Nice hotel, clean and in a nice location. The breakfast, although there were not many things that I am used to eat, was very good. The people very kind and serviceful.

Perfect view and atmosphere, nice dining, not a great service though.

Never a guest in the hotel… nice view in the terrace/pool area… really bad service and response t8me in the same area… what deserve the visit is the incredible Japanese restaurant located in a side of the hotel.

Loved the view, very polite and helpful staff, the suites are clean yet, requires a full furniture renovation, not much of an entertaining as the outlets are only a restaurant and a pool whatever! The amnesties and room supplies are not as per standards, as a Hilton HHonors member since long I say; Hilton Zamalek requires quick fine tuning. BTW, room rates and prices are really rocket high compared to what I got …

Classy service. The view on the Nile River is perfect.

Close to the downtown, suitable residence when calm and quietness is requested, accepted level of services.

Good hotel with great views (v. A. On the higher floors), but in some areas it is somewhat old-fashioned and "unaccustomed". The pool area is nice but not very large and has no sun in the afternoon. Rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. The location is good, but at the north end of the island Zamalek somewhat secluded.

The view is great. The best view over the great River Nile. Room is very spacious, very good air conditioning. Room service is great. Breakfast buffet, is very varied, replenished regularly, hot, fresh bakery, freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette bar. You can have your breakfast while sitting by the Nile! The swimming pool also overlooks the River Nile, though it's a small pool, it's a good size for an inner Cairo hotel. It has a jacuzzi end, with a separate pool for children. Sun loungers provide a very nice way to enjoy, the sun, the view. Staff are very helpful, always smiling, always available to assist with any request. We are very pleased to have made this hotel our choice for a whole week in Cairo.

Suite. Kitchen area burners very dirty. Needed replaced. The kitchen needed a good cleaning tile and all. Other areas were okay. Wood work needed cleaning.

They have a nice poolside bar with Nile view and a great Japanese restaurant here.

Great place for visotors. We stayed 1 week there and felt secure. It had great views of the Nile river and few eating options on site.

Location is marvellous. Staff are very helpful. Feelings are warm inside. Services are 4 stars. I would recommend it for my friends & guests.

The Zamalek location is very good to get out of the 24h intensity of Cairo. The staff are helpful and professional; and the rooms are clean. But the hotel is old, and beds too uncomfortable, furniture too dilapidated to justify it's price, in foreign currency, at this point in Egypt. Compared to the Marriott (literally palatial), and the Sofitel on Zamalek, this Hilton property compares poorly. Travellers may prefer one of the many smaller independent hotels on Zamalek, which are of roughly equivalent quality and far less expensive, or just go across the Nile to the Hilton Rameses. View is great, though!

Wonderful hotel, perfect starting point to discover Cairo!

A great location of this hotel, just on the banks of river nile with spectacular views if you can get the river view rooms and in Zamalek the most safe place as its around all the embassies of the world. The hotel it self is dated so the doors/interiors/bath rooms need a bit of refurbishment. I also had issues to get the kettle working even after getting it changed once. Good staff and room service was really good rooms cleaned and replenished everyday.

Nile view is great. Pool water quality is good. But the size of the pool is too small and all shallow.

Great value, great food and hospitality, I had issue with my room they solve it almost immediately. Beautiful pool, perfect for friends gathering.

Gave us a room with one double bed for 3 people. Wouldn't give us an extra single bed and suggested one of us to sleep on the floor. After a big argument they took our 2 rooms and gave us a suite. Suite was nice but I cannot get over the appalling customer service at the beginning. First impressions last.

A night in this hotel is not cheap, however, the room sizes make it feel more like a cheap motel room instead. I requested a room with a view of the Nile but it was only a partial view. The ledges right outside the balcony were filthy and full of pigeons' poop and feathers that trickled inside the room. The cleanliness of the room makes me wonder if this is what can be seen, what about, what cannot be seen? The interior doors had filth built up in the corners and not surprisingly the soap holder in the tub had a nasty black build up and so did the tiles. I was offered 2 other rooms and each had the same issues. The night I arrived, I had a male friend visitor stop for a brief visit, and I know & read what the policy is, yet security call me to make sure my male visitor was out. So, my visitor leaves but seems the staff isn't completely satisfied of his departure & that somehow my friend had snuck back into my room. So, an older male knocks on my door in the middle of the night to ask me if I needed anything. I felt it was a lame attempt on their part to see if my male friend was back in the room. For all the issues I've mentioned above I do not recommend this hotel. Lastly, this hotel is very dated. I am sure I can get a nicer room in Cairo for the same price I am paying here. This being a Hilton hotel I expected better. Consequently, I left sooner rather than later. I have pictures to prove it.

A wonderful place to have a peaceful day use at it. Very clean pool and awesome nile view. Also affordable price: only 200L. E per person for spending a day on the swimming pool. I give it 4 stars for only one reason which is that the restaurant is too much expensive but all other things are just perfect!

I love hilton zamalek, side view of the Nile from rooms. Spacious rooms. Pool overlooking the Nile. Amazing food at hotel buffet. Restaurants for different cuisines, there is a chain Bakery and shisha café near the entrance as well as an Asian restaurant and a Barber. Staff are amazing.

Nice location; bathroom needs repairs, don't get half board deal (dinner a la carte) and if they are renting the restaurant to a wedding ceremony they will make you eat in your room.

The view from the top is amazing, seeing Cairo like never seen, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but parking your car is a trouble if you intend not to park at their highly expensive parking.

Nice location, nice views where tea and coffee is served. Quality of tea and pastries are good. Staff very accommodating! There is valet parking which makes life easy and price is not bad.

Good rooms. They are saving the cost so just 1 receptionist is working for this reason long check in time. When u call the house keeping you have to wait 2 hours to get what you need.

Amazing guest relation staff MRS. FARIDA thanks you so much for ensuring our happiness… the breakfast was so delicious variety of food available for all what you need for A breakfast. Lastly the view from room and pool was absolutely amazing priceless view worthless the money. I think price is too cheap for all this enjoyment. Will come back.

The view of the rooms and the pool on the Nile is really amazing. The food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even all the guests were very classy. I really would recommend it.

Great view. Nice rooms. Fine service. Restaurants available on-site. Prices are just Hilton prices. Wifi is not supersonic.

Great terrace on the nile.

I have been here since 5 months now. It has one of the best views of the Nile. The service you have to persevere to receive, but when they get you, you get it. Wifi, even the one that I get with my Diamond Elite status is very slow and patchy so I use my own Mifi device. But overall very comfortable and the people are nice.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first one was 4 years ago. It was excellent stay. But this time I was not lucky enough. Before arriving the hotel I did receive an email if I Need anything special. I did asked for extra pillows and extra towels. And I did receive a confirmation email that this request Will be ready up on arrival. When I arrived I had a negative check in experience. I had to wait for 15 minutes to check in. Then when I started the check in, nobody was bother to apologize for that. Also, I have not asked for what kind of rooms I prefer. Normally I prefer high floor due to (ALL Night NOISE that coming from little boat in the Nile). Receptionist gave me 6th floor room which I hate, telling me this is the only option I have. Room was damn small for 2 adults and 2 years infant. After check in, I asked the same receptionist for someone to empty the mini bar and provide extra towels, but it seems that he did not like me too much, anyway nobody came to do anything. Second morning, I had a magnificent breakfast. Food and service made me happy. Thanks for food and beverage team. I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel 7-9 Jan. 16. But really I did not enjoy my room. Thanks.
