but in excellent condition, air conditioning worked perfectly, mini-bar available. Cleaning in the room without claims, swans rose petals, this is for you every day, please leave a tip, not every day, when the smaller the money was. The staff is friendly, attentive and kind, all of pathological love for children — all remember by name, often play with them, a great help in the restaurant, when distract the child, and had the opportunity to eat in peace. Many speak good English, some understand Russian. Food is excellent, there are several restaurants, we always ate in the main restaurant «Gril». There is varied choice of food, so there are children kitchen. There is always fish, meat, chicken, potatoes, rice, pasta every day all is cooked differently. A lot of different sweets, a large selection of different cakes, just was not enough fruits 2-3 species. After the dinner you can have a snack in the pool bar — pizza and ice-cream, soft drinks. Sea and excellent beaches are close by. Beach and coral and sand. Sunset in the sea is a convenient, feature staircase.

Rested injuly 2009, EVERYTHING! Decent, calm, hearty! Evenings not boring! thanks to the guide to Oksana and our curator-Люцие! Good city tour, glass-bottomed boat, yacht in море. Отдыхающие-80%-немцы. Хорошего You rest.
