Very beautiful place, nice people. I recommend it for anyone to go there and take a vacation. The beach has corals and you can go snorkelling, and you can do different activities based on what you like. The service in the rooms is great. And the people are funny and friendly. It really deserves 5 stars ⭐️

It is a super 5 star hotel, just everything perfect, super attentive staff.

The personnel are wonderful! They make you feel at home. The Resort is very clean, rooms are spacious, the beach is close and there is so much to see. No wish is left open, by the Staff. They certainly made the whole vacation memorable! ♡ There are definitely some Staff that will be missed. We hope to visit again. We miss you already.

Amazing hotel! Rooms are nice the food is delicious. But what makes the hotel is the staff. From housekeeping to waiter to the people who make sure the toilets are clean especially the beach toilets. You are all so so so amazing 😊😊😊

Great staff, great managers.

Good service, good animation team, food very tasty but some variety was missing most of the time there was always the same.
But there was great praise for the hotel bar upstairs the service and the cocktails were super delicious.
down by the pool the cocktails, on the other hand, were not my case.
But otherwise you can't complain.
Everyone put a lot of effort into it.
One must not forget that it is a different country.

Nice and quiet especially no music by the pool or the beach. And Asraf always came up with something special about fabric and pillows our two were always happy when they came into the room. Also the staff is very nice even if there were small language obstacles here and there. I can recommend it to everyone.

It's a very green, hospitable place with a wonderful sandy beach and a beautifil coral reef. An amazing family hotel! The territory is not big but very green and lovely. Rooms are tidy, spacious and well-equipped. Food is tasty. Animation is great. Service is fine. Pool is Ok.

We were in Egypt for the first time at the end of July, with the Hotel Jaz Makadina we did everything right!
Only about 30 minutes bus ride from the airport, then received warmly in the hotel with a cool drink. Hotel complex very nice and TOP maintained.
Staff are very accommodating and friendly, thanks to Ayman and Muastafa!
We had a nice room with side sea view and balcony, room service you can no longer top!
The food was delicious and always fresh!
The beach is beautiful and it is just perfect to snorkel at the hotel's reef, lots of different colorful fish.
Departure was very well organized, we didn't have to worry about anything, just see the available folder one day before departure. Rest from the first day to the last day!

Excellent Hotel with lots of attention to details, nice beach and garden. The one thing which really make a difference is the service minded and friendly staff. I would like to mention a few, who are making a difference to us, as we are still here for a couple of more days
This is Abanob Nass Thomas who serve drinks at the pool. (suppose the distance he rans to serve drinks for the guest must be the length of a few marathons a day:)
Also Islam Hassan from the main restaurant, Amr from the aqua restaurant and Mohamed Ragab from the Pool and last but not least Mohamed El Sayed and his team for the good food.

We had a great holiday with you, from the service to the animation everything was just mega good, the food of the hammer, your waiters all super well on it. Guests animation sopky the bright madness. The rooms were always very clean and the best figures were conjured up.
Also a great thanks to the guest guest Joyce Mertens she was just super good gdrauf. We are looking forward to your next holiday.

I visited Hurghada couple times and have an experience of different kinds of hotels. This one is amazing and fantastic.
Very good food for an all-inclusive hotel. A good range of activities and entertainment. Location is perfect! The restaurant, bars, the swimming pool and the beach are all close with each other. Drinks can be ordered directly from the beach.
The beach is very comfortable. Animation team is very friendly and professional. Life guards and staff at the pool and beach are entertaining and always smiling. Definitely it is a very good place!

The staff is super friendly. The place is great. Food main course can be better.

Stayed there in July 2017 and it was lovely. Rooms were clean, food was good, very cheerful helpful staff spread through out the hotel. Today I am on my way back to JAZ Makadina and looking forward to another lovely holiday.

August 7 — 2018. Only stayed here one night as plane got cancelled but looks like it will be a great hotel located beach side. Has three or four levels so lots of stairs to climb. Rooms where nice spacious and comfortable beds too. This hotel was still under construction to the rear of it, didn't seem to bother the active part of the hotel though. Very helpful friendly staff.

It was a wonderful stay here … Me, my wife and my baby … They have all the facilities to make us happy … Staff are very very helpful … Food is great … Room service team is very professional… Animation team has allot of activities … Beach is nice with perfect service on it for drinks and snacks … I would recommend to offer a free scheduled shuttle bus for downtown as it is far away from downtown.

Great Food in Buffet form. A Plant that is looking for its same. Cleanliness, Kindness. Here you are well catered for all round. Here you can look for every Guest, and do it 24/7. No intrusive Staff but satisfactory Staff.

We stayed at Jaz Makadina for two weeks! So far definitely the best hotel where we have spent our holidays. Cleanliness and service is absolutely paramount here. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. In-house beach with a coral reef. Beautiful, very well maintained gardens. Very good cuisine with very large choice (greeting to the chef! ). Clear recommendation — we will definitely be back!

We were in Egypt for the first time and only booked a week to "sniff. " One thing is for sure: We'll come back and definitely stay a few days longer. Hospitality and service are simply spearheaded.

Nice hotel-clean normal in size… Good animation. With its Olympics… Sandy beach. Beautiful sea. Free entrance to the water… A little coral. I. E. Not leaving on excursions it is possible to see charms of the Red Sea. Normal food. Included in the price of the water park… There is a shuttle bus to the airport every hour… It would be good to have it all now in availability. As it was before.

Perfect place for lazy (not active) vacation — everything you need is right there "on board", suitable for families with small children, pregnant, elderly people, who just want to have calm comfortable sunny rest. Great food variety, pleasant on camp activities (animation). Totally recommended for those wanting some piece for a week or two.

We liked the hotel very much. Nice service good condition and good food. Only the beach didn't like us (very crowded) but there is a nice outer reef where you can snorkel well.

A very nice holiday at the Jaz Makadina Hotel. The hotel is smaller but super fine. You almost felt at home. The staff very friendly. No matter whether at the pool, on the beach or in the restaurant the waiting time is not long.
Also the food is delicious and varied.
The evening program is interesting and provides a good atmosphere.
I took advantage of the animation program every morning for yoga and lunch for water gymnastics. The animation does a good job always in a good mood and very nice.
The rooms are also very hygienic and clean.
A really successful holiday.

Extrem friendly Stuff… everywhere… the Room Service, on the Beach, in the Restaurant and at the Front Office. Our room was very nice and clean. Every day. A small Problem with the A/C was quickly fixed! The food in the Main restaurant and the Beach Restaurant Aqua was delicious! The Special Egypt Night at The View Balcony was really delicious! Really a 5 Star Hotel *****! PS: sometimes we wish a little bit less of Animation but it's a Family Hotel to.

Very nice holiday at the Jaz Makadina Hotel. What caught your eye was the very large and well-kept gardens. The hotel puts a lot of value on every little thing, so that the holiday is perfect and you can see that too.
Since I'm very sporty, I used the animation that does a good job. The fitness class in the afternoon was particularly good for me.
What I also used frequently was the gym, which has good equipment. After that, I went to the Jacuzzi.

The hotel offers attentive staff who would like to make your holiday as beautiful as possible.
The rooms are very clean. Housekeeping does a great job the evening program is very varied and really interesting.
I personally went to water gymnastics every day which I really liked and did well.

The hotel is smaller but super fine. It has real something from a family. The staff really cordial. We felt very comfortable and welcome, almost like home.
Snorkeling right on the in-house beach and reef has really been a little highlight for us.
The rooms nicely furnished and what was important to us was clean, and I can confirm that. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important here.

I drove into the hotel with my mother and it was pure recreation for us. The first time Egypt and directly get a nice first impression.
We have been greeted directly with delicious drinks in the reception. The front desk staff speaks good German and then showed us the hotel and then took us to our really nicely furnished rooms.
We can recommend the hotel to others. It was a successful holiday.

For us it was the first time vacation in Egypt and we are very surprised. Friendly service, large newly furnished rooms that are cleaned daily. Every morning we were surprised with a new figure of towels on our bed. So the day started very nicely. Then we went to breakfast which was varied and delicious. Afterwards we enjoyed the sun at the really nice pool area.

The hotel offers a very kind service, delicious food and a nice view to the beach. The evening program was different and very interesting. What we liked a lot was the bus who drove every 30 minutes to the aqua park. In addition the whole hotel is very clean. Our children enjoyed every day the kids club. It was a super vacation. I only can recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a family holiday. Stayed in the family in summer, loved that the territory is small and I was not afraid that kids can run. From the room to the beach minutes 5 No more, which is very convenient. My kids are not able to swim well and the plus was a good sunset in the sea (sand). It is also very nice that in the kitchen I asked to cook specially for children (soup) — made quickly and very tasty. Plus was a hike to the water park (located in another hotel-five minutes by bus to go) — in the water park there are children's slides and adults so that all of us were happy. Also went on excursion with dolphins-so many dolphins and so close I in the life has not seen yet. The stay was very nice. I would like to express my gratitude to Nadine (Children's animator) who created a unique atmosphere in the kids ' Club for children!

The hotel offers a lot. From very tasty food to clean rooms and very nice service. The animation offers a lot. A highlight is the Olympics every Thursday. Very interesting and super fun. What was good about it was the show cooking where the chef Cook is personally taken. It was really a nice holiday and we will definitely come back.

Visted this place with kids in July/August coming from the UK. Lovely resort. Very friendly staff. Sandy beach with 3 coral reef zones couple of metres away from the beach. Hot, yet dry, weather therfore not an issue. Clean rooms with furniture in very good condition. Resort size is reasonable with pools area, restaurants and beach within less than 5 mins walking distance. Note though that resort is 30 mins driving time from airport by taxi. 60 mins by taxi to Gouna (where shops, cafes and restaurants thrill at night) costing around 600 Egyptian Pounds for a return trip. Food is really of high quality compared to other hotels. Kids experienced some tummy poblems though… cannot tell if due to food or pool. All in all, it is still a very good holiday and a very good resort.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff, huge buffets and a nice Beach. The staff at the beach is a bit too over enthusiastic and can be viewed as a slight disturbance. Guests from Germany and Russia mostly.

We are 2x in Jaz Makadina have been, both as a Couple as well as with child. Both times we have our trip did not repent, only the fact that the second holiday of 10 days is a bit too long (for the hips). The food is terrific, the selection is huge and the Service is in no way Intrusive. I found it good, that no tip is expected, instead there were Service boxes, in the "per Station" tip placed could be, what we are several times a day, have done so purely voluntarily. The rooms were clean, the idea with the towel animals, not only for the child a daily eye-catcher. Generally a very nice facility — well, as a family, well recommended, since the Kids Club from morning to evening, his Best, to the children an unforgettable adventure for everyone.

Highly recommend for all family, stuff and services and location are awesome.
