I recently spent two nights at Upper House Chengdu for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional—every staff member I encountered was attentive and professional.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at Upper House Chengdu. Everything felt thoughtful and polished from arrival to departure, and the team made the experience effortless.

I stayed at NICCOLO Chengdu with a friend, and the service was outstanding.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!
We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel.

As I am writing this review, ourgroup (10 of us) are on our way to Chongqing. The hotel is in a great location very accessible especially for F&B. We enjoyed our stay in our room.

First time stayed at EVEN hotel and I am very impressed. Despite the long holiday, my room was upgraded. The room is clean and cozy. Front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful.

We had originally booked another hotel, but since it didn’t offer everything we were looking for, we decided to switch to the Shangri-La in Chengdu — and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and offered a beautiful river view.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. Bathroom with a heated toilet was particularly noted. Room kept clean and refreshed each day with complimentary water. Bed very big and very comfortable.

Good hotel not very far from Chengdu east train station. Spacious rooms. We'll furnished with all basic amenities.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I must single out May for her truly exceptional kindness and support. From the moment.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, toiletries like toothbrush, hairdryer, kettle, coffee and tea. There's no safe box and no fridge in the room.

Very nice small hotel and great helpful service! Near many small restaurants and nice shops and tea houses. On the river. A bit noisy because it is on a busy street.

This is our hotel on our first two nights in China, and Chengdu is our first destination. The hotel is 30 minutes from the main centre by taxi and is easily accessible. The hotel is simple and clean.

Quite new and well-maintained hotel with friendly front desk staff and efficient check-in, checkout performance. Room is clean with all standard amenities, tea/coffee, ironing and hair-drier provided.

This hotel was next to Tongzilin Metro line 1 station and next to South train station. Room was luxurious and comfortable.

Stayed here because I’m a Marriott Member. Location will be 15-25min to nearby sightseeing. Using DiDi still affordable.

Try this by local friend’s recommendation, very nice. The room is well design with modern art sense and the abundance of luxury.

This is a new and very clean hotel with lovely decoration. The location is excellent, close to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square, with many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

Grand Hyatt Chengdu (成都群光君悦酒店) is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Chengdu, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

Grand Hyatt Chengdu offers one of the best luxury hotel locations in the city, sitting right beside Taikoo Li and within easy reach of Chengdu's major attractions, dining destinations, and shopping

I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Century City Chengdu for two nights, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations.

We recently stayed at the InterContinental Century City Chengdu and had an excellent experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in decor.

The hotel was not amazing, but it was manageable. The breakfast was good, with many Chinese dishes.

The service is top notch!

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont Chengdu. The hotel feels comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout.

One of the best Hotel we visited. Very clean room and welcome gift. Breakfast is also incredible. Very satisfied. I definitely recommend.

Perfect stay here.
They front guy (change everyday) but all are helpful with the luggage and door and elevator.
Receptionist woman also speak clear english.

Really liked this serviced apartment style hotel — rooms were big and comfortable plus pool and gym were really nice. Gym especially is extensive if you need a well equipped gym.

Great location with nice friendly staff. Was asked to join a hot pot night the moment I entered. Had a private room which was nice and sound proofed. Washrooms are small but clean.

Highly recommend!

The third Desti I've stayed at, this alike all the others is comfortable, conviently located, nice common areas and has helpful staff.
However, this one has a serious smoking problem.

Perfect location in Chengdu, near Wuhouci temple and Jinly ancient street. This hotel like a boutique hotel, room is clean and good, no elevator, breakfast buffet is basic.

Very good location with Tibetan market, park, many restaurants and old shops… Not the 5 stars comfort but very helpful simple service.
