A CHARMING place to stay! Flowers and colorful murals on the property, clean and comfortable rooms, a good shower, a great breakfast and a friendly and wonderful staff! (Hi, Paulina! Hi Gladys!

Great place in centre of town. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. Would come again.

Amazing hostel. Such welcoming staff and people in general! Clean rooms and air conditioner worked perfectly. Steps from the beach and restaurants in town. Thanks for the visit, can’t wait to return!

Amazing hostel. So close to beach, wetlands trail, shops, food, bars, ect. I ended up extending several nights. I wish there were more hostels like this on the other islands.

Great value stay. Clean, comfortable, decent shower, good breakfast. Helpful staff who helped us with our onward journey to the border.

Excellent value for money: a clean, quiet, and very comfortable stay with exceptionally kind service.

We stayed here for two nights and had the most amazing hostess we could have asked for.

This hotel was so clean, quaint, and well taken care of by the lovely owners.

We stayed at this hostel for four days and we really like it. It was clean, neat and affordable hostel. We could use kitchen for our own breakfast. Owner and staff were really nice and helpful.

Excellent stay! Great value for money. So clean and a great kitchen for backpackers. The owner or manager was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face.

We really enjoyed our stay on Isabela at La Casa De Mike. Mike was a great host and was helpful with tours, making sure we saw everything across the island.
Would definitely stay again 😊

Definitely would come and stay here again. It is run by such a lovely guy named Michael who is so helpful and willing to make your experience on Isabela Island as great as possible!

Safe, secure Moto parking, Jose, el dueño fue muy amable☺️

The company of the staff was amazing, Ilove vacationing there with all of my family it is commen to be afrsaid because its in kind of rual area but it is completele safe!

Very friendly and helpful staff and the space was clean and welcoming. I had several questions and the staff were extremely accommodating. Great value overall.

Comfortable bed, with a decent air conditioning unit. Within easy walking distance of the dock and main street. The host was really easy to communicate with as well. The place has a cute charm to it.

Beautiful place to stay and so many cool hang out areas! Aaron was super helpful with any questions we had and they can organize tours and everything for you.

Honestly for the price, I don’t think many of the complaints are warranted. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms (beginning and end of our trip).

It’s a lovely spot to stay at while in Santa Cruz! Theres hammocks to rest during a hot day and read and the rooms were cozy and showers worked well.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Dreams Galapagos, and especially with Johnny, who organized our honeymoon from start to finish.

Wonderful staff and excellent location. Highly recommended. Very helpful when questions arise and made sure we made all tour connections.

The best relation Price quality. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I could work during the morning after preparing my breakfast. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The place was very nice! The kitchen is ok, the staff was very nice, they gave me a towel and a roll of toilet paper haha the quality and location is amazing comparing to the price!

Very cheap price for all you get. Hot shower, comfy bed, private bedroom for 8$. I was there for one night to visit the market the next morning and this was the perfect place!

Very well thought out and modern hostal. The Owner was a very nice guy and fun to talk to him on the ride to the airport.

I loved this hostel. Even though I visited in low season and it was very quiet it was spotlessly clean & so nicely furnished.

Charisma and attention have made us feel at home very grateful for the wonderful moments in Galapagos.

The best place we stayed in Galapagos by far. This place is such great value for money — it felt like a luxury hotel. The room was spotless and cleaned every day.

Great hostel, very clean, kitchen was equipped with everything you need, free water, the lady who checked us in spoke English and was happy to provide tour & ferry info to us. A little outside the

Fine place to stay. Friendly staff. Great, clean kitchen. Close to everything. They have different size rooms. The cheap ones like number 8 is very small.

Isabela Island has been magical. We were greeted with the most hospitality by the hosts at Cerro Azul.

I had a really great stay at this hostel. The service was excellent — the staff were always kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms are clean and staff are nice. Breakfast is very simple.

I enjoyed my stay at Las Gardenias Hostal in Isabela, Galapagos islands on Dec 31, 2025.
I arrived on the night of 30th.
The owner is a super friendly kind open minded and positive person.

Hostel Las Gardenias was a home away from home. It is a family run business. They welcome travelers with comfy beds, shaded rest areas with hammocks and a warm welcome.

Overpriced hotel with self check in through QR code where receptionist is more like IT guide how to do it and key dispather.
Rooms have daily cleaning service and breakfast.

Decent for what you get. Good location; love the pool and lower level area. The rooms felt a little dated and had funny smell.

Basic rooms. Hot water takes time to get to room but exists. Very close to malecon and equidistant between Tortuga bay and the Darwin center.

This hotel is located right next to “restaurant row” which is a street with many dining options and geared mostly toward the tourists.
