Nice hôtel with fair service and good rooft top.
Great location but thats also the problem you are in street close to restaurant and bar so its often noisy unfortunately.

Good place, it has everything necessary for accommodation. No that luxury or good, typical 2 stars. Great location close to the best places in Santa Marta.

We loved staying at this hotel, great location, lovely friendly staff and great to have a pool and aircon in the rooms. What a wonderful view of the bay from the top roof terrace!

I'm not staying at this moment. I don't experience the rooms but next time I'm booking definitely in this place. Food is super deliciously, and the service is amazing.

El Rio Hostel is super fun — we had a great four days there.

Had the most amazing time at Rio hostel. Vibes were huge, staff were great specially Andy he was dead friendly really made me feel comfortable. I hope il come back one day. Biggest love guys.

I've been going to this place for the last 15 years, it's such a gem!

I cannot begin to describe how magical and peaceful this place is. It is truly stepping into another world.

The mirror was missing the stand I placed it on a chair so I could see my whole body view. There wasn't warm water for a comfortable shower I'm not good with cool to cold showers.

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel, it’s very nice and well located. The highlight of this hotel is the staff they all are so nice. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe here. I recommend!

A simple place with all the necessary amenities. With an own shower and toilet, it feels like luxury camping.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was extremely friendly and gave good advice for the trekking in Tayrona Park. Breakfast and food in general was great. Special thanks to Juliet, Miguel and Socorro.

Surprisingly wonderful place to stay! The rooms were very clean in ours head air-conditioning. There are three pools and the layout is very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Great place to do a coffee/cacao tour (didn’t stay here). Really picturesque pool overlooking the mountains and tour is 30.000 COP including coffee and hot chocolate at end plus use of pool.

Fantastic swimming pool-really large and with jacuzzi. Large outdoor area for eating/drinks as well as an indoor space as you prefer. Food was delicious.

It's a perfect stop to relax and to visit playa Cristal and playa Cinto.
The food and their cocktails are good aswell. Lover their filet mignon.

The place is run and owned by Diana and John, they are super hosts and helped us with all our questions (including. Renting a motor). The food is all prepared by Diana and delicious.

A lot of beautiful places to relax.
Swimming pool and river to cool down.
Walking distance to the village so you have a lot of dining options.

It was amazing. The staff was extra caring, being beso de the river was an outer body experience. The environment lets you connect with nature and the food was really good. 100% recommend.

Just a short walk from the village, which also meant that it was in a beautiful and quiet area with an amazing view and jungle all around.

My experience was truly amazing from start to finish! The hostel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from a proper beach!
