We booked in July and received a booking confirmation. Now 2 months later we receive an email saying the hotel is full but if we want we can stay at another hotel (which was really far away! ). No idea why it took them 2 months to tell us this. It's ridiculous! They should have told us straight away if the hotel was full because now it is too late to book anywhere else and we have nowhere to stay. It's really screwed us over. We are fuming. Terrible organisation skills and no explanation of how they made such a stupid mistake, and no apology offered by them. Crap customer service, unreliable bookings, do not recommend.
Nice quiet hotel and for 30 euro a night not expensive. The staff are very friendly and they have a very nice dog. The rooms are small but large enough for 1 person and are equipped with a nice bathroom.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The owner is an amazing person, very helpful and pleasant.
The room was quiet, clean and very pleasantly slept in it.
In addition, the hotel is only a short walk from the center, in a nice residential area, so after dinner in the city you can enjoy a pleasant walk around the surroundings.
We will definitely be happy to come back!
