Villa is lovely, everything you need is there but would highly recommend getting a car as the villa is a bit out of the way from the main coral bay and the supermarket.
The villa is spacious all 4 bedrooms are spacious and all with air con, the open downstairs consisting of lounge area kitchen and a hall way has also a air con unit in the lounge area that real dose keep the downstairs cool.
The pool area is accessed by 6 steps down to the pool area that again is a good size with plenty of space around the pool to accommodate everyone. The pool isn’t the biggest and dose need a refurb but again more than adequate and much needed in the beautiful Cypriot heat in the summer. The pool was cleaned twice a week by the Vila’s maintenance team very nice guy as everyone he was friendly and helpful, the pool looks amazing once he has finished, unfortunately it doesn’t take long to require a quick clean up with the net due to the palm trees at one end of the pool dropping lots of debris in and around the pool area but it’s no real problem.
The gardens are well kept by the maintenance team and add to the relaxing vibe around the villa.
The area is incredibly quiet with only the quads being heard really twice a day for a matter of seconds other than that is was so quiet, absolutely bliss. With views of the see from the villa and stunning views from the upper balcony it wonderful.

Amazing time in Cyprus in a Lovely villa with good location and facilities. A perfect home point for going out and about. Close enough to easily get a taxi to nearby venues and far enough to get some quiet rest when needed. Was a perfect distance from the Sea Caves for lunch and only €15 Euro to Coral Bay for food of a evening.
