Great, clean rooms, and friendly and very accomodating staff. The perfect hotel for families. The pool is not too deep, the Cyprus night is so fun, and the Sunday buffet was delicious! Highly recommended!

Phillip is a nice guy but his hotel is really poor in service and cleanness, I hope he will take this as a conservative and honest feedback.

The next time I am in Cyprus, I will stay here again, love the place and the staff and owners are so friendly!

Comfortable, family run, friendly, clean, great food, great staff and owners. Greek nights every week, cant wait to go back in September for a lovely break away, home from home feel. Bend over backwards to accommodate you. See you soon!

Great family run apartments. Good location, nice swimming pool and eating area. Very friendly and personal service. Good location as beach is over the road, good choice of restaurants nearby as well as food shops. Go for apartment 21 if possible as has sea views and overlooks pool area, has large veranda.

Very nice and quiet place for holiday. The appartments (we had no. 36) have well equipped kitchenette, although there is no coffeemaker so You better bring your own mokka or dripper if You are a coffee freak :) tha hotel pool is always clean and the bar is nearby. The receptionists speak well english and are very kind and helpful. At the night, the whole resort is lit by blueish light so You can find Your way back easily Round the corner there is a supermarket where You can buy almost everything. The water is potable but with a slight salty taste so You better buy spring water in bottles. The sandy beach is like 5 mins walk and is beautiful with shallow water good fir kids. There is a lot of parking lots nearby, free of charge. The bathroom is big enough with a bathtub and hot water available 24/7. The room service is cleaning up almost everyday, bringing clean towels if necessary. Only one negative is that there is no direct sea view as there is a row of hotels inbetween Tsialis and the sea.

The apartment is very homely, very cozy rooms, polite staff, daily cleaning, beautiful view from the windows, comfortable large loggias and terraces. The rest is not tense, easy. Everything in walking distance: beach, shops, transport, cafes, restaurants. You can easily get to Larnaca, Ayia Napa and other towns. Prices for products are moderate, alcohol quality and prices are also acceptable. The family holiday is excellent. If you choose this place and this hotel, you will not regret!

Amazing staff, always asking if everhthing is okay, help you having a great time in Cyprus also great service, rooms are always clean, fresh towels everyday, having the luxury of an apartment and a hotel is a nice combination. The location is also a plus, easy to take a bus to larnaca city and ayia napa. Supermarket is around the corner, bike and car rental as well and a lot of reataurants on the main road. Had no complains. :)

Perfect stay. Clean, no fuss, close to a couple of supermarkets and restaurants (although you need a car/bicycle, etc. To get to the nearest Lidl). It is close to the main road but quiet, has a clean swimming pool to refresh in, and is overall a lovely, cozy place to choose as a base for your Cyprus holiday.

A family run hotel with beautiful rooms, and hospitable staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well kept… a true gem on Dhekelia Road.

The place is very nice, especially for those who come with families! The sea is very near. The apartments are quite cozy, very large, with everything you need for even a long stay. Many restaurants are nearby.

I have never had such a fantastic holiday. Made to feel so very welcome by everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food, attentive staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Maid service every day. Staff always on hand to offer advice on the local area and what to see and do. Highly recommend for everyone.

I visit this hotel every year due to the great, friendly management and lovely atmosphere. Very laid back, family oriented, family run hotel.

The owners was rude and not welcoming at all, room was dirty with hairs on the bad. When we want to leave sooner than the original order he demanded a full payment. We moved to the center of larnaka — better and cheaper.

Just returned from Cyprus, had a great stay at Tsialis,, we were made welcome right form check-in! Room lovely, public areas and poolside clean and well kept, Plentyof good bars and restaurants close by. Great homely atmosphere, Philip and Lucas were very helpful. Will definately return,,, thanks for a very enjoyable break.
