They make improper charges and are not responsible! I looked with a platform and they when they arrived at the hotel charged me more, I got $ 200 more
very badly, they are scammers.

Whenever I have been there it has been in different activities, but in each and every one of them its staff has been very friendly it is worth remembering that its facilities are very beautiful. Super recommended 👍

Close enough to the airport 30 mins in a taxi. Nice friendly check in. Comfortable bed air conditioned room. Buffet breakfast.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and they are only located 30 mins from San Jose airport (without traffic).

Traveled here from the states and couldn’t have asked for a more helpful staff! Everyone here is so welcoming and has great customer service. Rooms were clean, breakfast was as okay (the service however was better than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at), and the hotel is located right by all the main attractions! Definitely a great spot if you’re visiting San Jose for a short time and want to see the parks, museums, restaurants, and central market. Didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant, but the local sports bar Chubbs, which is just next door, has great food and drinks for a great price!

I have several years of coming to San Jose and staying here by default, it is very clean very comfortable. The only great but I put it is the location that in the night gets very ugly. But if you come in clever you have nothing to fear.

Great location close to parks, the national museum, restaurants and few bars. The property is very secure with ample parking. My room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfast was good. The staff were excellent, very friendly and polite.

Excellent hotel in San Jose de Costa, spacious areas and very comfortable rooms. For breakfast you can serve a great variety according to your preference, very tasty food also at night in your restaurant that is located next to the fabulous Casino.
I can't think of any more for now, but it's a very good option to visit.

Stopped in for Sunday breakfast… 9:00AM… buffet. Two spoonfuls of scrambled eggs remained, not replenished! Completely absent bacon, ham or sausage. 4, 000 Colones seems a rather significant cost for fruit and cold cereal.

A good hotel an average reception but they often change in the center.

Hotel that claims to be four star and arrives with luck to three. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very small. The location is bad. The hotel seems prepared to accommodate couples that are formed on the road that is part of the resort.

Service vary from person to person, cleaning could be better. We stayed here two times, first time dirty floor in the bathroom. Breakfast Good, 4+. The gym very small.

This is an interesting lodging option in downtown San Jose. The hotel is located in front of a beautiful park and the view is very nice.
The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere pleasant.
It has a pretty good restaurant and access to the casino area.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. We spent a very pleasant 4 nights, we rested very well in the confortable bed and the room had a lot of space. Two points that we loved is the excellent location at the heart of San José and the complimentary airport transfer. A note for travellers, there is a tour agency desk at reception with possibility to customize tours.

While the staff was friendly and pleasant the manager was not. I met a wonderful woman in Costa Rica who would come in and have breakfast with me before she went to work and on three seperate occasions without paying attention to what was actually going they tried to charge me the 25 dollars they charge the degenerate americans who only come to Costa Rica to enjoy the prostitutes from the hotel next door. I was not only personally offended I felt horrible for my guest who only there for a meal, to her credit she still came by to see me.

Spacious rooms, corridors are old-fashioned with the carpet needs renovation. The breakfast area was in full renovation we had breakfast in a very old fashioned conference room. Breakfast buffet might be a little bit more variation.

For the most it was ok… toilet needs to keep finger on lever to do a complete flush, ac system made a lot of noise almost like it was out of balance were to even the window rattles, front desk was very friendly and professional, we loved their breakfast and service. They kept bringing us fruits, and drinks. Thank you guys.

Located in the city centre not far from the National Assembly, it is very difficult to find it by car as it does not give directly on the street. Its entrance is common with a casino and across the street from the garden of Peace it bears another name.
The rooms are spacious and very decent, the reception staff is very cold and denotes in such an establishment.
The breakfast room is located in the lobby and would ask to be located elsewhere. Breakfast is simple and would ask to be more copious.

Classic Hotel but well located, close to Avenida Centrale. Nothing special.

Pretty Nice Hotel! People are super helpful and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and they bring a microwave and small fridge. The cleaning service very very nice people and help you with any request. Only small thing is breakfast (scramble eggs way to soggy and variety) not the best but people helping there are super nice so I guess that makes up. Great location and good room service as well. I DO recommend this hotel.
