The previous 2 reviews are pretty accurate.
Most of the furniture/decour is dated/worn. The beds aren’t the best, the shower cubicle in the main bedroom is very small. The A/C doesn’t really work that well in the lounge, just about ok in the main bedroom. The dishwasher tablet door is broke but still cleans the contents. Think the fridge is on its last legs.
The pool & outside furniture are all good.
The drive is very steep even in the car.
It’s well situated & Latchi has 3/4 superb restaurants (No. 9, Noma, Restomare Latchi), all superb.
We walked to Latchi most days, takes 20/25 mins, walked to Polis & back (35/40 mins each way).
All in all good holiday & Villa is ok (ish)

This is a gem of a villa. You need a car ideally. The interior is a little dated but the pool is great and it has all the things you need. The BBQ is on the back of the property which means you are away from everyone while you are cooking which can be nice or not if you want peace or an audience. Latchi is within walking distance and there are a few good places to eat. Noma and The island were both good. Polis is great and comes alive at night. Moustakalis was great and so was Chix chox. The prices were more reasonable in Polis that Latchi and friendlier.
The villa has a beach within 2 minutes walk with clear water and little kiosk for drinks and ice-cream (it did in August)
The nearest supermarket is in Polis however there are some good kiosks on the main road from Latchi to Polis that do fruit and beer. The bakery is well worth a try and the staff are really helpful. Avoid early mornings when everyone is loading up for a day at the beach. Enjoy.

Lovely quiet villa, view is brilliant, pool was good and plenty of space, very quick drive to some lovely places to eat in Latchi and Polis, you could walk it as well but it was too hot for us.
The Villa could do with some maintenance as a few things are looking a bit tired and worn.
The drive is very steep be prepared.
Internet is good.
A/C is good in all rooms but they are on timers, didn't bother us though.
Kitchen well equipped.
Table tennis bats were broken so not much use.
We did have an issue with a shower but they sent someone out to sort it with in 24 hours so happy with that.
Also made a friend of the local wildlife.
