Beautiful cabin absolute tranquility the landscape is beautiful overlooking the volcano and lake. Great jars in the privacy of the cane.

Hotel is perfectly located just a short drive from the serrano gate entrance to the park.

Stayed here for 5 nights with friends and family and rented 3 cabins. Great experience. Cabins are minimal but all that you need because you should be outside and enjoying Patagonia.

Stayed for one night after LATAM cancelled our flight. The hotel sits on the coast with views of the sea.
Airline transported our group to the hotel, providing dinner and breakfast and the room.

Nice quality hotel with charm and status. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is good and service is providex by obers which have had a good training.

Staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were clean and everything in the room was working. No issues. Excellent views of the volcano from the room.

Nice hotel in the center of Puerto Varas. If your can, ask for the room with lake view. 100% worth it. I stayed 4 days and each time I looked out if the window I was amazed.

Lovely little hostel with a very welcoming host. There are two camping spots in the back, which I personally loved. Since it’s the owner’s home, everything is really clean.

The location is decently close to the center and the ferry terminals, but is in a somewhat rundown neighborhood, and the roads are steep. The hostess speaks excellent English!

You will be welcomed and taken care of like a long lost child. I wish I could stay longer. Very clean, walking distance from bus station, comfortable and calm. Gracias Mercedes!

Very nice hostel just outside the city but close to the fish market. Mercedes our host really made us feel like home, the place was cosy and very clean!

A-frame was very nice with hot tub on patio. Beautiful surroundings. Lucas was super nice and helpful getting our bags and giving us instructions. We enjoyed the pools. Restaurant was good.

My husband & I decided to take a last minute trip from Bariloche to Puerta Varas. This hotel was perfect for our stay for a few days. The front desk even let us borrow a power adapter the whole time.

Some of the negative online reviews of this hotel caused me to hesitate to make a reservation, however I did so and I found the negatives are exaggerated.

This is a genuinely stunning place to stay. Very peaceful, tranquil and relaxed. The cabins are very cozy, well equipped and great value for money. The managers were kind and helpful.

Idyllic, rustic getaway. I loved the wood-burning stove, the tranquility of sleeping in the forest. The hot tub was perfect after climbing Osorno.

Very accessible and large (ish) rooms that are clean to hostel standards. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Difficultly for parking but not impossible, very good location for walking.
