Mainly German, Russian and Salvo clientele.
Nice hotel at first glance. But disappointing in the end:
Negatives:
-the reception staff was unsympathetic, not warm or smiling, and most often overflowed. Average wait time, 5 to 10 minutes.
-The room we had was not of any freshness: faulty fridge, poorly resilicated shower, dirty blankets and stained.
-We had Wi-Fi. It was unplugged as early as Saturday morning so we were only at 2pm and we had taken a one week package on the previous Sunday.
-We are constantly requested at the beach to sign purchase orders for the spa or for excursions or for snorkeling.
-Spa: not disappointing, but I would say squarely traumatizing: the "commercial" of the Spa who asked us on the beach sold us benefits that were very far from the reality:
Facial: no pre-makeup, facial cleansing with a rotating brush that passed from me to the person accompanying me without being disinfected or at least cleaned between.
The "commercial" had touted me a miracle care for my dry hair which turned out to be a simple shampoo without any particular care thereafter (not even a conditioner) and a simple foam lacquer.
Manicure: varnish placed on the nail without base, nor top coat. The salesman had told us that there would be a hand care: none.
Pedicure: same. At the Spa we had tested a "miracle" oil that they were going to use — nil — we were just offered a €15 cream that had to be bought in addition.
-We had been sold a hashes coloring of lashes and eyebrows: only the eyelashes were made (without visible result from elsewhere and that for me, not for the person accompanying me)
-It is the same person who made me face care, epilation and shampoo.
You should also know that the Spa is an independent entity of the hotel, so in case of glitch, the hotel disengages from its responsibilities.
In this case, we have had a misunderstanding and I must say that I have never been so badly treated in my life by someone as in this Spa. They justified themselves by telling us that they were doing the job on purpose half as there was a "check" session included before we left, while on the beach we had sold this as a second similar benefit included in the price and they did not want to hear anything about the poor quality of the services. And instead of moving on, they re-contacted us on this subject several times during our stay.
In short, if you go with an organization, I recommend waiting for the offers of this agency that will be much more affordable and of better quality as we have seen. You can also benefit from an appeal.
-Coral Beach and reef, so very difficult to go swimming from the beach without suitable shoes. It is best to borrow the pontoon
Positives:
-Great choice of food we found good.
-Staff at the restaurant mostly very friendly and helpful.
-Magnificent reef at the edge of the pontoon: ideal for snorkeling: magnificent fish, rays, …
-2 large and beautiful swimming pools (plus one for babies) : one quiet and the other more lively (animators, Zumba classes, lounge music, …)
