We loved this hotel for how old and quaint it looked… even though it is only about 25 years old. We had a lovely room… actually a bedroom, sitting area and a bathroom… very spacious.

The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. Had a little sitting room + bedroom. Balcony over the street. Foot traffic in this older area, no cars.

We visited Chengdu for an extended weekend getaway and chose Dorsett Chengdu as our base. Check-in was smooth and friendly, setting a positive tone right from arrival.

Very good locations and walking distance to MRT. Room is spacious and clean, good for family vacation. 2 X Super single bed for twin deluxe room. There have international socket.

The hotel booking experience was seamless and efficient. The staff was helpful and the process was straightforward, making it a hassle-free experience.

Beyond 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathroom is large with shower and tub. Adequate counter space. Plenty of charging ports around the room.

The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms comfortable, nicely decorated, and well appointed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’m currently staying at this hotel, and after weighing my options, I decided on this one.

I stayed at St. Regis Chengdu for a week during my visit in early January for a New Year trip. I booked the stay through Virtuoso, which came with benefits such as hotel credit.

It is an amazing stay here in Holiday inn! I chose the Family room and the room is so big with 1 king sized bed and 1 single bed.

My stay in Chengdu was pretty good but marred, with one exception, by a staff with little or no English. International travelers from all continents use English as a travel language.

Amazing hotel, wonderfully located with amazing breakfast, providing a broad selection of options. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to move room to resolve an air con issue.

Despite the name, this hotel isn't actually at Kuanzhai Alley—it's about a 10-minute drive away. Our late arrival was frustrating as the driveway was closed, forcing a long walk from the drop-off.

The Executive Suite room: spacious, nice bathtub, Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, daily replenish mini bar with no charge. Big shower area. The bathroom and toilet are separated.

Amazing experience staying at Chengdu Courtyard hotel. The decor of the hotel and rooms is stunning, like being transported back in time.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no complaints. Rooms were a good size, clean and very comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing! Fabulous pressure, good size, great after a day out touring.

Very convenient hotel with the location and amenities such as free washing machine and dryers. A lot of local restaurants in short walking distance although they are pretty much all very similar.

Well designed spaces, sufficient amenities & pleasant service make up for the location.

Outside of the hotel looks slightly ambiguous but once you enter, front desk staff was very attentive and friendly, greeting us with tea.

Quiet location in walking distance to metro and tourist places. Very friendly and professional staff with fluent English. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Great breakfast. The neighbourhood is truly lovely.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right next to 宽窄巷子.
The rooms are spacious, although the TV is on the smaller side.

Had such an amazing experience at Diaoyutai Chengdu this holiday season! We were welcomed with a complimentary suite upgrade as well as a nice panda fruit cake for my dad's birthday.
