The staff was wonderful. The room far exceeded my expectations. Lovely big space with fabulous views. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The place is nice also clean, food and drinks are good, best tequila sunrise in Porta Lopez. We were there for 5 days. We upgraded to a sea view room and paid the extra.

Hosteria Mandala is a true gem in the Puerto López area, offering stunning unobstructed front-row views of the Pacific Ocean.

This place is a very beautiful location out on the edge of town so you can easily skip the noise of town. There’s a beautiful pool on site that is heated.

A good place to spend time with family and friends, the place is well secure with a heavily monitored gate and privacy. It is a bit pricy yet worth the money.

We stayed 4 nights as a family of 4 with small children. Our room was near the back and away from the road, so with the air conditioner on and waterfall in the pool we heard no road noise.

Little corner of incredible tranquility on the coast. The rooms have a sea view, the waves rock you at night.

Just the best place. Firstly we had a bit of trouble finding out how to get to Puerto López from Guayquil, but Tuzco lodge to our rescue! We messaged and Julio the absolute hero helped us infinitely.

Excellent customer service by Jean Carlos. He's a very nice gentleman. The food was good. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. It didn't reach my room. Everything else was awesome.

We had an upstairs room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Since it was hot, we appreciated the air conditioning.

Good service and you can take our pets.

We stayed over New Year's 2020. The place is great, our room was neat and spacious, no problems with hot water or Wi-Fi. Sebastian and Alex are the most hospitable hosts I've ever stayed with.

The owner is one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in Ecuador. He told my partner and I that we were all friends here.

We were welcomed by friendly owners. Hostal provides affordable, safe, clean accommodations. Family friendly without drinking, loud music, so easy to sleep. Rooms do not have AC or hot water.

I had a transport issue and the owners of the hostel helped me and waited for me at my late arrival. They are super sweet and the hostel is really comfortable and great.

We loved our stay here, our room was like a tree house. The room was very basic, just a bed and a side table on each side of the bed. We had a private outdoor sitting area and our own bathroom.

Wonderful place. Lovely cabañas, delicious and reasonably priced food and restaurant and the staff are amazing. Felt very safe travelling and staying there with my two friends.

We stayed at Casita Madame 1 week, the room very clean and the staff very friendly, especially Sofie the hostess. The delicious breakfasts and the tartare totally recommended!

We spend last week there with my teens. We really enjoy this place. The place is cozy, spacious rooms are clean, with A/C, hot water and Wi-Fi (most of the time). People is kind and very efficient.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at The Hosteria La Barquita. The place is originally designed, the garden is beautiful and the heated swimming pool the cherry on the cake.
