Hotel accomodatios are awesome, the food is great. I feel the sauna and jacuzzi area can be better utilized or maybe improved into more of an exprience.

We can't say enough about the hotel, the service or the wonderful people there! My last stay was over 2 weeks as my husband was in ICU in a Manta hospital.

A good experience, nice room, neat, nice food for breakfast and great location. It does have elevator, garage and pool, which I was not able to visit because of the short period of time I spent there.

Near a wide range of restaurants (calle 32) and 10mins walk from Mall del Pacífico.

Mia and Peter are wonderful hosts!
Their staff are attentive, and very helpful with the menus, providing assistance whenever we needed them.

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff and one spoke English which helped me. Good restaurant next door and a store with vegetable stand was great.
Shampoo in the washroom.

2 issues? bedding was pungent with fabric softener some people are very sensitive to smells, should be neutral. There were not adecuate top covers, I was cold.
The pool needed cleaning, not inviting.

Beautiful little hotel on the bluffs overlooking the malecon. Nice infinity swimming pool overlooking looking the beach down below. Would definitely stay here again.

Impeccable service and incredible views! Went whale watching one day, a mall walking distance in case you need anything and the beach 5 min walk away.

Very nice hotel, super clean and beautiful design. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It is a relaxing place with a nice pool and also very close to the beach.

We stayed 4 nights as a family of 4 with small children. Our room was near the back and away from the road, so with the air conditioner on and waterfall in the pool we heard no road noise.

Cozy bungalows right in front of the beach. Clean, comfortable and spaceous. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. After some change in plans we decided to celebrate our honey moon at Las Tanusas. Since we contacted the property we were treated amazingly by the staff.

We stayed over New Year's 2020. The place is great, our room was neat and spacious, no problems with hot water or Wi-Fi. Sebastian and Alex are the most hospitable hosts I've ever stayed with.

Best choice in Puerto López, clean, friendly owners and staff, cozy, close to the beach, professional people, luxurious Services, and definitely feels like home.

Just the best place. Firstly we had a bit of trouble finding out how to get to Puerto López from Guayquil, but Tuzco lodge to our rescue! We messaged and Julio the absolute hero helped us infinitely.

We stayed for several days at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, staff refreshed every day our room and added fresh towels. Breakfast was ok, but is include in the reservation.

I loved Cottages by the Sea! The pool is a perfect temperature, and the ocean is literally across the street. There’s a grill for having a BBQ and they have a poolside bar for drinks.

Wonderful place. Lovely cabañas, delicious and reasonably priced food and restaurant and the staff are amazing. Felt very safe travelling and staying there with my two friends.
