Super recommended, excellent service.

Unfortunately we were given a room very close to the reception and from 5am the employees spoke very harshly, having no consideration for the guests we were resting.

Excellent service. Amazing views.

Terrible service. Very slow, an hour for a cool and you have to be going to the reception to see who attends and the employees gathered in the background in a talker! Hurts…

The place, as such very nice, however I give poor rating in customer service and lack of water pressure, in the showers of the rooms, there is no other to call on entrepreneurs to train their staff.

Excellent location, service, rooms, breakfast. And the pool is wonderful. Limón is an amazing cultural destination and this place is a great place to stay in this paradise area.

Super attentive all the staff, the super nice ❤️ with sea view, the mega nice pool and the breakfast too rich, I recommend it with closed eyes.

I don't recommend this place to an enemy!
Being in Lemon I spent a night at the place. It is of very poor quality, says RESORT… but it doesn't make it to motel.
The poolside rooms are old and very poorly conditioned. The things at the entrance are dungeons!
It does NOT have a beach!
When I was at the "Hotel" I ordered the food out!
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Very bad experience!

Nice place to relax with the sound of the waves, ocean view in room and restaurant, a year ago it was home for what was furnished to hotel.

The receiving-to-one as the job of waiter of the restaurant, the care is superb really glad to go to a place and they treat you that way so good I recommend it 100%

Take a look at the rooms before you pay. There are contradictions like that have air conditioning, but there is not a single piece of furniture in the room or a closet. The bathroom is tiny and NO hot water. And in the evening there is that call x phone for you to open the gate. If charged as a hostel I would understand, but the prices are the regular of a hotel. Definitely NOT what I would recommend to my friends.

Great and cozy place with plenty of nature within a historial building.

With respect to the place I don't have any complaints I can say that it is beautiful and open concept front to the sea makes it very pleasant to be enjoying themselves in the restaurant. I have a complaint and I must say, fuy to dinner with my family and two of the dishes we were served bad food, in the dish I had selected, I was served vegetables bad was something totally nasty, to show the upset, they sent us a dessert as compensation, and it turns out to be that the desserts were already ugly so long stored in the refrigerator. That was the bad experience. Beautiful place but the food fatal finally I would say that I would not recommend it. I leave you with a photo of the dish that I told them.
