I was there in march with my family. I can definitely recommend it, clean comfortable and friendly staff. Very well located, next to bus station, restaurants, theater, bars and the great district of Karlin.

The residence was posiotioned nicely what comes to distance to downtown area. Metro and trams were easily available, too. Room was functional enough, though some more space for clothes would have been needed. Wc, shower and kitchen-like were working ok. What I did not like at all, was playing with three different keys in four locks! Please join the keys at least to two or one key only! Another thing concerning the locks is lightning at the doors. It was not easy to find the key hole in low light there was at the place. Personnel was very nice and helpful!

It's great! Loved it in the room, the price corresponds to the quality. Close to the center, near the theater, near the police station. Generally the room is clean, shower s4 rooms (large)!
The biggest drawback is the lack of parking near the apartment — offer paid parking!

Good location, nice staff, kichen clean and useful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was advertised with shared bathroom but has its own additionally as well as a fully stuffed kitchenette. The beds are comfortable and it was clean. Laundry service available but not quite cheap, so one star short here.

Persanal helpful, the location is perfect-from the train station 5 mins, sharpen clean in the room. The room is spacious, the kitchen is. In short the perfect place in an ideal location! )

A quiet place to sleep near the metro station but little away from the center if you arrive with luggage it is a good choice to leave it and go out for a walk.

The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, give out new towels, change the linen every 5 days. No safe. Excellent location and very good service. Good value for money For me it is the first option to return to Prague.

This is a super apartment! Small but very clean room, at the entrance the kitchen with stove, fridge, kettle, utensils and pots. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also comfortable, the renovation is fresh, the linen and mattresses are clean. Conveniently located and for its money for 100% performs all tasks.

I will go again to Prague-it is better not to look. Close to the center, quiet and peaceful.

Clean, with lovely staff and super close to a main station making it extremely easy to get around.

The rooms were good and upto the mark. However we had a very experience on our last day. We were to be shifted to another room as our room was pre-booked for that day. Since the room cleaning service was late we left our luggage at the concierge and went for sightseeing. Upon our return we were given keys to a room which already had someone checked-in. Strangely they took the luggage of that person from the room (as he wasn't in the room that time). Later this person returned and open our room door since he had a keys. This was a horrifying experience. Must say an extreme case of mismanagement.

Reasonable price, fairly close to city centre, nice and friendly staff.

Located in a quiet area, 50 meters from the metro station (FLORENC) and a few minutes from the tram stop. The room is large and clean, with bathroom and kitchen sharing with 3 other rooms. (During my stay there were no other tourists). Price unbeatable, 15 Euro per night! Friendly and welcoming staff. If you do not have big claims I recommend it.

Good location for access not just city but also international bus & train station, police station just across the road etc. Room good, staff helpful, would def stay here again.

The place was bit away (about 20-25 min walk) from the old town, but the main bus station is only couple of minutes away. The rooms were spacious, but had no AC. The neighbours in adjoining buildings were bit loud so opening the windows didn't help much with getting a good sleep. Staff were very helpful.

Conveniently located, right opposite the station. Metro in 3 minutes, for example to the O2 Arena can be reached in 10 minutes on the yellow branch. Though the rooms and clean through the day, however very clean and quiet.
