Pretty nice hotel! ⭐️
Stayed there two nights in order to visit Cuenca as a family trip, the bedrooms are really nice and comfortable. The food is not that great, we had the buffet for breakfast however it wasn’t really surprising. The gym had a great view and the installations were great. The pool was magical, however it wasn’t hot enough for how cold Cuenca is. And as for the location it has a mall right in front of it, however in order to visit the Center of the city is kind of far.
In conclusion I do recommend this hotel if you’re looking to spend with family or chill friends! 🌆🧑‍🧑‍🧒

We had a great experience here at the Four Points by Sheraton. We traveled from the USA for a wedding. The hotel is next to the Mall de Alto and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean. The pool, gym, sauna, steam room and hottub were all welcome amenities. The restaurant in the hotel, Cooks served fine dining meals. We were welcomed by Adriana and made to feel at home. Our bartender, Tito was a professional mixologist who made the best Pisco Sour and Cañelazo's for us. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cuenca!

I stayed here only one night, but it was a real treat. The bed is crazy comfortable. It's the kind that you sink into with firm support under the cushion. The pillows and linen are heavy making for comfortable sleeping.
My room faces a highway, so there is some street noise that was easily drowned out by the fan. There is a monstrous modern mall across the street and great views from the other side of the hotel.
Friendly staff, clean place, well maintained, comfortable — a good value.
