Nice and friendly place. People were friendly and helpful. My only issue was some minor plumbing problems which however didn't require immediate fixing.

The hotel is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. Some understand the Russian language.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 rooms in March. Average size room (more than ibis rooms) — two were comfortable.
Rooms were cleaned daily.
An electric kettle is provided on request and is very convenient.
You can also ask for slippers. They are not always available, appeared the next day.
The breakfasts are very good and varied.
Free tea and pastries are available throughout the day at the hotel's café.
The hotel is located in the center of the city.
Good value for money.

The 4 stars I find misleading. The breakfast and entrance area were fine, but we had the double room B304, which smelled very modrig. The bathroom was worse — you not only smell the mold, but also see it penetrating through the wall paint. If you like to sleep in darkness, you will search there in vain for curtains. At our request to get another room with opaque curtains, we received the terse response that all rooms were like ours. Combined with a very hard mattress, my nights there became very uncomfortable and we left early. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel for sleep sensitive.

Perfect to explore Prague. 200m from the Ubahn in the up-and-coming Karlin district with several restaurants, bars and pubs.
The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful. The room was very clean, only a shower curtain would have been nice.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and it is constantly followed up until the end. Breakfast is up to 10:30, so ideal for late risers.

Comfy, lovely, staff is friendly and helpful. However, would prefer a bit more european food as all very check and not very suitable for breakfast.

Really liked the hotel and found that it was in a good location near a subway station so the whole city was easily accessible. Beds were nice and comfy, but rooms were a bit warm so the cleaners brought a fan (this was not asked for though so was a nice greeting for us when we returned to the hotel on the second day). Breakfast was very enjoyable, a mix of hot and cold foods.

Old Hotel. No air conditioning. Ridiculously small bath. I don't understand that it's a 4 star.

Close to train, near to restaurants and quiet at night. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

The staff and breakfast was nice, but the rooms are small, and the place is overdue with some renovations. Also there was construction in the area, which woke us even on Sunday morning…

I would have given it 5, had there not been following problems:- 1. There was no telephone / intercom in my room. 2. There is no service at night. So one is at his own till next morning when the staff comes back. 3. In my bath room, the hot and cold water mixer was not working and we could get either very hot or very cold water. Other than the above three reasons, it was an outstanding hotel by all means and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is nice and complementary. Metro is just close by. Staff is very helping and courteous. Would stay there again.

Love this hotel! Staff are so welcoming and friendly and will do anything for you. Had an issue one year with a faulty shower so they just swapped rooms free of charge! Showed us anywhere we wanted to go with step by step instructions on a walkaway map! Food is fantasic. Love their breakfasts, one of the reasons we returned. Amazing variety every morning! The rooms are lovely and cosy and beds are super comfy! Location is just perfect for us, a short walk to town or a quick hop on the underground and away from the late night noise! Been two years in a row and hope to return again this December! 10/10

I had a memorable stay, there was only one lady at the reception who spoke good english and she was very friendly, we booked a suite for 4 and were surprised to know that it also included a kitchen, we asked for crockery from the reception at around 12 am and the guy on duty gave hotel kitchen's crockery and told us to return them anytime. Overall had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The difference double / twin rooms should be penetrated until the Gallery Royale or because we booked on breaking? Twin room no more than 10-12m2. The welcome drink included in the price could only be consumed last evening at our request, beer or Cola, soft drinks or mineral water were offered us. Bar, while the entire stay we were not even asked after our desires with regard to consumption. Bathroom was not a 4 * level: shower wall Castle not, little water jet and surfaces disgusting in addition to the shower, extremely small. It should be mentioned that our room was in the old building, so street noise. Positive to mention: breakfast, close to Metro.

For the price ok. Friendly, helpful staff. Food and cleanliness were also fine. But you can see, if you just look that many things already, have the best years behind them.

This hotel was a really good experience, its was clean and is in a really good location easy and quick walk into the centre but the best thing about staying at this hotel is sanna the lady who works at reception she is very friendly and helped us a lot to find our way around, we found everything we were looking for she even wrote us a note to communicate with the locals brilliant, 5 star service!

To be honest I expected more … I booked and from Arctic suite internet picture seemed anything but.

We booked two nights at this hotel, but there was a "mistake" in the system (maybe because we just got a voucher…). So we the slept the first night in a compensational hotel. Instead of two nights, we left Praha at the next day because the hotels bad niveau.

Very good hotel, cheap, clean, pleasant atmosphere and a helpfull staff. The hotel were quite central and only a street away from the metro and tram stations.

We spent two days in Prague at Galerie Royale and it was very good. The hotel was close to the center, just three stops away. The hotel was very nice, pleasant ambience and nice staff. The receptionist advised us with every question and was very pleasant. Although we had a room with twin beds, but it did not bother us. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Evening we have used the hotel's coffee shop and we were happy with the assortment range and pleasant service. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, we liked much spacious atrium with mirrors.
