A beautiful two-story apartment in a perfect location – just a two-minute walk to the sea. Restaurants and shops are nearby, which is very convenient, yet the overall ambiance is peaceful and pleasant, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped – it provided everything we needed for a carefree stay.
The two-story apartments are designed in the style of connected family homes, each featuring a lovely ground-floor terrace surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and green exterior. It truly adds to the charm and serenity of the place.
Special compliments to Mr. Georg for his hospitality and kindness – he truly made us feel at home. There is also a restaurant within the apartment complex that we highly recommend – the food is delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing.
We stayed here in July and were pleasantly surprised by the nearby beaches – they are intimate and not overcrowded, which is a rare find these days.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and proximity to the sea!

We are a family with two kids and had a wonderful time during our summer holidays. The staff were extremely kind and polite, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They were especially friendly and understanding with our children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the maisonette was outstanding. Both our kids and we absolutely loved the place and the warm, welcoming people behind it. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Latchi. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Eliofos Elegant Maisonettes! The location is perfect – just 200 meters from the sea, and the charming harbor of Latchi with its many cozy restaurants is also within easy walking distance. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. We were especially impressed by the extremely friendly and helpful service – we felt welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. The peaceful surroundings are ideal for relaxation, yet everything you need is close by. A clear recommendation for anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality!

I enjoyed my stay at Eliofos Elegant Maisonettes. It's a great place run by the owner and his son. A small but delicious breakfast and a quiet beach are just across the street. Parking is available in front of the units, which are equipped with a kitchen. I liked my stay and would come again.

This is our annual Cyprus accommodation. Lovely family run business with a warm welcome been staying for over 10 years. Ideally located for polis and latchi and towering the surrounding area. This year the restaurant had been added. A welcome addition on the first floor with lovely sea views. Nice menu friendly service. Service is their mantra and is what is delivered. Recommended.

Most wonderful place in latchi nothing is too much for George and his family very friendly excellent food and wonderful apartments it's a must.

We were here for 10 days on an Erasmus+ project. I can only recommend this hotel! Great environment both for a family holiday and for a holiday with friends. The beach is a few steps from the accommodation which is absolutely great. Many thanks to the owner for everything he did for us.

Very nice appartments with cute comfy garden and just few steps from beautiful beach! Flats are clean, beds comfy, kitchen is functional and the owners are the best. The best choice for everyone who wanna support local family business! And please do, because money from the tourist industry shouldnt go to rich foreign developers but to local communities. That´s the only way how to bulit sustainable development.

If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place for you. Just 2 minutes away from the beach and also close to Latchi port.

We have made 10 days with 37 people in this accommodation as a group reservation. Owner of this place is a great person. He has been supporting us in all the times. He has been very friendly as well.
Accommodation was super nice located, comfortable and everything you need for your needs during your stay. There is a restaurant/ training-conference room that you could use as well.

Great location just in-between Polis and Latchi. George was very responsive and dealt with our queries promptly, he even gave suggestions on restaurants.
The accommodation was very clean and had all the basics.

Sea side cabins and villas are spread along the long quiet strip of beach along Latsi shore. All of them have access to the public beach and Eliofos is just 100 meters away. The location is wonderful and far from the crowds but not too far.
The problem I suppose is with the general layout of the house. The bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor which means you have to drag all the sand from the beach through the sitting area and up stairs before you wash up. The cabins are adjacent to one another so any loud noises will be heard by the neighbors, but hey, this is Cyprus. An island of sun, fun, and smiling faces.
On the plus side the building is new and clean. The host was courteous and professional. He even offered to drop us off at the bus station himself which he did.
If you are looking for a quiet getaway with sea, sun, sand, and swimming in mind then Eliofos Maisonettes in Latsi has it all.

The beach is almost nearby and not much crowded. So if you're up for quietness this is probably the place to be. We've been warmly greeted with a bottle of wine by the host.
Everyone was very polite and really communicative.
The maisonette flats have much space to offer too.
Sure, the furniture could probably take an update but everything was clean and orderly while our stay.
The washing machines are stored outside for all tenants, were brand-new and even in english language. A rosegarden in front of the buildings looks quite nice too.

I spent 6 weeks here in October/November. It is a lovely peaceful place. The maisonette has everything you need, good internet and is very clean. An excellent location close to the beach and a walkable distance to Latchi, Polis and Podrami, for restaurants and shops. An important factor for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr George and Mr P. I would definitely stay again.
