Highly recommended. The hosts go way and beyond for you to have the best time. The place is great. Even better from the photos. Very modern. It has all the amenities one might need at their stay and more. It’s situated in an excellent spot at Kappari area. Nice and calm and near to everything. 3 minutes walk from a supermarket. 5 minutes walk from Malama Beach. There is a famous bar of Cyprus, kalifi which is open day and night right over the sea. There are restaurants and bars in minutes away all around. There is also the famous Zorbas bakery 5 minutes away to get any food you like from Cypriot cuisine to Asian. Had a great time with my kids. Thank you Mr Pantelis and family. The Villa is available at booking and Airbnb and the owner responds quickly.

I am thrilled that we chose this villa for our recent holiday, we had 10 blissful days there. Several of those were spent just relaxing by the pool but there are so many local beach within either walking distance or a 5 minute car journey. Our favourite beach was Vrysoudi beach, with lunch at Katina by the sea, which is run by a lovely couple.
We had a go on the jet ski's at our local beach, Agia Triada, which was also lovely and a 2 minute walk from the villa. Lunch at the taverna there was nice too.
There are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, usually open between 7am-11pm. And the local restaurants are amazing — Zeyn was our favourite (highly recommend ordering the lamb 24 hours in advance, it's stunning and the chicken wings for starters. I can't remember the name of the amazing desert we had, but they drizzled the caramel over it once it was at the table if that helps! ). We had the best sushi of our life in Karas Fish Taverna, it was a huge platter and plenty for the four of us.
Back to the villa — it was perfect. We had everything we needed, washing machine, dishwasher (although we didn't use it), plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils, a full size fridge-freezer.
The owners were so lovely and helpful. The pool was cleaned 3 times whilst we were there. Loads of cupboard space for not only clothes, but storing luggage. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which for us was great as we went with friends.
