Most scenic views ever!
Welcomed by Andreas and his team to a wonderful seaview room! It was a comfy bed and we slept like babies! Team made sure I had all tea/coffee/ ice bucket for wine and they explained how to use the air con etc.
Breakfast served by the cheerful Lily was fresh eggs and any combination of things to choose from!
Would definitely stay again.

One of the worst experiences I have had. The hotel was dirty and at 7am I was awakened by a strong smell of suage. The smell was so bad that we decided to leave. This was supposed to be a family get away for my father’s 60th birthday. Very displeased.

We went here twice in a week at lunchtime. On both occasions we had great food and great service. We used to go to Faros restaurant regularly but have now had a better experience at Y&P and will return there in future. Salads, great. Prawns Suberb, Sardines similat to Faros. See pics.

We stayed here for 4 nights beginning of May. 10 room hotel. Advise a harbour view or top suite if available. We did take our own kettle and 3 in 1 coffee as well as tea bags. Fridge is great for milk and cold drinks, small freezer. Room 107, very clean, serviced daily, towels provided and changed every 2 days. Lots of storage and hangers. Stunning balcony view overlooking the harbour. Kept my husband busy for hours! Supermarket 2 minute walk. Beware, huge portions in local restaurants. Great Chinese (Wok and Walk). Beach walk to Polis central square. 7500 meters each way. Boat trip excellent — got a discount as staying in the hotel. We had no problem parking, did not use the car once arrived. 2 large mirrors — noting previous reviews. Bathroom and shower fabulous. No safe. Lots of bustle in the evening, quiet by 11 pm, we were not bothered by any undue noise.
Would definitely recommend.

Wow I am so pleasantly surprised… my husband forgot his leather belt two years ago at this hotel during our stay, he took a chance with our next visit and asked for it and they kept it for him. Lovely and cosy gem with lots of friendly, awesome faces! Thanks a mil❤️

Little hotel. Even the deluxe room had a terrible view to a parkinglot, factoryroofs and aircon system.
Friendly staff. A bit expensive.
Not really value for money.
Can't see any reason to stay overnight in this hotel, compared to other hotels around — that are cheaper.

It charges 2.70€ for a bottle of drinkable water.
If a 90-years old hotel does not understand that is important to provide drinkable water to its customers than I can’t go with a better rating.

Latchi has few hotels. I preferred to stay to Y&P since I visited last year the restaurant where the food was really good and the owner kind and helpful (last year I stayed in a different — not good at all — place).
It is a small hotel with few rooms, so you have to book well in advance. The location is very good, exactly on the port which is the center of the day/nightlife of this small place. There is a beach 2' on foot but it is not the best in the area.
The rooms are simple and a little bit small. Not ideal for families. The price reasonably good. There is no buffet breakfast but they prepare for you something basic which is served at the restaurant area. The parking is not a problem. There is a small area outside the hotel but there is a big public parking just opposite.
Stay there if you want to have a base to explore the area and you don't need luxuries.

Lovely views BUT terrible food.
Frozen chips, frozen octopus.
Cheap pasta. Cheap salad.
Cyprus has delicious potatoes. Fantastically fresh seafood and lovely produce.
So why this restaurant has to cheat people and use frozen food, is unforgivable.
The prices are not cheap either.
It annoys me that they cut corners and serve awful food.
The salad was cheap and no evidence of any bell peppers. Just filled with lots of cabbage (which is much cheaper. )
Stay well clear of this restaurant if you want decent food.
It’s embarrassing to all Cypriots that restaurants like this exist.
No locals eat here but only unsuspected and desperate tourist who get sucked into believing the dishes are fresh because the location is right beside the sea.
I only put 1 star for the location. Anything after that is a big fat 0

Stayed in deluxe apartment, very comfortable bed, bright and spacious room with super bathroom. Added benefit of private hot tub. Stunning harbour views with wraparound balcony. Breakfast excellent, lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

Owner & staff are friendly, attentive & kind people. Room is simple without fuss. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at their restaurant & the food was good.

The rooms are clean and basic. We were welcomed by Andreas who assisted us with extra pillows etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds were very comfortable. This is a very relaxed, friendly and family business. We were taken care of by the magnificent Louis and Lily at breakfast and meal times, and whose attention to detail and friendliness was absolutely 100%
We will be returning here next year as we had a great time.

Beautiful views from both windows and also a shower with a view. Unfortunately we were there over a weekend when a local bar had DJ sets running from 10pm to 3.30pm and the whole room was vibrating. Obviously not the fault of the hotel. Some fixtures and fittings were a little tired but the bed was huge and comfortable. We ate quite often at the hotel and the food is fresh and delicious. Their kalamari is really tasty. Waiters and waitress are very friendly and attentive. All in all a traditional hotel and restaurant.

We recently return from a 10 day holiday in Latchi Cyprus. We stayed with Andreas at the Latchi hotel.
We couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Lovely clean rooms. Excellent views of the harbour and ocean.
Excellent value for money, breakfast included.
Staff were friendly, helpful and lovely people.
Andreas and Louie went out there way to make us feel at home.
We will definitely be back.

Booked a one night stay to explore the area room was basic but very clean lovely views from room. House keeping very helpful (extra pillows) and restaurant staff really welcoming and friendly. Overall a really good stay look forward to visiting again.

Very good stuff and service. We booked 3 rooms to stay for weekend and really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. Hotel rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. Location is absolutely at the harbour view.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Attentive and happy to advise on local fresh fish and local attractions.
The food which was cooked by Andreas was always on point. On several occasions we asked for certain changes and he was more than happy to oblige and sometimes adding his own special twist.
So if your Latchi visit the restaurant, the rooms here are also very clean, spacious and modern. Also good for late nights drinks too.
