Hostels in Coffee TriangleHostel

A very nice hostel, all the facilities are in great order and very clean and there are a lot of common areas (the terrace has a great view of San Gil).

Traveler Hostel felt like a home away from home. I kept extending my stay because the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Huge shout out to Fernanda and Angie for making the experience so special.

It was wonderful. Great location. Super clean. Safe.
The owners went the extra mile not only for me but for all the guests that were staying with them. Great service!

This place is truly amazing! I think I have never met such a friendly and helpful owners!

Great location, a few steps from the main plaza where you can see the amazing lights during Christmas. The best part of this place is the receptionist/owner of the hotel, David.

I’d recommend staying here if you get the chance! 👍
I stayed in the dorm and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Best hostel in Colombia!

They had so much info for us and gave us great recommendations for tours and places to see. Let us store our stuff when we went on a motorbike tour as well!

Especially as a solo traveler I can highly recommend it, cause they have activitys every night and create a very social atmosphere.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! Diego, Sylvia, Karin and Valentina go out of their way to make your stay perfect. They are amazing people with a heart of gold.

Great stay here at Coffee Tree. Nicholas and Chris were super helpful and accommodating with anything I need. Great with tours and recommendations for the area.

Lovely place. Breakfast options were great — plus it was super close to town. Definitely the most upscale hostel I’ve stayed in. Not too loud or boisterous at all.

Didn’t stay here but had a lot of fun visiting on karaoke night. Would absolutely go and hang out again. Good music and a lot of fun 🙂

The best Hostal in San Gil! The green Door Hostal is the place to stay when you are around San Gil.

Clean and comfortable hostel with beautiful mountain views from the courtyard. The staff (Jefer, Jessica, Oscar, Beatrix) are super friendly and accommodating.

I loved this place so much. The hosts will make you feel since first minutes, like came to see your old friends. The rooms are super comfortable.

Cheap rooms with double beds and dorms, budget friendly, clean beds but we had no hot water so it saves water! 😉
Kitchen with old utensils and a sitting area.

Quiet little hostel right by the center. Great value and really friendly and helpful staff. I was able to store my bag with them while doing the Camino Real.

Awesome place to stay, super quiet and close to everything, they also have great coffee!

The hostel is great! Everything clean and the facilities good. The staff were so kind and helpful! Would totally recommend. Thanks!

Very nice hostel, we enjoyed our stay there. All the people working in the hostel are very friendly, warm, they take care of everything.

Hostel staff was outstanding and very helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was very nice. Location was perfect.

I've really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The staff are very friendly, and the prices are fair for rooms and laundry. The facilities are clean, a/c and fans are provided.

Really nice laidback hostel with a terrace overlooking the main square. 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms to use between guests and comfortable beds.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Pacha. Justin and Andrea were great hosts. They were very attentive and even picked us up from the bus stop and drove us to the bungee jump. The food is incredible!

We had such a lovely time with Andrea & Justin! The perfect place to rest and enjoy the weather and the views.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at during my trip (and I’ve stayed in many!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Golden Frog! It’s well located in the center of the city, just a couple blocks from the cathedral.

Had a great stay at Dreamer! A beautiful location a bit out of town on the way to Cocora. The private room was very spacious, clean and had all needed utilities.

Wonderful jewel in the middle of Cocora Valley. Ideally located for short trips to Salento, coffee fincas and the Valley. Friendly staff and a good quality restaurant.

Great location very central to the main square. We had a private room with an en-suite.

It's a really nice area to relax and meet other travellers. There are hammocks to relax but also a pool table and open kitchen to cook and socialise.

Very friendly staff and clean bedrooms. Basic but this was everything we needed since we would be mainly out exploring. The view from the patio is spectacular, it was nice to relax there.

Our experience was incredible!
We were in the camping option and we were able to enjoy the incredible landscape there!

We had a great stay at the hostel! The receptionist, Isabella, is super lovely and helpful.

Amazing hostel, we would recommend it to anyone!
The rooms are basic but nice, and extraordinary value for money.

The bathroom layout is too small; the door could not be opened properly because it collided with the shower door. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a floor fan.

Excellent receptionists, pristine rooms, and perfect location. Nearby to great eateries and of course access to San Gil’s nature and extreme sports. The restaurant Alaia here is 20/10 — a must try!

The place is perfect, close to the centre but not too close so you don’t hear the music in the centre. Peaceful location. The walls are a bit thin so you hear the TV from the next room.

This place is such a gem! Fernando and Paola are so lovely and welcoming — we were so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. The house was built by them in traditional style and is so lovely.

I stayed at El Zarzal in Salento for three nights and paid around $80 USD total, including breakfast. For that price, the value and service were excellent.

A perfect stay at El Zorzal!

The couple who run this place are some of the nicest folks you will meet. Helped me with my days and always made sure everything was fine with genuine warm hearts and concern.

This place is nice and would get a 5 star however we found the man a little bit rude to us. I think he was under stress and that’s okay but it kind of made us feel uncomfortable.

Can't think of a better hostel to stay in Salento. Everything was perfect! Room and bathrooms were clean, good location and has a kitchen with basic stuff to cook. Also, they offer a variety of tours.

I really enjoyed my stayed at Tralala! The location of the hostel is close to the main square (making it easy to access transport for tours). The dorms are very clean and nice!
