⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay.
We spent a wonderful week in Room 105 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally well maintained, and spotlessly clean.

This was our second (and hopefully not last) stay at Exotic Sea Boutique! We absolutely love it there.

Hi, thank you very much for this one week that we were here. Wonderful environment, beautiful apartment with sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and all the equipment you might need on weekdays.

Would recommend as they are lovely villas and had a nice weekend away however there was an issue with the hot tub not being clean😔

The villa itself is modern, light, and very spacious. With three bedrooms, it’s an ideal choice for larger families.

Brilliant villa, well stocked with anything you need, good location short walk to beach and strip.

I stayed at a villa recently and it was an amazing experience. The villa was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

Eight people can stay in this villa, everyone has a place to sleep, one bedroom has a separate bathroom, but there is one shared bathroom in the transitions.

We stayed at "Anastasia" villa. The garden could have been better cleared of small rubbish as well as some things inside such as wardrobe doors and kitchen cupboards doors.

Friends of mine recommended this place, and did not disappoint! The place was great: spacious and comfortable, and can easily host a large group.

Lovely Villa, 3 beds 3 bathrooms large kitchen with breakfast bar. The pool area is very private, a real sun trap!

We stayed at number 23, its gated development with key pad. The villa was a nice size, 3 bedrooms 1 double bed with ensuite and 2 bedrooms with single beds.

We stayed at Villa Nicole – all recommendations for the wonderful host who is always at your service.

Casa De Nicole is a true gem in Protaras! We had an amazing stay—everything about the place made our vacation feel effortless and enjoyable.

This is the 3rd time at this stunning villa. Set away from the main strip it’s done to high standard and very secluded and private.

We were a family of 11 and rented the villa for 5 days. The villa is a real paradise by means that it is remote from other houses but close to Protaras, and is beautifully arranged.

Great overall, very good choice!
It's quiet, but at the same time close to whatever you might need, including the beach.
