Cozy, clean, safe, and affordable. The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful little courtyard with a garden (I was lucky enough to have a room with a good view of it) and an excellent breakfast included. I will be back if I find myself in Cuenca again.
Very friendly, welcoming and clean rooms. Owner was very helpful in accommodating last minute tours. Decent breakfast included with the price. One possible improvement is to hand out front door key so you don’t have to wake anyone up by ringing the doorbell.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Quiet but also very social in its nature. Franz the owner goes out of his way to help with everything and is super kind! Breakfast is great, beds are comfy, garden is gorgeous and rooms are spacious and airy. A perfect example of how a hostel should be!
