Cheap hotels in Los Lagos

Nice hostel, comfortable, warm, nice room, fully clean, and the owner very friendly, 100% recommended. Also close to the railway.
If I return to Natales, I will surely return here.

Excellent. We love him. Very cozy, clean, with heating, friendly and kind hosts, very comfortable bed, with a nice view.
Located a few blocks from the railway and the center.

Highly recommend. The service here was incredible — the receptionist went above and beyond for us. We arrived late and left early and he gave us a packed breakfast! The bed is so comfortable!

Great service and incredibly friendly staff.
Booked a 2 nights stay and every morning they made breakfast to go for us, as we had to leave early in the morning for the local trips.

Pros:
Location can’t be beat. Literally a 10-minute walk to major attractions and the plaza. Bed was comfortable and plug at the end of the bed.

Very family oriented hostel. Very clean. Spanish speaking host but using translation. Taxi service was available!

Great hotel in downtown punta arenas. It’s more of a hotel than a hostel — not very social, pretty quiet, clean rooms and comfy beds, without a bunk bed in sight.

Fantastic advice for hiking, they explained how we can make the W Trek more affordable. It doesn't have to be crazy expensive! Great rental gear and fair prices.

We stayed before and after going to Torres del Paine. The house is very warm, great hot shower and pressure, nice breakfast which was available at 6am for starting the hike early that day.

One fact and my biggest issue: shower floors are flooded and a therefore are a huge risk for a male guest to brake his neck — I used the mens room. I can only speak for what I saw and experienced.

Great Hostel, amazing value for money! Great facilities, clean rooms, nice kitchen and a cute breakfast. Nice staff. Amazing view and mostly — very cozy and warm, makes you feel safe!

Lucie at the reception is amazing. The hostel organised a bbq for the 31dec night. Place has a great vibe.

Been there month ago and only for a night due to the Torres Del Paine W trek, but still want to say this place was so nice and lovely.

Nice hostel and quiet. The hospitality (the old lady) was also great, really lived up to the rumours. Downsides where the ugly white light, it hurted my eyes.

I was expecting the worst after reading some of these reviews (too late to cancel by this point).

Cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.

I retire after 4 days at the hotel and recommended 100% the bed and its sheets which stands out the most.

This has to be the best hostel in Puerto Natales especially if you're going for the W or O trek.
The owner is friendly. This is a small hostel with very few rooms so it's very quiet and homely.
