Apartments in Larnaca RegionApartment

This place is quirky, clean and in a decent location. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and it’s so was so nice to have a hot tub in the room.

Lovely, friendly people. Very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and the access to the patio on the top floor with jacuzzi is a great place to relax.

The apartments are in a building where most of the residents are locals living there.

Absolutely loved our stay in LarnacaThe location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful sea and beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly special.

I was there more than two years ago and enjoyed it greatly. The staff were very warm. Hotel is near the beach. Next to a fun shop where my friends and I bought funk pops!

We had a wonderful time here. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, but far enough away from the noise so you can actually relax.

Thank you very much for the wonderful experience you gave us. Perfect location, very clean room and Mr. Fadi very helpful and immediately available for whatever we needed.

Loved this place. Very rustic and peaceful with a beautiful outlook and lovely refreshing pool with terrace. The apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable.

We were there with the whole family. It is the ideal place for relaxation and rest. Quiet accommodation with a shared outdoor pool with amazing view of the village.

Generally, location and hygiene of cleaners does that this hotel have a 5 star review from us. However bad smell from toilet, useless Wi-Fi, constantly same breakfast and also poor menu are things

Great apts. Close to beach, city, busses and restaurant. Recommend.

Honestly great price for the apartment (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and huge balcony). Close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, the marina.

The best hotel in Cyprus, not just larnaca. The rooms are amazing, stylish and spacious. Staff friendly and very helpful. The view of each apartment is simply amazing, directly across from the ocean.

We love LIV!
The staff are so accommodating and welcoming and the apartments are spacious with everything you could need. Great location directly opposite the beach and stones throw from the airport.

Absolutely loved the place, good value for the money, very clean, very well maintained, in close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants. George is great.

A perfect stay in Larnaca, very good service and everything is close including restaurants, stores and the beach!

An atmospheric place. The owner of the establishment is very welcoming and friendly. Great location in a beautiful spot. Everything needed for a stay is available.

Beautiful old style apartments in the heart of the amazing village of Agios Theodoros. Clean, well equipped, close to the beach and surrounding areas and very helpful and nice owners.

If you are in Cyprus for whatever reason (business, holiday etc. ), this is the absolute must-book place.

Excelent Location, very spacious and nice apartments. Internet ok, clean & well mentained, modern design.

We loved the place. The apartment is spotless clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Also, it is located a few minutes away from Finikoudes Beach, which is a plus.

We had a great stay at Zodiac Hotel Apartments! The views of the beach are absolutely beautiful, and the location is ideal.

Easy to check-in and check-out.
Clean beds, sheets and main room in general.
Amazing sea-view on balcony.
You have a kitchen, but there's no utensils to cook or pans.
Bathroom was average.

The owner is best guy ever and the place is a Gem. Clean, green and perfect location…Everyone was super friendly….

The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants which made everything super easy for us. Also really well connected by bus to/from the airport and centre.

Generally, location and hygiene of cleaners does that this hotel have a 5 star review from us. However bad smell from toilet, useless Wi-Fi, constantly same breakfast and also poor menu are things

Great place to stay — centrally located, clean and spacious (for a couple)

Wonderful apartment, has all the essentials, super fridge, all the tools for baking and cooking, high speed internet!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The apartments are spacious, have everything you need, and come with daily service. The friendly and pleasant woman at reception helped with all our questions.

Booked a room here very last minute after our flight was cancelled. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.

Nice.
Very near beach.
Maybe 7 minutes walk.

Went there off season (February) and it was extremely peaceful. Very easy to find because it is central. In the area you have plenty of choice for drinks and food.
