Clean tidy practical room friendly staff nice breakfast.

First time stay this hotel for 3 night Very nice design hotel, interesting Clean comfortable, and staff very nice too.

The hotel has easy access to transportation, a bus and taxi stop right in front, the tram stop less than 100m away, the MTR station is also nearby. The mall, Pacific Place, is a 3-min walk. Which is cool! The hotel lobby is clean and smells good, the reception staff (doormen to receptionists) are courteous and helpful. They have a good-sized lounge and PC center within the lobby as well. The standard rooms, despite just being 20m2, are clean and the beds are comfortable. Fi…ts 2 people quite well. There is a nearby Wellcome supermarket, restaurants and cafes are within a few steps away. In summary, the hotel location is very good and will definitely go back to stay if we are in town.

This hotel at Hennessy road in Wanchai, Hongkong. Location is really good. Many restaurants near hotel. The room a bit bigger than standard room in HK. The room and environment are very clean and comfortable. Front of hotel staff was friendly. Im happy with Oliver and Pinky. Both are kind. Pinky was kind and polite to assisting us, with a messy bed accident which we appreciated while 1 staff housekeeping was not friendly & not polite. Anyway. I recommend this hotel for Hongkong traveler:)

Although walking to the traffic is slightly inconvenient (located in the middle of two MTR stations, there are no zebra crossing at several junctions), but the rooms are clean and spacious (compared to other accommodation, can expand a 29-inch with a boarding box), facilities are very clean and advanced, front desk and Hall are also very senior impeccable.

The desk person who checked us in was very cold and unpersonal. When we approached the front desk she not only didn't greet us but didn't even say a word to us when we told her that we wanted to check in! Not a "ok, " or even a nod but looking down on her keyboard and typing away! We had no idea if she heard us or was she doing something else. A very bad first impression of this hotel and of Hong Kong since it was our first time visiting. I'm giving 3 stars because of the location and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Fantastic hotel. Great location and a great price for a standard hotel with everything you need in a hotel. Not uber luxurious. But honestly this is all you need if you plan to be out of the hotel exploring HK (and HK is worth getting out your hotel for)

Hotel at Great location, many convenience stores, restaurant and supermarket nearby, you can easily get something that you need in daily life. Staff are nice with quick check-in and out process. Room is clean, comfortable with fresh & simple decoration.

One of the few hotels where I found a free adapter for local power point in every room. Good continental + local menu included in the breakfast. The hotel is well connected by local transportation. The staff is also very helpful and courteous.

Good hotel to stay in wanchai area at a good price. Rooms are "fairly sized" for Hong Kong, and they make it bright and clean inside so you don't feel like you're trapped in a closet with a bed. Quick & efficient check in, I haven't had breakfast here but there's tons of options in the area. Walking distance to Central, not much to complain for the money for value.

Very good hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Subway is reachable within 5 minutes. Restaurants, supermarket, cafe and much more are all in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are cleaned quickly and the staff is very friendly, even the cleaning staff always greets:) in the lobby there are 2 computers ready for use. All in all, we feel comfortable here.

If you pay less than HK$1200 this hotel is great for the money. It's very clean for a Hong Kong hotel of that price and easy to deal with. The rooms are reasonable size for Hong Kong and the location is easy if not super close to much. Convenient for Pacific Place 3 and Star Street, and quite close to Wan Chai convention centre. If it's more than $1200 then I wouldn't choose it.

Good location.

This is a great place for burger lovers to eat. Though they don't have many vegetarian options but the one vegetarian I tried (Beyond Meat) was really juicy and crispy burger with some beetroot chips in it. Mix it with a combo of fries and a drink and you have made your day.

This place is convenient and the room is big considering HK standards. However, they do not give in-room slippers unless you ask for them, they re-use the already WET floor clothes, they do not give any toiletries, all in the name of the environment. So considering the price they charge for this type of service, some people may think they are overcharging. There are 3 lifts serving 22 levels, one of them was not working for a long time and so the waiting time downstairs is horrible. The hotel staff are not very helpful and not friendly. Maybe they do not like anyone who looks like PrC… but they do not realize that their economy IS well kept by foreigners of all sorts! Buck up with the service. The property itself is actually quite good!

I just don't know if the last tenant smoked in there or what? When I first entered the room, there was a smell of smoke.

We recently stayed the weekend at OZO Wesley along Hennessy Road in Wanchai and very much enjoyed this property. Reservation was made through booking. Com. Email confirmation was received immediately. We were well received upon arrival, checked-in quickly and in our 9th floor room within 10 minutes. Location of OZO Wesley is really good. You are within 5 minutes walk to the Pacific Place mall, Star Street Precinct and Wanchai MTR station. There are restaurants, coffee shops and bars in pretty much every direction from this hotel. Note: For a bit of fun, the famous HK trams run just outside the hotel, providing leisurely transportation to other Hong Kong Island districts if you don't want to take MTR or taxis. Lobby area is modern, spacious and nice at OZO. Rooms are of good size. They are decorated/arranged in a sort of modern-functional-boutique (ish) manner. Beds are comfortable, rooms come with a small sliding table, desk chair, flat-screen TV, ok sized bathroom. Shower and water pressure worked fine. Views from the room are ok. Rooms come with expected safe, coffee & tea, working A/C, fast and stable Wi-Fi. There is a tiny mini-fridge. Ours wasn't very cold and we couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down. Not sure if it actually worked or not. Strangely, the hanging ceiling light was so low that I bumped my head into it several times during our stay. This seemed an odd design flaw and something for taller visitors to be mindful of.

Great location. Rooms are small but updated. Decent gym. Breakfast was excellent. Service was excellent. No bar.

The room was clean and spacious, with a cool bench along the window for sitting and relaxing. The shower has good, although it got much of the bathroom wet. Staff was nice, and allowed us to store our luggage for the day that we checked out. We were able to have a late check-out of 1 pm without paying extra.

Best place to stay in HK. Amazing helpful staff, close to some markets, shops, nice bars and restaurants, tram and subway all within min walk. Great value.

Very good hotel. Convenient and clean. Stay in city center. After work, I take a taxi to Happy Valley. I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Very professional and modern. Enjoy it very much.

Was on a business trip in October. The Staff are crooks. Try to make you pay for pre-paid breakfasts. And they do it consciously. Every Morning they tried to get a check for payment, with comments "just sign-it's a formality", and at the end of the bill on "just signed cheques. " Small, but very unpleasant. The location Of the hotel is excellent.

Lively staff, hotel room small compared to Sydney size, but apparent normal for HK. Nice touch with window seating. A homely touch to the place. Convenient location, right next to a laundromat & great hole-in-the-walk cafe. Pillows are to my liking as well!

In a central location, the hotel has a nice and contemporary design, room was a large and comfortable suite, service at the reception was efficient but the hotel looks overall a little cold, price was ok.

We had a great stay at OZO Wesley. The hotel is located right next to the tram and bus lines, and the metro is a 5 minute walk away. There's multiple 7/11's nearby, convenient for a late night snack. The rooms are spacious and in good condition, and the Internet connection is fast. Our room did not have a view other than into the neighbour building.

WALK 5 mins to 7-Eleven. 10 mins to MTR (Admiralty). 5 mins to airport bus stop (no 11)

We loved the hotel. The location is excellent, tons of restaurants nearby, the tram stop is a few steps away, the subway is a block away. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. I also really liked the scent in the diffuser in the bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant because there were so many restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The OZO Wesley is an affordable and comfortable place to stay. Standard rooms are small but clean and have all you need — no toiletries though as you might be used to from mainland. There is also no mini bar but some crisps and softdrinks can be purchased at the reception and a 7/11 is less than 5min walking distance at Tung Shing Building, 118-120 Queen's Road East. One of my colleagues said it was noisy from the road — but I stayed 17th floor and it was all quiet. Wifi is free with reasonable speed. Overall a good experience.

Awful experience! Bed bugs, mattress sunk in centre and king room more like a box room. Paid £240 per night for a small room with bed bugs. Toilet was soo small that you cant even sit on the seat or take shower. Cleaner entered room without knocking and would not leave room even after shouting at her to go away and come later. Awful experience.

Good hotel for rest & shower, after all you will be outdoor most of the time when in hong kong, great Wi-Fi, great shower power. Small problems are the aircon, small litter bin, small fridge. Locations are great and got 2 tram stops nearby. Very affordable price.

Great hotel at reasonable rates. Rooms are small but good enough for two people and two to three large luggages. Front desk is very helpful. I like that they efficiently designed the small rooms. There is a small work station. Small, really small fridge. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Walk through Three Pacific Place at the back of the hotel and you'll reach Admiralty MTR. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. And a tram stop 2 minutes away. Many local shops and restaurants nearby and there is a 7-11 and Marks & Spencer Food nearby.

The Ozo Wesley is perfectly located to discover the heart of Hong Kong. You can use the tram or the MTR to go anywhere in HK. The train station to reach the airport is 10 minutes away by taxi. The rooms are compact but well organised. You have everything you need and they are very cosy. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast is maybe the thing I liked the least but you have so many great coffeeshops around. You could skip this part. Overall a great value for money.

Love Ozo! Efficiently designed rooms make the most of Hong Kong's limited space. The pointy window nook leaves you a great spot to contemplate or read hanging above the skyscrapers of the city.

Good position. Rooms are small and a bit tired. The late check out was a blessing. The house keeping staff were outstanding. If you dont wish to spend any time there apart from sleeping, It's quite ok. I would probably look elsewhere next time for something more upmarket.

The worst hotel I stayed during last 5 years, and I travel nearly half of the year. Unfriendly and very slow reception, not paying any attention to their guests. The worst part was meeting two prostitutes in the hotel's lift. This is the last thing you expect to see in this kind of hotels.

This is my go-to hotel in HK. It ticks all the boxes: excellent breakfast, great location, quick walk to the convention centre, good food options nearby, easy to walk everywhere or hop on the tram! Rooms are on the small side, but are very clean and nicely designed.

Very near admiralty mtr station (exit d). V clean and new hotel. Highly recommended. Alot of power sockets in the room.

Great location! 5min from Metro. 25min to EXPO Centre by walking. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Tram and Bus stations are just in front of Hotel. I would probably choose this hotel again, if I visit Hong Kong in the future.

Location is perfect! Stayed here for 3-nights in an OZO Suite. The room was very spacious, especially for Hong Kong at 34 sqm! Very well thought out layout, and impeccably clean. The bed was the highlight though, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Highly recommended.

Clean, small rooms (this is HK after all! ). Smartly designed maximising the space with quality furnishings and a comfortable bed. Cable TV, in room safe, and tea/coffee setup, plus a mini fridge, modern computer table and chair. Great connectivity with free Wi-Fi, and ample plug sockets — including USB. All round friendly and helpful staff. Great location for tram and busses outside the door and 7 min walk to Wan Chai MTR. 5 min walk to Pacific Place. The OZO is a great value hotel especially as you don't want to spend a great deal of time in your room when you are in Hong Kong, but it is a comfortable place to come back to.
