The water pressure in the showers is excellent, providing a comfortable shower experience. In some apartments, guests need to press a dedicated boiler switch in advance to obtain hot water. The air conditioning units function reliably. However, guests occasionally report an unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom drains and odors from the ground-floor restaurants. There has also been a report of a prolonged wait for staff assistance when hot water was unavailable on the day of arrival.
