Dubrovnik Hotels near Minceta Tower

Couple spent several nights at the Excelsior in a villa Odak terrace room last month. Iconic views of the sea and the old town. Five minute walk to the old town and everything that has to offer.

Great hotel with superb view of the old city. Had room on the lower floor but with a nice wide terrase which gave a nice view if the town, super access to the beach just below and breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Nobile in mid-May of this year. It's a lovely little hotel with a location just outside the old town walls.

Our stay at Heritage Villa Nobile was simply excellent.

I stayed in this smallish hotel for several nights in May 2025. I had a very nice stay and the location was very convenient for walking around to local attractions and restaurants.

Villa Sigurata is a wonderful place in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The location is awesome. Private rooms are stone, with a castle-like feel — very cool vibe.

An amazing place Terrace was so peaceful with wonderful views;sunbeds and garden chairs Rooms were really comfortable and bathroom well equipped.

We returned once again to this beautiful Villa with a magical view of the sea, the old town Dubrovnik and the parks.

What a great experience! Milo the owner was so very welcoming, the rooms were spotless and had everything you could need with a great view over Dubrovnik. Breakfast was amazing and very varied.

When we arrived, Milo spent 30 minutes getting to know us, and made us feel very welcome. He even offered us a beer!

It was the most amazing place ever! Just loved everything ❤️

Fantastic stay at 7 Oaks Noble House Hotel in Dubrovnik. Room 1 was spectacular—truly an oasis. The hotel feels like a hidden gem just off the main street, offering both convenience and tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Oaks Noble. Perfect spot for exploring Dubrovnik. It’s in a great location inside Old Town right off the main Strada but nice and quiet. We stayed in room 7 on the top floor.

From start to finish this accomodation was outstanding.

We stayed in a second floor unit for several nights. The customer service is excellent and these are a great value. We were able to check into our room as soon as it was ready, mid-morning.

Staying at Villa Stayeva 11 was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. What a wonderfully charming place in the heart of old town Dubrovnik yet away from the crowds.

Spent two blissful nights at Stayeva 11. Dube is the perfect host, her apartment is in a great location, looking on to Dubrovnik’s city walls!

This place is a real gem. It's close but not too close to Old Town, I mean that in a good way. Old Town was packed and it's far enough away from the crowds. There is parking if you need to park a car.

Firstly the host Djivo was fantastic. Provided really helpful information anytime we needed it and gave us a thorough layout of the land upon arrival.

Nice clean room with a beautiful view. Walking distance from the city center and a free parking spot available (big plus in Dubrovnik). The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach.

Stayed at Villa Flores for 5 nights whilst I Dubrovnik. It's located in a great location in the Old Town.

What a lovely place. Beautiful buildings, immaculately restored, fantastic food and lovely friendly, helpful staff. The views are sensational and only a ten minute walk to old town.

Absolutely loved this stay! The views from our balcony alone are everything—waking up to that endless Adriatic blue felt so peaceful. The hotel has a clean, modern feel, but still warm and inviting.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubrovnik! From the moment we arrived, our host Ivana was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Ivana was a very welcoming and helpful host. The location was great, right next to Buza Gate and a short walk to the main street. It was clean and well kept.

I stayed at Icy House in Dubrovnik for four nights and overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience — especially thanks to the incredibly warm and kind

I loved staying at Barbara's place, which is literally 20 seconds from the main artery within Dubrovnik's Old Town. You couldn't ask for a better location, certainly not at the price.

We were very happy with our stay & how attentive Barbara was.
Thankfully the location of this apartment wasn't too far from the main gates & easy to find.

We were met by Tihomir when we arrived. He's very kind and funny! We enjoyed his homemade grappa in the garden and loved hanging out with all the little tortoises — there were babies too!

Mr. Tihomir, the owner, was very kind and gave us plenty of helpful tips for sightseeing.

Superb location for a great price INSIDE Old Town Walls. Neat and clean. A possible problem for some people are the steep stairs to rooms which can be difficult carrying luggage.

The Byron is a unique and magical place. You will arrive to a warm reception from the ownership team in their adorable coffee shop that also contains interesting merchandise.

A Truly Special Stay in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was something special.

Though our room was small, it was cozy and comfortable.

Location was beyond excellent — right inside the old town city wall, which made everything so convenient.
