Our stay was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and the destination is amazing, but the best part of our experience was definitely the staff.

Honestly, I give this place 5 stars. The service was incredible. The staff were extremely hospitable and made my birthday unforgettable.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Family friendly, spacious clean rooms, great view and best staff. We reached here without one luggage which was misplaced by the airlines.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Jasmin Pyramid hotel. Very near to visit the Pyramids, museums and old Cairo. A day trip to Luxor is a must. Amr the hotel manager was amazing.

The hotel is has a good location near the Giza pyramids. The rooms are spacious, nice, and comfortable. The hotel entrance is a little unusual, tucked away in an alley, but you'll find it quickly.

Very nice room with an amazing location. Modern and air-conditioned space, very clean. Gorgeous balcony. Food on the rooftop is delicious and you can sit out and watch the pyramids while you eat.

Masry and Ahmed Tamer the waiters were utterly brilliant. Funny, kind and efficient and remembered us from our brief visit the week previously.

This hotel is 10! Big rooms and good food. The service are impeccable and the waiters are lovely. Menna and Mahmoud and all the staff are very nice people. And the view for the pyramids are perfect!

I walked in to the hotel trying to find a room and Mustafa helped me to get a room with balcony with a reasonable price. I really enjoyed my 3 nights there.

The Swiss Inn Nile Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay along the banks of the Nile, combining good value with a welcoming atmosphere.

While I can see where some of the reviews may have some genuine grouses, they helped adjust expectations and it turned out to be a pleasant short stay at this hotel.
