Nice hotel but not quite a 4*. The hotel do not offer towels service to take to beach nor allow to take bathroom's. Drinks are pricey. Sauna and steam room can be used by a price. Gym small but sufficient. Swimming pool area small to accommodate guests. Most days you will see people looking for a spot to seat or sunbed. The sun is only in one half of the pool and as the sun rotates you need to move with it if you wish to sunbed. The staff was friendly. Hotel close to old town and also to other port. The very same excursions can be found cheaper, I would suggest to huggle. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, both offered a good selection of fish and meat, pasta, bread, puddings/fresh fruit. In summary: nice stay, clean/comfy room, nice food, close to other amenities.

Good location Bus in front and three stops from the Old city. A set of architectural buildings. It Has a gym pool and sauna.

Visited the Bosnian restaurant called Taj Mahal. From what the staff explained it was named after the owner couple's relationship? Nothing to do with Indian food. Our meal was great but a tad expensive. The Lero Hotel staff let us park for free which was great in Dubrovnik.

Rooms are very spacious and neat. Breakfast buffet is rich. 25 minutes walk from old downtown and 7 minutes by taxi.

One of the best hotel's in Dubrovnik. If you want to stay in really nice and not so expensive hotel Lero is the best choice!.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel Lero and were absolutely happy with our choice. We had 2 superior rooms, one looked exactly like the one on the website, the other more like the executive room but without balcony. We were with a baby, so it was really spacious and very comfortable. The food at breakfast and dinner was quite good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is sutuated about 20 min to the old town and 2-3 stops with the bus. Restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend the hotel.

It’s an okay hotel but not 4 stars. The rooms are small. My bed is not comfortable unfortunately. The food is good! Looks clean but the sink is awful.

The hotel is better than what you expect for a three star. Rooms are spacious is very clean the deal in reception and in the dining room is very correct at reception they usually speak Spanish which is appreciated and the downside is that although in the flat it appears quite close to the historic center about 20 minutes walk the hotel is located wall A of a hill with what to return it will be highly advisable to return by bus the line 4 the tickets are acquired in reception without any problem near there going down to 5 minutes to the right there are a couple of restaurants that are well to dine among them the bull the pizzeria Normal that yes the area is quite desolate there are few shops or bars around it has free Wi-Fi in rooms and very full breakfast.

New hotel, very large rooms, delicious food… Bosnian restaurant next to the hotel! Recomend all!

Very nice reception staff. Rooms are O. K. The lady who served for breakfast was not so much interested in the guests.

Went here with my family during the summer it was a lovely hotel and whilst we had a nice enough room there were a few issues. Such as the carpet in the room was ruined with stains all over it which was quit upsetting considering the amount we were paying for the double room and would expect a lot more in 4 star hotel. Also if your considering paying for all inclusive food don't it is not worth it. It is not worth the money you are being served the same things every night and the food is low quality your better off spending the money going out for dinners because there are lovely places in town to go. And there were never ever enough sunbeds outside which was ridiculous considering how much we were paying. And staff can be very rude too which I wouldn't usually expect for a 4 star hotel. We paid for a late checkout which was £60 which again was ridiculous and the maid staff were literally waiting outside our room a couple came in clearly that had not been informed we booked a late check out. They were just waiting outside for the entire extra hour we had paid for which was very uncomfortable and rude. So I'd say the hotel had some issues and the room we paid for whilst we were there was not worth the money and the lack of sunbeds was an issue I don't think I'd recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff nice rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was shut for 'maintenance' for our entire two week stay, never saw any actual maintenance happening though. There's a beach nearby though so it didn't really matter in the end.

Very close to the historical centre, very nice hotel, quiet only inside (mountain). Breakfast very well provided. Very nice staff.

If you want to explore the old town of Dubrovnik, this hotel is well-kept and close at hand.

Clean and tidy, nice pool and bar area. Staff all friendly and helpful. Easy walk downhill to the old town. And what a wonderful thing it is. Any requests to staff were met with a very open and friendly response and dealt to promptly.

Great location. It's a 20 min walk to go to old town… beware, it's all the way uphill coming back. Taxis are a nightmare to nail one leaving from "old town" but worth the effort, very inexpensive.

Had misfortune to spend my wife's birthday at the Taj Mahal restaurant after it received a glowing recommendation from our host. Frosty reception, surly waiter, average (at best) food, overpriced and miserable… avoid!

Manage you expectations. New part of the hotel is a super 4stars… the old part is a weak 4 stars. We were initially placed on the old wing and then asked to be moved after the 1st night and we're lucky enough to get a new room. 20min walking from Dbv old town. Perfect. Not too close in order not to have the 000's of tourists but still close enough to walk to and from.

The bar was very nice. The air conditioning worked well. The drinks were good. We went in the middle of the day to cool off and just hung out and talked for a couple of hours. The atmosphere was pleasent.

The staff were mostly unsociable, unhappy with bad attitude and had lack of motivation. The air-conditioning in most of the hotel was mostly non existent in The 40 c heat. So. If you are offered a sea view room don't be disappointed if once you arrive you then realise you will need a double jointed neck and good eyesight to see the sea. The hotel is not situated in a very nice area either. On the day of our departure we took our cases to our rented car and a member of staff followed us out as if we were trying to leave without paying… We would not stay there again.

The staff here are brilliant. Always friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and the rooms are a decent size and well equipped. The breakfast caters for all, good healthy options as well as cooked. The location is perfect, not too far from Old Town and quite close to the port and Bellview beach. It's a very well run 4* hotel.

We were housed in the annex, i. E. The parallelepiped block which is located in the background, and the service was disastrous: housekeeping not made (cobwebs, bathroom not well cleaned, sheets torn, carpets dirty, waste here, there…). We appealed to the butler and finally to the manager. This hotel was the least good of the 8 we made, all 4 local stars, during our trip to Autorun, including those from Mostar and Sarajevo! Frankly he doesn't deserve his stars. Choose another.

Very friendly staff, very clean, 15 minute walk down to old town or bus close by, so was a pharmacy and food. We liked our stay, here.

I havent been to this hotel yet but on looking at the picture information it looks good I will do an update when I have had my holiday there xx.

Walking distance to oldtown (approx 15 min. ) nice rooms and really good breakfast. Also theres open pool. Good view and has car park for 15cars. Just bit expensive.

Modern and very comfortable. Nice pool although in the shade from lunchtime onwards. Food was good and staff friendly and efficient.

A stay of a week d a high quality. Both in terms of room service, than the food. I recommend it highly.
