Everything was great. The proximity to the beach, the staff from the barwoman inside to the bar staff outside to the little cleaner all super nice, room clean food good. And after the completion of the Prommenade it got even better because you can just run off in the evening and there was always something going on. Oh hopefully again this year.

We were in this hotel for the first time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All clean and tidy. The food is very good and varied. To the beach in two minutes. It was a wonderful holiday for us. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Such a great hotel it fit everything very friendly family hotel you felt very comfortable from day one like a big family. The food was very rich and very good for everyone. Very hard-working and nice staff. Pool and animation great. Close to the beach simply great. We had a great holiday in Sandy Beach and are guaranteed to be back.

My rewiew which is little bit badly written and random: Pretty good hotel, hotel staff was nice and friendly and helpful, hotel area was nice and sea was very close, hotel room was good condition and air conditioning was luckily very good you can make the room temperature cool, powersockets could be more and in better places I mean closer the beds, hotelroom door handle might make alarm sound sometimes that was annoying, Wi-Fi work barely in hotel room and even in the lounge Wi-Fi was pretty slow like 3-6 mbps, Breakfast was pretty good but it was everyday same so it might start to get bored, it was nice that in hotel area was couple showers, I didn`t like pool rules because it`s not allowed to swim after 6pm : (and the sea and beach had any lights so you could barely swim at the evenings in the sea, the hotel building didn`t look from outside especially the end of buildings that good, pools was good but pool beds could be more, some evenings had good and entertaining night shows. On the other side of the road was restaurants and supermarkets and bus stops and sometimes taxis. And here some photos about that place :)

A small four star hotel offering many amenities Centrally located on the tourist Dekelia road close to cafés and restaurants. Loved the buffet especially the grilled meat and vegetables. Spacious entrance also has a medium sized swimming pool with umbrellas. For its size I would recommend it. A small discomfort with parking space inside but there's plenty of space to park just outside the hotel.

Aris-Florentia' s Wedding Truly amazing place to hold your wedding. The hotel has an adorable garden which could accommodate many people while the atmosphere was magnificent and left everyone not wanting to leave. The people working for the hotel were polite and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that our wedding was the best it could be. I would like to thank all the people working there for everything they have done to make an amazing day even more special.

Overall good impression: tasty breakfasts, nice territory and rooms. Wi-fi coverage is not perfect, I had to go down to the ground floor to get acceptable connection. And better do not take rooms with pool view, because it is impossible to sleep until 23 when evening events are over.

For its price-normal. The first line is right by the sea. Very nice pool chairs.
15 minutes by bus from Larnaca, 20 minutes from the airport.
A little disappointed with the food-tasteless vegetables and not very large variety, but to find something edible can.
The lack of animation is rather a plus than a minus.

Very decent hotel, but the hobby of the hosts making money at all costs, spoils it and two near standing hotel away. This hotel regularly on its territory hosts noisy parties (weddings, christenings, birthdays), no, rather lights, not for their guests. And for the locals with the money. So to sleep under this case in all three hotels can only those who sleep all very well. The rest is worth thinking about.
We have been here twice, the second time we were particularly fortunate to have looked at this ugliness 4 times instead of sleeping and strength to climb.

The Hotel is calm. At The end of the season there are few Russians. It is Better to choose Full board, around the hotel there is nowhere! There are Places, but there is no advise. For dinner free Even water will not give. All inclusive Alcohol is cheap. It is Better to buy wine in the shop across the road. Cypriot wine for €3. The Rest of the alcohol is cheaper than in the Moscow duty-the mother of their-fries. For example, rum in Moscow €25, here for 15 the same bottle.
In Larnaca You can go for a rest and walk. Bus 1. €5 per person to one end. In Ayanapu for €4 (Mezhgorod).
The Pool is big. Sunset in the sea is a long, but very pleasant sand. The Fauna is small, but after the Storm were Jerzy (dangerous).

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Clean every day thoroughly, incl wet cleaning, change towels every day, bed in a day, beach towel right in the room. Breakfasts with a stable menu, but a choice of large and appetizers, both hot, and pastries, and fruit. True Kitchen does not always cope with the flow, but generally good. In The spa all friendly, massage did well, facials on good cosmetics. The pool Area is large.
There are two minimarket Nearby, prices are adequate. The Big Lidl is far away and the choice there is small.

Great hotel, nice staff, very clean and quiet. Location is great, if you are not looking to be in the center of Larnaca. The beach is very nice and the breakfast is basic, but very satisfying.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet Location and is also directly connected to the Hotel's own Sand Beach.
The Facility is about 8 km from Larnaca. A Bus Stop is right in front of the Hotel.
This Hotel offers guests All Inclusive, but also Half Board.
The Food is typically European and something for every Taste.
The Guests here (mostly Germans, Russians, English and Dutch) are all quiet sociable Fellow human Beings who like to worship the Sun.
There are enough Loungers for every sun lover to Find a perfect Place.
So for anyone who likes it rather quiet and away from the Hustle and bustle … This Hotel complex is ideally suited …

The hotel is not chic, not pretentious. The renovation is good, the hotel is not mashed, plumbing quality, food in the high tourist season plentiful and high quality. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. Private loungers on the beach.

Just come back from a fabulous week at this hotel we had executive room on the forth floor. food is fantastic hotel staff great and free Wi-Fi even on the beach 7 km out side larnaca bus stop right out side the hotel and car hire and taxi rank opposite. book it you wont regret it.

Everything is clean and customer friendly staff.

We recently stayed in this hotel in August for 10 days on an all inclusive holiday. However, we were not advised what the all inclusive did not include — Mini bar and Cocktails. We checked with our hotel reps and they advised that the Mini bar was included as part of the package. Reception presented us with a bill for 156 Euros which included 3 Carlsberg beers, water and diet coke. We argued our case and the bill was reduced to 120 Euros which we subsequently paid. I would like to point out this to other guests in order that they do not run up a large bill. One particular gentleman on reception was particulary rude and very, very unhelpful.

We (my girlfriend and I) went for a cup of coffee in a hotel restaurant and we got some watered down espresso and cappuccino made using express mixture with waaay too much water. Sorry, but unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Really liked the hotel, the sea and the work of staff. CERT, all delicious. The Russian girl Veronica, very affable, always help, tell me, those who are not fluent in English. Separate her thanks! The bar beside the reception bartender Irina, also spoke Russian and also very friendly. Hotel «sandy beach» was really comfortable pathetic hotel, really 4**** very nice, cosy and with a vast territory and a private beach. On the territory there are two bars and two restaurants. Fed there is much better than, for example in Turkey. Many fish dishes, excellent service and maintenance. Every day quickly, quietly and accurately cleaned room. Change all bed linen and towels. Private beach with parasols and good нераздолбанными sun loungers. I several times came on foreign beaches — there takes it easy and not to race in Turkey. Often lay sunbathed on the beach room «Golden Bay» five stars next door. Contingent guests mixed crowd, a very respectable and wealthy. The British, Germans and Scandinavians. The Russians were only 4 people. It is interesting that Russians there among themselves generally do not communicate — not even talk to each other. May just have a rest from the compatriots.
