Nice and clean room. Wi fi sometimes have cuts but normal in Timor-Leste. Pool was ok. Staff allways polite. I liked to stay at this hotel and intend to return.
The room was nice and comfortable, as was the shower/bathroom, great AC. Don't get the room closet to the generator the, and have cash as their card reader and Wi-Fi are terrible, they ran my card four times for the payment to go thru, got charged twice, then my card was blocked due to fraud. During the off season they harvest bean sprouts there, cool, as it employees people, this island is soon poor, and you can tell the government is pocketing the aid that goes there. I went there to see what it was like, but I really really really suggest if you go there give it another five to ten years, it not at all. I've never said that about any country.

I stayed 2 nights at Arbiru with a small group. Our rooms had a queen bed and a single in the same room. There was a kitchen, with fridge, lounge and a small table with chairs. Arbiru is a moderate range hotel located on the seafront of Dili at the quieter western end. Wifi is available but can be a bit unreliable at times. The pool is great for a dip and seems to be cleaned daily. Breakfast is also available, with yummy home made bread and fired eggs too. I was given a large paw paw by a friend and the kitchen ladies were very kind to cut it up and bring it out for us to eat in the foyer. This hotel has heaps of potential but needs much TLC and repairs. Its a long way to walk to shops and restaurants at the other end of town, but a taxi is cheap.
