Very friendly reception. Quiet peaceful rooms. Clean and tidy. Next to metro for travel. Would recommend.

Stayed in a hotel with the kids. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area. There are about 30 minutes to the Old Town Square. Walk. Near the subway and tram stop, grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel staff speak Russian, very friendly. There's a free storage room. Convenient breakfast interval, from 7 to 11. They don't smoke at the hotel. There are no air conditioning in the rooms (but the description of the rooms does not say anything about the air conditioning). At 30C, without air conditioning it was not comfortable, saved with the help of a fan who was in the room, and an open window.

Stayed at the hotel with the kids. The hotel is in a quiet, quiet area. Old Town Square is about 30 min. Walk. Close to the metro and tram station, grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a free luggage storage. Convenient breakfast interval, from 7 to 11. The hotel is non-smoking.

This hotel can offer you clean rooms and bathrooms, also there are a lot of tasty food. Friendly personal will make your trip to Praha more comfortable and enjoyable.

It's a great hotel! Comfortable and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant, the prices are wonderful, very good service. If I come again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Three star Hotel located just a few steps from the metro station, only a few stops and you are in the center. The Wi-Fi network Is available throughout the hotel for The customers, but theoretically — according to The brochures in the rooms — is paid.
The rooms, equipped with refrigerators and televisions, are double, triple or quadruple: the precise size, furnishings and interior design vary from room to room. The rooms are clean and the bed is redone daily. The Heating was more than enough and did not give any problems.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 and provides an international menu that ranges from cheeses to jams, from fruit to yogurt, from juices to hot herbal teas. It does not usually offer dinner unless special arrangements for groups.
The receptionists are friendly and some of them understand the Italian.

Located in close proximity to the metro and tram stations, this hotel has made pretty efficient use of the narrow plot it is built on and the rooms do not suffer tiny dimensions as a result of this. The staff has been very helpful and frindly from the first day of our stay. Lots of Supermarkets near by which is very convenient when looking for inexpensive dinner options.

This hotel is very good. The room we got is really big for our family and comfortable. The hotel is close by to the train station so it’s easy to go places. Only thing is that there is no air conditioning and just one small fan per room. Otherwise, this hotel is a great place to stay.

Nice budget hotel. Perfect location next to Metro.

Clean room and bathroom. The bathroom decoration is minimal with no fancy items but it's functional. The room's decoration is better and beds are good. Overall, the hotel is somewhat outdated but is still fine. Beware of students groups if you don't want to wait for your breakfast.

It's a good place to stay. Perfect for getting to the center. And river. If I have to make recommendations it would be: Wi-Fi not strong on all the 5th floor rooms. I had a good signal in the toilet. That was about it. Also. The breakfast area feels a bit cramped. I think rearranging the tables differently might help. And maybe some different things for breakfast every now and then? Felt like déjà vu each morning. Still. The reception ladies were very kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies did a great job each day. I would come back again.

Good Bell Hotel, great location, very close to Metro station, clean rooms, breakfast satisfactory.

Heating good but too little toilet paper. Had to buy everything themselves, even the sheet.

The showers were awful. In the toilet you can hardly turn and the beds were billet hard.
However, it was clean and the breakfast was fine.

We stayed there last weekend, The room was clean. The location is great near to metro station Krezikova :) (i remembered the name). Breakfast was yummyyy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed Prague very much :)

It's not the Ritz, but at their prices it's good real good value, it's an old building that has been re-painted rather than refurbished (to be fair if it was smarter it wouldn't be in this price range) would have liked a kettle in the room as others have and also english TV would be nice, the breakfast was excellent and good value, the staff simply could not be more helpfull and it's position could not be better as right next to the Metro station.

The room with the toilet actually too small, you can barely get inside with all your legs. During breakfast you feel a little observed by waitresses who look like security guards, but the rest is ok.

Bit disappointed : — (Photos of rooms look nothing like the photos in advertising. Ive never ever complained about a hotel in my life. After arriving being unwell needed a good earned rest off our four kids. First room we were put in was dull drab and mattresses were thin and there was no way I would be able to sleep on them plus we ordered double bed and it was two beds pushed together. Nikita on reception is outstanding in helping and did move us to another room. The rooms are clean which is great. We got moved to another room where the matresses were thicker and lovely and comfy. I suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome so its important I get sleep and rest. Come 5 pm when I came in to lay down and get some rest 20 stag guys have been put on the same floor as us shouting and screaming banging doors. Most are next door to us. I asked for a bath and shower (my partner likes showers and baths help me to get to sleep). Thought I would have a nice bath and relax, no plug. The shower is just a shower head we have to hold ourselves. We asked for plug on reception and they dont provide down to people flooding them in past! Nikita is trying to now get one from hotel down road. The guy (nikita) /staff is amazing and accommodating. I cant fault him, however I think stags should go seperate from family and couples.

Hotel is in a great central location with brilliant access to trams and metro. The rooms are largely clean but feel outdated and could do with a refresh. All the staff on hand during our stay were very helpful and cheerful. Would happily stay here again if I needed good quality budget accommodation.

Spectacular quality/price. Small Hotel without any luxury but with the basics to sleep and groom. Comfortable bed. Flat Tv and varied breakfast included. Metro station right at the door. Surrounded by services. A 20min walk from the center.

We stayed there for two nights. Room and bathroom generally clean. Breakfast average, but we don't expect more for this price. Wifi (free) range very good in the room. Safety box (free) in the front desk. Location of this hostel is perfect, next to the hostel's front door is metro station (Křižíkova — yellow line) which takes you in less than 5 minutes to the old town. Very good hostel for short typical touristic stay. At night/morning it might be a little loud because of drunken youth.

No more, midget bath, good temperature, good cleanliness and good buffet. Although nothing excellent.

A L'alberghetto a little ' dated, apparently spotless and without honor, which reserves pleasant surprises. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds were very good.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is great for exploiring the whole city, without staying in a too busy place. The people were really nice & helping, the rooms were very clean and it was quiet.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the location is brilliant (the underground station is right outside the hotel, it's only 2 minutes to the old town) and the breakfast is great.

Hotel has a great location near the Metro stop. The rooms are clean even if the toilet is in another room than the tub. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel! Really clean, awesome breakfast (loads of options! ), friendly staff and good location! Shower pressure was perfect! Really comfortable. Downsides (that made me give 4 stars) : — Really warm room (I was there during the summer, so it was even hard to sleep), while outside was fresh. They have a fan, but definitely should have AC. — Many TV channels were just flickering and impossible to actually be watched. — The breakfast hours are really strict. If it is said that 10:30am it is finished, you have to actually leave the area at 10:30am, instead of not being able to get more food. It might be Czech's culture.

Above the Metro. It allows rapid movement throughout the city thanks to a great transportation system.

The hotel is near the Metro, 1 station in Florenc. It is very convenient for those who come and go by Flixbus.

Good hotel! What I found trouble some was the elevator that it was too small. Also I payed for 2 rooms that were supposed to be the same but one of the rooms had better services than the other.

This place is good value for money. When I travel on a budget the only "luxuries" I expect are a clean room with a comfortable bed, good shower pressure and hot water. Charles Central checked all those points. Other pros: the reception staff was very helpful and spoke English; the included breakfast had enough options to fit my tastes; Metro and tram stations literally in front of the building. Cons: a lot of noise (bring some earplugs) ; no free Wi-Fi in the room.

Great experience. Spacious room, clean, with large windows. The breakfast is at will, with many choices among sweets, salami, cheese, fruit, soft drinks. The staff are extremely friendly and available for any info on the hotel itself or on the city. The location, then, is optimal, a dozen steps from the subway. In the lobby you can enjoy free Wi-Fi on comfortable sofas.

Everything was very good.

Friendly, courteous staff, very well welcomed, the rooms are decent, have everything you need, my room was big. The breakfasts were very good, large variety of food for all tastes, buffet style. The hotel is located next to the subway, just around the corner, and not far from the centre, you can walk for 20-30 minutes, close to many cafes, restaurants, shops. The place is quiet, the room no noise either by day or by night. I liked the hotel.

Best people to chat with`stayed here for weekend. Amazing service. Keep it up guys.

Cheap and clean, near the metro station.

A satisfying stay. Good breakfast, polite staff and close to the city centre. The tube is right by the hotel. We stayed over Christmas and everything was great in Prague. Only one thing missing-snow :)

This was a really good hotel for what we paid. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a varied selection for all. For transport, the Metro is right outside which makes the location of the hotel ideal, very easy to get to everything. Finally, the staff were great and keen to help whenever anyone had questions.

We were with our class there. When we got there, we were immediately warmly greeted and to our room brought. The rooms are for a 3 star Hotel adequate. Flat-Screen TV, clean room, and a spacious bathroom are available. On the beds you can sleep well, because they are very convenient. If you then in the Morning the room cleaned, you will need only a sign to hang out. If one evening back into the Hotel, you will find beds made, fresh towels and a gesaugten ground again. The Breakfast and the dinner are actually more of a 4 star Hotel. Very satisfied, gladly again!

The hotel scammed us into staying at a lower quality sister hotel because they were "overbooked".

Decent 3 star hotel in very good location for fair price. Private bathroom, buffet breakfast, english speaking staff. They give discount for pizzeria next door.

I would describe this hotel very positively because me and my sister had really nice stay there. Room was spacious and light and beds were comfortable. It was possible to borrow hairdryer from reception and also some adapters. Hotel has free Wi-Fi just ask for passoword from reception. Location was great and it was easy to find when we arrived to central train station. It is open 24/7 and you can always find someone at reception. We met on our both check in and check out girl Milissa who speaks well english and she gave us many useuful information for city and also big city map. Definitelly worth the money.

We stayed here in february 2015 and had a great time. Location is nice, right on metro and there are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Hotel is decent with renovated rooms and comfy beds. Room had private bathroom and flatscreen TV. We could borrow kettle and adapters at reception. Staff is really helping, everyone we met spoke well english. On our checkin we met girl Milica who gave us free map and advice for city and transport. What we liked most is their breakfast untill 10:30. We had no bad experience and can recommend to other travellers.

Really nice stay for a reasonable price in Prague. We had big room with 3 beds and bathroom. In price was even included breakfast and Wi-Fi in room. Location for a tourist with car is great also there is metro station. People at reception are friendly and speak well english. Miss Milisa helped us a lot during the stay and gave us useful tips for the city and transportation. Definitely recommended from us.

I was very pleased with the serivce as well as for the location. The hotel lies on a metro line B (yellow metro) and near a tram so it was very easy to get anywhere in a short time. The staff was always kind and helpful, the breakfasts were totally amazing and overally I have no bad word to say about this hotel. I recommend this hotel, it´s worth the money.

Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff. Came here in February, and going back in October. The staff are great, very helpful, everything is done with a smile. Location and transport links are very good.

Wonderful place comfortable room with terrace, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi for the price of breakfast at the Hilton 1 km away. 10 meters from underground. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel with direct metro and tram connections to the Centre and the rest of Prague.
Rooms are relatively large (vestibule, room, bathroom, toilet) and well equipped (minibar, flat-screen TV). You must search for sockets, partially, but it copes. Cleanliness is in order (the smell of the freshly cleaned bathroom was hauntingly ;-) )
The breakfast in the its selection and quality right and the price is reasonable. Staff is continuously for requests and questions available.

I totally love it and will definitelly return there again. Its new, safe, super clean and in the heart of Prague. With extremely helpful staff.

On the whole, happy, Metro on the doorstep is perfect. Bathroom and toilet should be slightly modernised.
