You pass what score with 5 stars and also those who score with 1 stars. Comfortable rooms and extended. No elevator. The receptionist very friendly but not from the 20:00 hours. Just take it for the price.

I am very happy with the service and the room! Nikolina was very helpfull and I would definately recommend Hotell Kamagra Dubrovnik!

Enjoyed our stay here. Outside of the old town so a bit quieter, which is what we wanted. On a quick bus route into the Old Town or Harbour. About 10 mins walk from a nice cove for swimming. Spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff member on reception.

Disappointing, albeit economical and well-located. The hotel is well-located, being not too far of a walk both from Grad (the old city) as well as from the Gruz port (where one can get on a ferry to the nearby Elephiti islands — — Kolocep, Lopud, and Sipan). However, were I to stay in Dubrovnik again, I would probably spend more to stay in Hotel Bellevue nearby (which, on top of looking like a nicer hotel, also has a swimming pool and great beach access). The hotel room, while spacious, felt a little dirty (e. G. The curtains were dirty, the walls had water damage), and the hotel did not replace sheets daily (which, in a relatively hot climate where one is constantly sweating, is an absolute must). On top of that, the hotel lacked a safe in the room and the bathroom lacked a fan.

Beds were okay comftorble and internet cu for a whole day without anything done about it.

Do not stay here — it was more expensive that we initially thought and the customer service is nonexistent. Rooms also smell strongly of sewage. Stayed here for one night and right before bedtime, the bathroom started to smell very strongly of sewage. There was no one at the front desk — only a phone number to call. We called the phone number nearly a dozen times and no one answered. We also emailed them with no reply. We had a very early morning (we were flying home) and ended up staying up much later than expected trying to figure out what to do about the smell! The septic smell was unbearable — we slept with every drain in the bathroom covered, the bathroom door closed with a towel blocking the bottom, and the balcony door wide open (thank god we were on the third floor). The worst part — management didn't respond until we called them the next day midday, and they said they had smelled nothing so we must be lying! It was infuriating, especially considering that if they had responded to us the night of, they would have smelled it! Terrible customer service and a very poor way to respond to a serious customer complaint.

WARNING: We had an awful stay at this hotel. We checked in around 4pm and rested for a bit before heading out to explore Old Town. When we returned to our room around 10pm, there was an awful septic smell to the room. The bathroom was emitting some type of smell that didn't seem healthy or normal. When we tried to contact the hotel, absolutely no luck. We tried the phone number listed four times and never heard back. I emailed the contact email with an urgent request for someone to come help us with the situation but no luck. We went down to the desk and again, you can see where I'm going here… no staff. They had told us their hours at the desk were 8am-10pm but we assumed that if there was an issue, they would respond to the email or phone calls. Not true. We had a super early flight the next morning and so, left with no other options, kept the windows and doors open for the night and got some restless sleep for a few hours. We were VERY happy to leave this place! Bad situations happen — I totally get that. What was unacceptable was the response — — or complete lack of response — — from the hotel. 12 hours later, already well into our travel day, we had yet to hear from anyone at the hotel. It was up to us, as customers, to call and check in. Their response? It was a busy morning with check outs. This hotel has NINE rooms. Ok, right.
