Cottages in PaphosCottage

We stayed here in August 2021. Andri and Panos, our hosts, were very welcoming and extremely thoughtful.

Fantastic view, beautiful infinity pool, very spacious rooms.

Kallinousa Beach Villa is a truly special property! We booked it for part of our honeymoon and had an incredible stay. The views from the villa are phenomenal!

Great Villa, definitely suggesting. Has a great view. Walking distance to the beach. Next to it has a restaurant (Tavern) with great choice of see food (not only sea food).
Mrs.

Fantastic villa, sleeps 6 easily with a great sized swimming pool!

The perfect accomodation for your family trip plus your pets! Each villa has it own private pool and located just five min walk or less from a quiet sand beach.

Perfect spot for holiday! Start the day by swimming in the private pool with breakfast from the local bakery. After that, go for a dive in the sea or explore the island.

Very clean and we loved the orange trees. The staff were helpful.

4 Adults here 11th April till 18th April, Clean tidy ticks all the boxes close to restaurant walking to harbour is around 20 min walk Polis around 1.3km taxi here are very reasonable they usually say

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely modern villa. Having visited Cyprus on several occasions we decided to try lenias sea view villa.

Loved every minute. The location may not suit everyone. A car is definitely needed. The villa is an absolute gem. The pool we tried once but due to the weather wasn't the best idea.

Amazing villa, stylish clean and very quiet area. Pool area was amazing and the stone house was fascinating. Must recommended.

Great place to stay. Clean, well kept and comfortable.

Lovely villa. Great restaurants not so far away. Would recommend.

Villa is lovely, everything you need is there but would highly recommend getting a car as the villa is a bit out of the way from the main coral bay and the supermarket.

Beautiful clean well kept villa, perfect size, beautiful pool, amazing views, well equipped. Very squeaky beds though! Bathroom was basic and kettle needs replacing.

Great Villa, Great Location, Just a bit small compared to surrounding villas with a room less than normal.

Stayed in deluxe apartment, very comfortable bed, bright and spacious room with super bathroom. Added benefit of private hot tub. Stunning harbour views with wraparound balcony.

The previous 2 reviews are pretty accurate.
Most of the furniture/decour is dated/worn. The beds aren’t the best, the shower cubicle in the main bedroom is very small.

Came here last year as well, this villa is in a perfect quiet little location but still close to the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Exceptional location, very close to unique beaches. The house is well-maintained and very spacious. Beautiful garden, well sized pool and amazing sea view.

Beautiful Villa, clean inside/outside, very spacious, everything you need for your stay. Lovely sized pool with plenty of seating. Lovely balcony to watch the sun go down.
