Good afternoon.
Today I was able to take advantage of the gift of my children's kings at the spa. I can only say that on behalf of my wife and my own (thank you very much) for the good service received by your employees both outside the premises and inside. Especially the young woman who attended us with all her professionalism kindness and simplicity offering us everything that was at our disposal in the spa and inside the hotel itself do not hesitate that we will see again a cordial greeting.

Came for a week in October it was fabulous, hotel spotless, food excellent, staff attentive and friendly but not overly, weather for the majority was great despite couple of days of rain. Would definitely come again.

Our 4th visit from the moment you check in until you leave the whole experience is faultless. Friendly happy staff always have a smile and a good morning. Waiters waitresses, pool hut attendants, gardeners and cleaners are all so friendly. The combinations-of all these people make for a memorable relaxing holiday. The location is perfect you never need to leave the hotel but if you do you are a few steps away from every kind of restaurant you could wish for along with a choice of directions to explore the surrounding area which has beautiful coastline walks or high end shopping areas to visit.

Amazing hotel and well worth the 5 stars, the decor and ceilings are amazing, we got upgraded from a comfort room to poolside superior at no extra cost, rooms are beautifily decorated and you can choose when you have beds changed and towels everyday if you wanted, staff are lovely and go out of their way to make sure your visit is the best, not a hotel for children really more for middle aged upwards although I had my daughter with me who's 23 but she thought everything was amazing and didn't feel like she didn't belong here, I will definateley be back here, my only criticism is sunbeds getting reserved then people don't come till late afternoon and it's always the older ones at 7 in the morning, there is a sign but I thi k they need to put this into practice, we had sunbeds on our terrace overlooking the pool so there isn't any need for anyone to reserve.

The only downside to my stay was being woken every morning at 5am by what sounded like furniture being moved? Very strange
Other than that annoyance, I love this place.

Our third time in this fabulous hotel. Quiet luxury and excellent pool and gardens help make it a really relaxing destination. You don't have to get up early to reserve a sun lounger here, there are more than enough. The breakfast buffet is superb and the staff work very hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Our arrival was greeted with the words "welcome home" by the lovely Isobel in the coffee shop/lounge. We will be more than happy to return again.

The hotel is clean the staff bend over backwards to help you and they never stop cleaning.
The rooms are amazing, recommend ground floor in the Masca building as it's just by the pool.
From the picture it looks like one pool but it's actually three and a jakuzi there is a children's pool secluded with sun loungers for parents. The main pool is heated and rages from 25-27 degrees C and there is a third cold pool at 18 degrees C we would use the heated pool in the morning then as the temperature would rise the cold pool in the afternoon. The staff are friendly and and the maids are dedicated. One will arrive to clean your room at around 11 ish then another will come to turn down your bed and leave chocolates for you. They offer fresh towels twice a day. The bathroom had a bath that was partially sunken into the floor and a double wide shower. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The restaurant is a buufet style that we didn't try as we wanted to go out and try lots of the restaurants in the local area of which there are many. There is a second restaurant that is menu based. We ate dinner there a couple of times the club sandwich is fantastic. You're given a card each when you arrrive that you can swap for pool towels. One very long towel to go over your sun loungers and another towel to dry yourself after you get out of the pool. At the end of the day you can swap the towels back for the cards at a little hut by the pool and get fresh ones the next day.

That's what it feels like nothing more arrive, full attention, full staff, full layout, full service and full satisfaction, therefore fullness extreme in every way. Hotel flag with all amenities and a prestigious chain as ADRIAN HOTELES, which strive to continuously in the detail. Happy to visit places with this scope. Even the most critical collapses before such services and not to mention its cuisine, because who wants to give a tribute to the palate that go to this place. Highly recommended for any circumstance.
