Great place! It's cheap and cozy, the beds are comfortable and the location is really good (it's across the street from a subway station). The staff is helpful and speaks English very well, as many people in HK do. The Wi-Fi is amazingly fast. The bathroom/shower is really small, but clean enough. No toiletries or towels provided. Recommended!

Apple inn tsim sa tsui,, I stayed 4 nights here and get good time, free laundry, hot water, table to eat, every room has pasword,, but what bothered was just every night my skins itchy but cant find any insects, my friend in male dormitory also get some… I was suspect about dust mites,,,

Room had clearly not been vacuumed in a while, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. A vent in the ceiling was dripping, which I discovered when some brown water dropped on my head. Bed was too short for anyone over 165 or so cm tall. Blankets provided were similarly small. The building seems run down, but the location is pretty convenient.

Very cheap price, free Wi-Fi available, free laundry, small room, very small bathroom. Some room have restroom inside but some are not. A woman in this place is very nice! She always help us with smiling face. If you want to borrow something, you can ask her. (Towel, hair dyer etc. ) No lock at the door. You need to press password to open the door About your luggages, you can left your luggage here after checkout. They will keep it for u only 24 hrs.

Ok. In a disgusting building called chunking mansion. Swarming with unsavoury people trying to sell sex, drugs and stolen goods. Unsafe place.

Very important, the first floor of this building is filled with shops that sell fake electronics. Do not buy them. A charger I bought burnt my phone. The actual hotel itself though is a bargain. Long elevator queue, but that's not in their control. Keep in mind it's more of a hotel than a hostel.

This place is overrated by one star. Run away. They put a bed in the ant room. So they drove me to the room where I introduced the clean room. But, It was the cockroach on the wall of the room which first changed! So I changed the room for the second time. The second room I changed was odorous and had cockroaches. However, this place was not refunded and told me to go to the hotel if they do not like bugs. They are brazen. Worst hostel in life! 믿고거르는 청킹멘션! 엘레베이터 기다리는데도 바퀴벌레 봤어요 역이랑 가까운거 빼곤 장점하나 없는곳입니다. 다른 좋은숙소 가세요. 숙소에 돈아끼는거 아니라는 좋은 교훈을 얻었네요 ㅎㅎ

I have stayed at the Apple Hostel many tines and have found it to be very clean and safe, the staff are friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are small but in Hong Kong space is a premium and for a safe place to leave your things and sleep I don't think you can find a better deal in this part of TST.

There is a big contest going on in Hong Kong: who can squeeze the largest number of beds in a closet sized room. Apple Inn is a front runner.

Not long queue for the lift, if compared to Chunking or Mirador Mansion. 3. Air Con, Water Heater is okay. 4. There's personal electric port and safe deposit box near every bed. Just don't forget to bring your own lock. The negatives: 1. The room is totally cramped. I ordered one bed in 6 beds mixed dorm, but got one bed in 10 beds mixed dorm instead. 2. The paint in my room was peeling and littering the room. 3. There's only 3 tiny bathrooms available for the one who book in mixed dorm.

The dorm is very small for 10adults you can't even moved freely at your room, the staff is not accommodating&approachable, the bed they gived me is dirty when I arrived, the small locker is broken either. However location is good and suitable for budget backpacker.

Located in Chungking mansion If u r looking for budget its ok Lots of South indian and North indian restaurants located in this manison.

It's not a hostel, it's a 1 star hotel.

Affordable price. Good facilities. Offering a women-only dorm rooms.

Bad management, not like an American company with naive staff telling people that not only him or him is buying from them. Naive in the way that if only one is their customer, they would have closed the shop and he would have lost the job.

It's OK for a bed. Don't expect anything else.

The place is accessible and near at the MTR station. Cheap rate. Wifi is free and you can do your laundry.

Just in front of the Metro station, there are many restaurants around, but the best thing about this place is the staff, they are super cool.

It's so nearby MTR, Bus Stop to/from airport (A21) and also Kowloon Mosque! For me is more advantageous…

We had a terrible experience here and switched to a real hotel. My wife was in tears after burning herself in the shower and finding roaches in the room (the shower is fed by a tankless water heater that is very temperamental). The Chinese lady who owns the place was nice, but the Chinese guy was another story. He WOKE US and all of the other tenants by screaming at the top of his voice at a tenant at 1AM, right outside the guestrooms! What kind of customer treatment is this? First floor is filled with Indians and Pakistanis who followed us and tried to find ways of making money off of us, even trying to snoop in our luggage. We saw one fistfight break out between a British guy and an Indian guy. We also saw police in riot gear head to a different floor in the building (which also contains hostels). I was fooled by positive reviews online. Hopefully you won't.

This hostel has strategic location, near the Kowloon Mosque, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, Ferry Terminal to Makau, Kowloon Park, Harbour City Mall, etc.

Tiny place as usual in HK. But quite and clean. Place for shower could be organized and described a little better.

Location wise its very good, very near to all necessities of a traveler.

Nice just hard to find the location because it's inside the building.

Good for budget travellers. Rooms are bit congested but maintenance and cleaniless is very good. Better for solo travellers and group of friends.

A disaster, the attention received ominous, the building is dirty, rooms are microscopic and with visitors from all sides (bugs) a true trash to the famous hongkong. Or crazy I recommend this site.

The room was clean and the hosts very friendly. The location is very convenient to the trains, the waterfront, and shopping. The worst part is having to wade through all the people trying to sell a room, a watch, or a sim card. Waiting for the elevator was also not enjoyable as wait times could exceed 20 minutes. Taking the stairs 10 floors isn't for everyone.

Staff is lovely :) room small. Smell "ok" a little noisy! location is great but lots of people trying to sell you whatever. Just avoid them! for this price is just all good ;)

Although located in many people's Chongqing summer, but I am also a person to come, can only say that there is surprise to the boss's enthusiasm, very good.

The elevators are so bad in Chunking Mansion it lowers this place a full star. I know that seems harsh but when it takes over thirty minutes to get to your room at night, that is a problem. Chunking is also terribly dirty, but Apple itself is kept very clean. There are some noise issues if the other people staying there are inconsiderate, but I enjoyed my stay in my tiny room… it just sucked super hard getting to it every night.

I booked online and when I got there, I felt like I was gonna get mugged by the amount of people trying to haggle me in renting their room. Don't book anything from the Chungking Mansion. You can get similar prices and nicer room elsewhere.

Chunking Mansions is a HK in a pill: an amazing place with unique atmosphere. Must see!

On Nathan, so the environment is rowdy.

Mama is the best! The place is very clean, and the service is awesome. Also is next to the visa man. Stay here.

Don't stay in any hotel in chung king mansion. It feel any time police may come and have raid.
