We had originally booked another hotel, but since it didn’t offer everything we were looking for, we decided to switch to the Shangri-La in Chengdu — and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and offered a beautiful river view.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a corner room. The bathroom was humongous and there was a walk in closet.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont Chengdu. The hotel feels comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout.

Great hotel, fantastic room and amenities, great location! We stayed in a suite and missed the happy hour by 5 minutes. The front office surprised us with a fruit platter and a nice bottle of wine!

1) Check-in Process: The reception team was friendly and promptly assisted with our reservation for Lounge Access High Floor for 10 consecutive nights.

It's very pleasant to enjoy facilities of this accommodation that comfort my stay despite only one night stay. It's 24/7 fitness center and indoor heated swimming pool.

We were 2 adults and 2 children in a normal room with two full beds. I always recommend getting to Platinum or higher for upgrades and Executive Lounge access.

Every JW Marriott Hotels’re my best choice. Always happy to stay, the room is in a good size. Good location in the city. Good food good tune in breakfast buffet.

Nice location. Check in staff good service. Nice room clean. But the breakfast noodle cooker is really not acceptable with very bad attitude.

Excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center!
Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city with everything easily accessible.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza for nearly 3 total weeks in September to visit family. I rate it 4/5 stars mainly because of the wonderful staff. Specifically, Nancy, Leo and Luis.

I stayed at this Wanda Reign for 5 nights in September 2025.

Hotel Rooms are very clean and amenities are complete.
Got Bathtub as well as shower!

Had a great stay in Chengdu visiting family. This year we chose Fraser Place serviced apartments.
The price was reasonable and made all the better for the number and quality of facilities on offer.
