Hotels in Famagusta with a Pool

Hotel was amazing, so clean and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Reception helps with any issues and truly kind, the food was really good with different options.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in nisi beach but wanted to be closer to ayia Napa and this hotel didn’t disappoint! The staff are absolutely fantastic especially emilio the barman.

One of the best hotels. Everything is clean and cosy hotel just 2 floors. Although its at the center but u dont hear any noise from outside and neither from.

The hotel has some very positive aspects, but there are also several areas that need improvement.
First of all, the rooms were very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

We stayed here in July 2026 as our daughter was getting married here. It is a perfect location. The villa is gorgeous, clean and spacious. Air con is excellent as it is needed in the heat.

Perfect place for family holidays! 4 separate bedrooms, swimming pool cleaned on a regular basis, great beach just 1 minute from the house.

Rooms were a bit dated (no lock on bathroom and I had a bedroom door that wouldnt close easily) but was a lovely location. Great cleaning and services.

The hotel is located in a location overlooking the sea. It has wonderful, large apartments (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom).

We’ve visited these apartments several times and once again it did not disappoint. We visited with our wider family this time and found that it met all our needs.

Wow, the two bedroom apartment is amazing, clean, spacious with incredible views, we were fortunate enough to stay for a month, the restaurant is incredible, we also had a function here (40th

Me and my daughter stayed here last year. We were allocated a ground floor apartment as requested which was very spacious with full facilities.

We stayed at Delfini no 8 for a week late June 2025, via Jet2 Villa Holidays great location, quiet but oly 10 min walk from Protaras main strip.

We have just returned from one of our best holidays, celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in Villa 8, absolutely perfect in every way.

Eight people can stay in this villa, everyone has a place to sleep, one bedroom has a separate bathroom, but there is one shared bathroom in the transitions.

We stayed at "Anastasia" villa. The garden could have been better cleared of small rubbish as well as some things inside such as wardrobe doors and kitchen cupboards doors.

We stayed at this amazing villa for a couple of days as a group.

We stayed here with our family while attending a wedding at the villa, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is pure luxury – beautiful, high-quality, and extremely comfortable.

Arrived at hotel before midnight and were greeted by older gentelman at reception — Theodore as far as I remember. Very nice and welcoming, provided us with essential information.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal.

Lovely, clean tidy villa, pool is not very big, but adequate ideal base for exploring Cyprus.

Excellent well maintained, great value for money, and an excellent location.

A small and beautiful Cretan beach – a hidden bay.
This is a lovely little beach, quiet and peaceful. The water is stunning – crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming.

Very nice beach. Family friendly. Lifeguards on the spot. Calm spot. Natural sweet water springs flowing in the sea. Also there are hotels above with all necessary amenities. Totally recommend!

Modern, clean, Tv with netflix etc, no timer on the ac, walking distance to beach, everything works, very helpful and friendly owner … what else can you ask for.

Great location, nice villa and the host did his best to help us with info, late check out. I recommend the villas for a perfect holiday in Protaras.

Just returned from an excellent week at flora appartments room's are quite big excellent location all the staff are very curtious and helpful especially Michael and George would definitely return

We stayed at Flora Apartments for one week in late July–early August. The location is right on the main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night, but still fine. Breakfast was good.

I rated 4 out of 5 as there was one thing that would have made it perfect which could easily be remedied.
I love the staff at this hotel and they try very hard to accommodate where they can.

One of the best holidays we have had.

We rented a 4 bedroom villa with single sofa bed for 2.5 weeks.
The service and cleanliness were great. The team were responsive and helpful at all times.

Nice place big rooms good value for money if you just want to spend the night. Small con, pillows not very comfortable Big con, Wi-Fi had no signal!

I stayed this week at Anmaria Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa with my friends and we absolutely loved the experience. Our room was super modern, very spacious and perfect for three people.

Very nice laid back hotel. The best pool ever. They also have indoor pools. Very good breakfast. Lovely rooms. The best part is the location not too far from everything!

Great location, not even 2 minute walk from beach, owner was friendly and room was clean, definitely coming back!

Excellent location, close to everything you need. The pool is amazing, chill environment. Staff is friendly. Definitely coming back. Recommend 10/10. (Dont take all rooms I need one as well) 🤣
