Cheap hotels in Imbabura

This review is long overdue, El Geranio was a last minute find for us, but will be the go to place for us in the future!

Solid 4 rating. Simple, clean, and exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and functional bathroom, and a few shelves for our bags.

We stayed at ocean Dreams for 4 nights. We have been travelling for 5 weeks and I have to say it was one of our best accommodation stays for us.
It is close to the centre but in a lovely quiet area.

Nice, cozy and clean. Loved the breakfast plus made right there and the. Recommend.

Honestly I think the perfect hostel for the island. Free laundry, free bananas, free water: never seen before.

The hostel is one of the cheaper options in Puerto Villamil and it offers good value.

We booked a room with ocean view and stayed for two nights at Hotel La Jungla.
Our room was clean and provided a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean, exactly as advertised.

The best location in Puerto Villamil — just on the outskirts but easy walking distance back in for food. Or there is a beach restaurant right there.

Beautiful place. The view from the pool and room was breathtaking. Installations were very clean and the customer service was excellent.

The people were very kind and the place was beautiful.

Extremely clean. The family that own and runs the hotel are really nice, and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent. The breakfast is farm to table. Every afternoon the family drives to their farm.

Nice hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast and clean rooms with hot water.

Great place! The host Jackson is super friendly and funny, great person. The rooms are clean and in good state.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price, especially if you need a bit of guidance on how to get the best out of a short stay on Isabela.

It is an excellent place to spend an unforgettable moment, very clean, cozy, the attention is personalized, the breakfast is very delicious, 100% recommended.

Nice, comfortable, quiet modern hostal close to centre in quiet street. Rooms and beds are small but comfortable. Had some hassles with shower but they definitely have hot water and staff are helpful.

The hostal owner/manager is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large and each has a bathroom.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Hostal Chasqui. First, the staff is highly accommodating and helpful. The room was nice and big enough for a few nights.

Super good service and beautiful comfortable facilities.

The service was beyond excellent, this a very confortable place to stay, if you are looking a place to relax and have an excellent food this is it, Mauricio went above and beyond in all our requests,

It was one of the best places I have been at. The house I got was really good. But yes u could see he is improving and making it much better.

I was to stay for two nights but extended for four! I probably would have stayed longer, but had somewhere to be for Christmas. Jose and his family are very warm people.

A CHARMING place to stay! Flowers and colorful murals on the property, clean and comfortable rooms, a good shower, a great breakfast and a friendly and wonderful staff! (Hi, Paulina! Hi Gladys!

Great place in centre of town. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. Would come again.

This place is excellent! Hosts are about the kindest and most helpful I've ever met. Cleanliness was top notch, really, just so clean — refreshing!

Cozy place, good treatment, very friendly host makes you feel at home, beautiful view and landscape, view of Lake San Pablo, tasty food and everything of quality.

Excellent place, beautiful view, very friendly people and the facilities are a dream. Very good choice to come as a family, as a couple or with friends.

Very pleasant hostel in a good location in Puerto Ayora. It is a hostel, so the accommodations are simple, but the value is great for the location and price. Kind and helpful staff.

Really great stay. Rooms are very clean. Hot water, air-conditioning, free drinking water.

We loved our stay at Fortaleza de Haro. We had the tower suite. It was lovely, but looked like the other rooms were also nice, and several have other little decks with a hammock.

We had a great stay at La Fortaleza de Haro. As an artist, I appreciated all the unique touches and design.

Choice between old rooms in the front building and newer rooms in the building behind it, we had a bedroom with two single and a double bed, its own kitchen and bathroom and TV in the new one.

In general a comfortable place to stay while in Santa Cruz island.

After staying on AVE Charles Darwin our first two nights in Santa Cruz, we wanted a place further away from downtown and one that had a hot tub.

This place is superb. Great and wonderful staff, beautiful room and building.

Amazing hostel. Such welcoming staff and people in general! Clean rooms and air conditioner worked perfectly. Steps from the beach and restaurants in town. Thanks for the visit, can’t wait to return!

Amazing hostel. So close to beach, wetlands trail, shops, food, bars, ect. I ended up extending several nights. I wish there were more hostels like this on the other islands.

Loved staying in this hostel — waking up to a view of the flamingo lake felt like a 5* experience!
The room had everything you needed, was very clean and the AC worked very well.

Excelent location by flamingo pond. I stay 4 nights in this island paradise. Rooms are clean with hot water.

The front desk guy is the best. He helped us with tours, and even called the place to ask what was going on to make sure we got our tour. He gave a recommendation to rent a bike and not walk.

Very good Hostel, water is available all time and the terrace is super nice!

Awesome experience and very attentive hosts! Our stay was warm and comfortable. Highly recommended due to great location and hospitality!

Luis, Herminia, and Kelly are some of the warmest most welcoming people you will encounter on your trip to Otavalo.

Great experience, Great value. Difficult not to give 10/10. The host was extremely nice, he really tried to help (i told him I wanted to buy hats.

Great location. Large clean rooms. Great kitchen and shared space. Alberto very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great value stay. Clean, comfortable, decent shower, good breakfast. Helpful staff who helped us with our onward journey to the border.

Excellent value for money: a clean, quiet, and very comfortable stay with exceptionally kind service.
