St. Lazaros Studios

Private studios for rent in a well-maintained building with a terrace and an instagramable environment! The top room (201) is fully equipped and has a cute little balcony. The location is super-convenient, right in the heart of Larnaca next to the most picturesque church! Make sure to bring UK plug adaptors and ensure you know the password to enter the building (I had to call the owner as soon as I arrived).

The most magical place we've been in Cyprus. Everything was perfect — attitude of the personnel, cleanliness, location, all amenities provided and distance to the sea and restaurants. I had a possibility to live in two different rooms and both were great!
In the yard there are many useful utensils like shopping bags, books and toys. On Saturdays right near the place farmers market is organised where you can buy fresh national food from locals. If you need something just go out and there are various shops amidst old city. St. Lazarious Church, the Castle, Salt Lake and the main beach street Finicoudes are 5 minutes walk from the apartments.
The bus from the airport goes right past the place, so you can easily take bus and save some money.
The place turned out to be absolute love! I will definitely return with all my family!

First of all this place is not a hotel as it is marked on booking. It is a private property with studios so compare it rather to private apartments for rent than to hotels. The owner did not provide an entry code to the front door in the building so I couldn’t get inside. If I come in the middle of the night (as I supposed) I would stay on the street. Fortunately my flight was delayed and I randomly met some other guests at the entrance. The air conditioning doesn’t work at all. The owner provided towels but bear in mind that they don’t change towels during your stay as well as they don’t clean the apartment during your stay (no room service at all). The funniest thing was when they asked me for my “ideal” time to check out — when I said 14 p. M. — they said that it is not possible so why asking? In fact they hoped I would check out early in the morning so they could maintain some works in the room in the morning and before arrival of next guests. All in one — I don’t recommend it at all. Overrated.
P. S. Watch the opinions here. There is a risk they come from the owner or his friends. For example — it is true that the bus to the airport is passing near by the studios but it doesn’t stop, as there is no bus stop near the studios.

House has several studios. Building is in perfect location. Few min from main beach, shops and coffee places around. Studio is well equiped, with private bathroom. A/C works fine. Stuff is very kind and friendly.

A beautiful new studio with great equipment and really nice people to work with. I would highly recommend it for any future live sessions, recordings and more.
