I recently spent two nights at Upper House Chengdu for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional—every staff member I encountered was attentive and professional.

What an amazing stay! We stayed 3 nights for leisure. Stella at the front desk was so friendly and spoke really well English making our check in very smooth.

As I am writing this review, ourgroup (10 of us) are on our way to Chongqing. The hotel is in a great location very accessible especially for F&B. We enjoyed our stay in our room.

We had originally booked another hotel, but since it didn’t offer everything we were looking for, we decided to switch to the Shangri-La in Chengdu — and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and offered a beautiful river view.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont Chengdu. The hotel feels comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout.

One of the best Hotel we visited. Very clean room and welcome gift. Breakfast is also incredible. Very satisfied. I definitely recommend.

Nice location. Check in staff good service. Nice room clean. But the breakfast noodle cooker is really not acceptable with very bad attitude.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. After staying in the JW Marriott in Chongqing, which was very crowded and lacked service.

We enjoyed the great services from all the staff, especially the room attendant who cleaned our room, the receptionists and the concierge.

Fantastic hotel with a great location and excellent condition. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The laundry room is also very convenient.

Excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center!
Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city with everything easily accessible.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza for nearly 3 total weeks in September to visit family. I rate it 4/5 stars mainly because of the wonderful staff. Specifically, Nancy, Leo and Luis.

Had a great stay in Chengdu visiting family. This year we chose Fraser Place serviced apartments.
The price was reasonable and made all the better for the number and quality of facilities on offer.

We had a room on the executive floor with a great view. Room was nice and clean with a seperate bathtub and shower.
Pool and gym look decent but no jacuzzi/hot tub. Be sure to bring a swimming cap.

The city of chengdu is much bigger and developed than we thought. Thus getting around would be a challenge sometimes as Google map doesn't work out.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. Bathroom with a heated toilet was particularly noted. Room kept clean and refreshed each day with complimentary water. Bed very big and very comfortable.

Good hotel not very far from Chengdu east train station. Spacious rooms. We'll furnished with all basic amenities.

The hotel is fantastic, compared to sister grand hyatt this is much better in every way. Hotel is newer. Location is great although GH maybe slightly better.

I stayed at The Langbo Chengdu Hotel from October 8th to 11th and was very satisfied with my experience.

You can’t go wrong with Intercontinental even though I have to say that the language barrier sometimes might be a bit difficult to overcome.

A very interesting experience and overall I would recommend it. A few points:
-best thing is its crazy location in the huge global centre. It’s a remarkable building.

The room was clean and had a pleasant fragrance.

Rooms was very clean, smells was good, bathroom was hygiene. The photos saying every details, I highly recommended.
